NMC Royal in Capital Mall, MBZ is our one stop destination for most of our medical requirements. Apart from being a clean and hygienic facility, all the staffs are extremely caring and friendly at all times. I can’t believe I’ve never discovered this hospital before. It’s hassle free, professional staff and receptionists, and the doctors actually listen to you. You don’t get stressed out from the back and forth with the elevators because they have plenty of elevators to go around. The layout of the hospital makes things so much easier.I would like to personally thank and Anu Phillip for being such an amazing part of NMC hospital. She made the experience wonderful. Doctor Mohan is very professional in his practice and I highly recommend him as family doctor.

Horrendous reception. Disregarded the issue and sent me to the wrong doctor, wrong procedure and then tried serving numerous people at the same time as dealing with my issue. Disturbing that a healthcare system shows such a lack of care in the main point of customers. The reception!

The call center is horrible. The name of customer service person is never audible. To get to the NMC Day Care at MBZ, it is next to impossible. We just go in circles and circles.The doctors there are good, very cordial and dedicated to patient care. But customer gets putt off from the call itself.

Its one of the very good Medical facility in Mussafah area with courteous and cooperative staff and have some of the Excellent Doctors like Dr. Mohan Babu, Dr. Mithun Roy, Dr. Sunil, Dr. Preeth, Dr.Sharmaji and responsive Nursing and Pharmacy staff. Based on my recent past experience it wouldnt be nice if I dont mention Dr. Nidhis Name here, I would like to express my sincere thanks & support for the care, concern shown by her. Grateful for the support and wish such an excellent team of Doctors a wonderful year ahead.In my opinion a key specialty which require attention quickly in the medical center is Pediatrics, a well experienced Indian Pediatrician will be really helpful to many parents especially living in Mussafah, Baniyas, MBZ city, BeinAl Jazreen. The clinic and Doctors whom I have interacted are really good. Doctors whom I have interacted mainly Dr. Mohan, Dr. Mithun, paediatric Dental Dr. Preeth are very supportive and caring. There is a major issue with the telephony system and call routing to day surgery center, calls getting abandoned without answering, transfering calls doesnt go through which is real inconvenience and needs to be addressed. I have highlighted this during my call number of times but issue remains.

Poor call response servive of the reception and poor connectivity if someone wants in urgent to discuss about the patient or medicine wrote by doctor and those are not at all available in the market from the last one year.. No one can call doctor even in emergency and i am struggling tooo much..

This hospital is one of the best hospital in UAE. Most of the doctors are well experienced. Nurses are also very very helpful. Pharmacy also available. very very neat and clean atmosphere. easily located and lot of parking places available.

Mainly positive experience with this hospital.- Its not as congested as the hospitals in the city.- Staffs are accommodating especially nurse Anu from internal medicine.- Dr. Mohan Babu Jose from internal medicine is very helpful. He is attentive to his patients needs.

•My name is Rajesh G. Stephen and I was having back pain for last 2 weeks or more.•Consulted Dr. Ravichandran Subbaraj at your MBZ facility on 26 June, 2018 in the evening.•After taking X-ray he said I may have to go for MRI in NMC Royal and was told that some one from NMC Royal will call in couple of days.•As back pain was not subsiding, I called NMC , MBZ and to my surprise I came to know that my insurance request was forwarded only on 28 June, 2018 ( after I called to ask for MRI appointment). The reason given was that the doctor did not sign the request even after two days ???•Due to severe back pain, I followed up with Daman and got the approval in 3 Hrs time, which obviously was YOUR JOB as you took money for my consultation and X – Ray etc.•Then on 26 June, 2018 at 6.30 PM, I received a call from Ms. Donel ( Philipina staff in hospital insurance department who came after Ms. Deepa on that day) asking me to go NMC Royal for MRI•Upon hearing this, we dressed up our three little children and when we are about to leave the house, we received another call from your MBZ facility saying that the earlier intimation was a mistake and asked me not to go to NMC Royal as the MRI appointments are full there.•This is heights of irresponsibility, unprofessionalism and stupidity. Since we were all dressed up and I was having sever back pain, we decided to go to MBZ facility and meet customer care at the reception.•At the reception, I insisted to see Mr. Pratap (who was the customer care manager on duty ???) as I was really pissed off with all the incident and doesn’t want to go up and see him in his office.•In spite of waiting for more than 15 minutes, he didn’t attend the call from the reception or he showed any interest to come down. This was really insulting and then we insisted for mobile no of Major Tom or Mr. Venugopal. The receptionist was telling that he was not having their no and connected us to NMC, Abu Dhabi. There also the receptionist was not ready their give no. For our persistent request, we got the answer from her that she spoke to Major Tom and she got the answer that he is not ready to entertain such issues. She then transferred the call to one MR. Trevor (We were told customer care manager) , who was very un-empathetic, unprofessional and rude. He told that he spoke to Mr. Pratap and he only would deal with our case.•We had to wait again for another 20 Minutes for Mr. Pratap to come down and meet us at reception.•He was the worst customer care personnel (if he is one???), I had met in my entire life. He was again un-empathetic, casual and showed care a damn attitude. We told him that we are there based on the call from his facility and he showed the guts to tell us that no one from his facility had called us and he is not ready to verify the same from the records. All the time he was telling that if you have complaints, you can raise it ( as if he doesn’t care a damn about it) and he cannot do anything to arrange the MRI on the same day.•Realizing the attitude of your ridiculous employees, we came back.•LASTLY I HAVE DECIDED NOT TO GO TO ANY OF NMC FACILITY ANY MORE AS I REALIZED THAT THOSE GUYS ARE THERE ONLY FOR OUR MONEY BUT CARE A DAMN ABOUT OUR WELLBEING OR HEALTH.•I ALSO KNOW THAT ONE RAJESH’S DECISION NOT TO US THEIR FACILITY WILL NOT AFFECT THEM IN ANY WAY. EDIT: I emailed you at the address provided and never recieved a response or a possible resolution. Thank you for further wasting my time.Waited an hour and a half, was misdiagnosed and given the wrong medicine. Charged 200 AED for a useless consultation, plus 140 AED for the wrong medicine for my ailment. The doctors do not care about the patients nor do they listen to them, avoid this place if you care about your health. Luckily I got a second opinion or I could have lost my leg. This place is a scam.

Pathetic reception service. Long waiting times at reception even with booked appointments. You can see counters are empty and they simply passing time and you still have to wait for your number. Lack of professionalism from staff. Doctors are otherwise good and cooperative.

We have waited for more than 3 hours, after 3 hours the receptionists came and said we need to wait for another couple of hours. Doesnt mind to wait but atleast they should communicate about it. I have been visiting this NMC for more than 3 years and now the quality has gone way below down. Better NMC should review with their staffs and take actions against the quality issues.

I have very bad experience with the NMC management in Mussafah. first appointment system is very bad and poor and they dont even bother to call back patients after getting medical insurance approval for further examination. after getting medical approval when i called NMC concerned department is telling that insurance is under process and doctors are very busy with other miscellaneous works.In nutshell, NMC is running with already gained name and they recruited peoples including doctors who will ruin entire name of NMC in UAE very soon.So, please recruit good people who will take care of patients from bottom of their heart which is nature of your business .

Highly recommend the Paediatric Dentist here (Dr. Preeth Shetty). Have been to many paedodontist in Abu dhabi, but he is the only one my 8yr and 6yr old is comfortable with. He gives you a clear understanding of the situation, educates you and puts the kids at ease. Thank you Dr. Preeth(and your assistant too!)

I was consulted doctor on 10th Jan 2020 and blood test done on the same day morning 10 Oclock and filled a form to get the result through email .They agreed to send it 11th evening 12 morning I called in 8001122 which was given from NMC musaffa.after long waiting and transferring and searching.The representative told me that no record s found and I told him that I will complain to HAAD simply he replied and told me ok sir you can complain to HAAD .now I want to know that Did the complaining to HAAD set procedure to get lab test result from NMC?

The people on the front desk are very slow in response. You end up calling entensions and extensions, and get no answer from the other side. I have had make atleast 4 attempts to retrieve my reports which was supposed to be ready by noon. To my luck, I havent still got. Its like hang on the phone for the whole day to entertain their merry-go-round on the extensions, disgusting!

I have been taking treatment from NMC for the past few years and the service there is excellent, the doctors and staff are also very kind and efficient specially Dr. Mohan , Dr. Benjamin and Sis. Anu .

An electronic appointment was requested through the website, and the call center employee contacted, and the appointment was set at 4:30 pm on 3/4/2021Upon arrival, the receptionist stated that the appointment with the doctor was not available and basically the doctor was not availableIt is strange that there is a misunderstanding and inconsistency between the call center and the hospital reception and registration staffAnd, the reception employee, her manner of dealing is not elegant, and she did not show any interest in solving the problem or cooperation to communicate with any clinic or doctor with the aim of solving the problem in a smart way, all she did was only a negative reaction and lack of interest.Very bad service.
