Good evening all. I have finished my duties at Lifecare Hospital Musaffah few days back. It was an amazing experience to work as part of an excellent team. I am thankful to all my colleagues and seniors for making my tenure so memorable. Special thanks to the management for their kind cooperation at each step; from my joining till my final clearance. I highly recommend everyone to join, if you get an opportunity.

I was so stressed about my husband’s smoking habits until one night his acts landed us in the hospital. Upon checkup and great convincing from Dr. Reena, my husband finally made the decision to quit. I was so relieved after all these years. I cannot thank her enough for her efforts and power of convincing. The doctor was so helpful and professional and made the visit very comfortable for us. I will be visiting again!

The management support staff service is pretty much slow and below average. They aren’t really patient friendly and kinda moody

Went to covid prime access centre. Hosp arranged only 2, 3 people to handle hundreds of people.. As it is compulsory to wear watch, take pcr, removal of watch ( 3 different days ) for those who home quarantine. People are waiting more than 4 hrs in 43 degree extreme hot outside & + 2-3 hrs inside every day. Even securty s situation is painful.. It may save from covid, but people will die out of heat if they will not take sufficient arrangements.

I am here to admit that some doctors have to change their attitude toward patients. They think that it is not their duty to help patient in need. Rather they take chinese patients as headache to them. Its not one time two time, it is third time that this doctor Po... behaved arrogantly towards chinese patient. I am ASHAMED to call her a Pakistani Doctor.

Am setting front of the registration counter rite now and waiting for my turnI have an appointment but no one is assistingThere are just few patients and they taking 1 hour for 1 patient to register which extremely bad and redicoulousKindly improve your registration system...You guys make the patients more sick by waiting too long...Extremely disappointed

It cant be an Hospital with all poor services both the medical team and admin team i would like to ask Mr. Safer Ahamed to focus on the staff specially the front office and call center who are presenting the company very poor attitude and information they had.

Very bad experience .Staff not giving right information .And if you have any small problem they Will ruin your whole day.My suggestion if you want good health and save your price less time so dont go there.

Since one year am suffering from different problems which related to urology. I met with Dr Althaf life care hospital musaffah and underwent surgey al so. Now am perfectly OK.. I visited many hospitals for this same reason but unfortunately I did not find any solution for to sort out this health issues. Thank you life care family...

Poor service at all..For the doctor channel 20aedMedicine another amount-thats okBut the end simply asking 4 Aed without any reason. When we questioned that they getting mad..

Patient Service here is amazing. Special thanks to MUNAVER customer service on the 1st floor. I came to the hospital with some special requests and was a bit lost and anxious and he helped sort all my issues. We went out of his way to speak to doctors and managers to accommodate my request. Escorted me to rooms and places. Never seen service like this is any hospital. Amazing :)

We went when the hospital was practically full. Parking can be an issue and the surrounding areas are also busy. Hospital is clean and maintained, administration and doctor were excellent.

I am a doctor.I admitted my wife to Lifecare hospital Mussafah. Her condition was so serious. Dr Rakesh Kumar Gupta and Dr. Haseena N M took over the case. From the time of arrival to the hospital she was under close observation. And I could see how nicely the departments are cooperating for each and every step to take care of the patient.The staffs were continuously visiting and doing everything for each and every patient in ICU. And Also I noticed that the staffs were never hesitant to enter any covid positive patients room and help them in any needs.As the ICU system is so advanced they could monitor every patient from their seat itself and were not delaying any help .The Nursing Supervisor Lissy was always there to help my sife along with the ICU staffs at every time and the tender loving care from all of them were so helpful for the fast recovery of my wifeI can not keep me away from thanking Dr.Rakesh and Dr.Haseena for the excellent work they did to bring my wife Home.Thank you all for the excellent work.

Even i dont want give one star they send me 5th time back without getting me urology doctor they dont know exact appoinment timing with docors u will waste plenty of time and v slow service ignorance staff .today i met with doctor faizl they given me app. 14:40 mr came at15:15 after my scan ultrasund again no doctor they tell me come tom.

That they called a doctor (Ravindra) that work in orthopedic surgery. He have no mercy. He refused to give a sick leave for my chest pain as he answered that (he will not give for working out guy like you). Any way he give after i was going to complain him, but i refused to take it. I will go to work, i can handle it. He do not know how to be a doctor.

Visit today Dr. SARATH ( Cardiology ). He give good advice and medicine. His assistant is very friendly with all patients..I feel happy and Comfertable

Im sorry to say,the In- patient service is really pathetic. Experience from 3rd floor.Most of the nurses are not much helping, and they lack proper handover during changing shifts,. A few doesnt even have basic manners like knocking door before entering patient room, and responding to patient queries politely.If we request for anything they will just say, will let you know in a little time, and then wouldnt show up at all.Patient bed sheets, pillowcovers, patient dress etc are not taken care of properly, they change it only if we request , else would remain unchanged for four days or even more. Please try to maintain proper hygine.The bathroom and toilet are not properly cleaned.even upon requesting, the cleaning was so superficial that ,it remains untidy yet.Received patient dress, which was already used!!! Could smell the strong odour of sweat, for sure it was not washed.Also the patient dress provided are too small, they are mostly having stock of dresses with small and medium size,which wouldnt fit for most of the patients who will be tall and well built.Please ensure the quality of service provided to your patients.The bathroom shower , was damaged, which makes it difficult to bath, even after several request nobody came to fix it.Also please make sure to empty the waste bins at proper intervals.overall cleanliness is very poor.To my surprise, the only people who behaves so professionally here is the pantry staff. They are really pleasent, while approching people and helpful too. I wish if all the nurses here ,too could atleast learn from them. Never expected such a poor service from a renowned group like VPS healthcare.Medical profession is a service to society, and all those getting admitted, are going through huge psychological stress, and if you can treat them with a smiling face and caring heart , that itself is a great medicine.Here most of the nursing staffs doesnt provide a compassionate care.A few staffs who were really professional and helpful were ,Mr. Sreerag,Ms.Bincy,-nursing staffs, and 2 more nursing staffs whose names i dont remembr exactly,and the dietician Ms.Reshmi. The pantry staff mr. Chithrakumar, who is very much dedicated in his work and always cheerful and ready to help and housekeeping staff ganga devi , also Ms.Mishel ,pantry staff .Thanks to them, for all their service .I dont know if this review will be read by the concerned authority, but if you really want to improve your hospitals service quality and maintain good name. Please do needful for fixing these issues.Thankyou.

Im very thankful for Dr altaf hussain and his team for doing difficult operation on me. He did a good operation for my kidney stones. No other Dr was ready but Dr althaf explained to me very well. I will send all my friends to Dr althaf. Nursing staff is really caring.

On 17 03 2021 afternoon 11 30 Im go there that time Im asking about reception for i want to see a doctor urgent like that bcz my eyes too redly and pain also that time his reaction like owner of life care i think he is the owner.. then Im waiting lot of time after Im 2 58 i saw the doctor after coming patients all go there maybe second last I saw the doctor no problem everything done after I go for taking my medicine there also one lady sitting she not using mask she talking like Im here husband like that. Seriously Anyone any plan to going there Im requesting Dont go there choose a good hospital this is UAE u can find better treatment here...

I came for Covid Test and I have given swab in morning and by evening I got the result by evening . The concerned staff are also very professional and made the process fast.I have to wait for only 10 mins to get myself register and get the swab done .For seha I have to wait for more than an hour but such a Private hospital with so much fast process . Much appreciated the management and process.Thank you so much

Service is very slow. Dr Haseena took long time to give the sick leave paper reason given was Dr is on round but I personally saw Dr having tea in the cafeteria near pharmacy. There was many other people waiting for same issue. Not professional and very unsupportive. I have been to other hospitals in city like lifeline and NMC, over there the service is far better than lifecare

That ENT Doctor was not interested to asking patients health problems and he is didnt tell the patients to solutions and advices. Simply he was provided prescriptions.

Never visit this hospital. One of the worst in uae.doctors are not polite.got treatment for my broken finger.still not cured.still its the same pain.

Vaccination service is excellent, no delays and all the staffs are very helpful.

Dr. Althaf Hussain K operated on my father and i must say my experience was very good. He explained everything clearly, he was polite and was very considering the whole time. Would definitely recommend him.

Visited many times, last time when I visited for my Lab reports I was trying to ask about registration of my email ID for online reports, the receptionist named Salma is not even ready to hear something from me and she is not professional. Very bad experience

In July 2020, I was admitted for a Brain Tumer Neurosurgery under Dr. Ratnakar and I am very much impressed the way i got treatment as a team from the day I got admitted in Hosptial i.e., Admin , staff at ICU and Doctors from the day I was admitted till I got discharged .A word of Thanks to the whole team from the bottom of my Heart ,especially the team at ICU , provided remarkable service to take care of me .May God Bless all team and the Management.

Lazy reception staff

Call Center kept me on hold for 5 minutes just to check if they have ENT doctor. It turned out they use 3rd party call service center who deals with many other Hospitals.Better go Dubai for Medical treatment

Many management staffs are roaming around still need to wait long time in every counter, desk staffs at PCR test counters are extremely slow...

Ur hospital appearence and staffs behavior is good and better. But iam not sactisfied ur treatment. Because iam many times came for same issue.The issue was still now and u cant resolve yet.so i just leav it the hospital.

Very good staffs and the way they are dealing with patients...But the security guard at main reception area is very arrogant and he doesnt have a helping mentality at all.. I came two times and he just avoiding the basic enquiries and showing his negative attitude instead of helping people. I guess that guy is from punjab india. These kind of people shouldnt be the place where people need some basic help. Expect the management take proper action.
