My experience with doctor and staff was good but with pharmacy, it was one of the worsts.First there was a lot of wait time because only 1 pharmacist, around 40 minutes.Secondly, I was asked to pay full for all medicines after long wait. I decided not to take medicine from there. I got all medicines covered in insurance from some other pharmacy.

Exceptional and Professional Approach.I had done my PCR and vaccine in Reem Hospital.whole process took maximum of 15 minutes.1.PCR-AED 50.Fast and reliable.i got the result next day early morning.No rush whole.process took mins.2.Vaccine(walk in)-i wanted to take Pfizer vaccine but my previous two vaccine are sinopharm and I just went to check.out if they give Pfizer but to my surprise the lady really help to call the hotline (800 7444) number of reem hospital and dey gave me the appointment the very next day. The whole process took 15 min and I am very satisfied with the process they have..really managing the crowd.Thanks to the lady near the sliding doors for guiding in right path.Note:Doesnt matter for vaccine if you have abudhabi or dubai visa.You can opt the vaccine.RegardsBilal

It was my first visit to Reem Hospital and I was impressed by courtesy of the staff at the reception desk. The Registration was fast and the support service was excellent.

At first I had communication issues but my dealings with Reem Hospital proved to be very professional and their services were excellent. They were prompt and followed up regularly.

Have had several pcr tests at this hospital. Always had results back within 12 hrs. Nurses and lab staff are very good. Big 5hank you

I did more than 3 PCR there. Staff is quick and professional, the result comes within 15 hours.

I went there for Physiotherapy since MAy 2021 and since then i did not receive any call.. ! they need to keep up with their patients!
