Ease of booking the appointment is the best so far, very easy to book online and through telephone. also hey provide consultation over the video conference, so that we can consult most of the doctors from the comfort of our own home.The hospital is situated in the heart of the city, but the ample valet parking will help you, so that no need to worry about parking and parking fee.I will recommend this hospital all of my friends and family, as they know what they are doing, and they are very good at it.

If you are looking for an orthopaedic surgeon that specializes in knee replacement, hip replacement and hip fracture, I highly recommend Dr. Richard Knebel. Dr. Knebel is really professional and he cares about his patient. I visited his clinic last week and I just had the best treatment. He gave accurate diagnosis and explained everything from A-Z. Dr. Richard Knebel is an Incredible Orthopedic surgeon. Always takes his time to explain my condition in terms i can well understand and explains the treatment options/ procedure in depth. Always talks through each and every step as he undertakes which really helps put me at ease. I have seen several doctors for the past 3yrs due to Hip Osteoarthritis and never had any pain relief with previous medication administered including surgery! Dr. Knebel recommended Intra-articular Injection which has greatly helped with pain management. Worst management everIf you did labs in the ER and tells you to come later to collect them, except to spend more than an hour looking for your results, the ER doctor will refuse to inform you about the results and will ask you to see the General practitioner, and guess what you can’t see a General Practitioner without an appointment lool. Then you try to call their call center to file a complaint they send you back to the main reception, and when you are feed up with the incompetency of their staff and you ask for the supervisor on duty a sudanese supervisor without a name tag comes after more than 30 minutes and repeats the same stuff again that this is the hospital policies and you need to book an appointment, and when you ask for his name he says “i will not give you my name because my duty is already over” lool worst excuse ever. Btw came out to know that the supervisor name was mohammed al sharif thanks to the other receptionist who snitched on him.TLTR: never leave the ER unless you have all your results printed with you, unless you are welling to wait 2 or more hours to get it

Absolute garbage customer service from front facing to supervisors. The cleaner was the most professional by far.Supervisor said if I dont like the service then I should go elsewhere. So I did.

1. Hospital staffs are not professional. Even if you book an appointment and visit, they make you wait for an hour before sending you to the doctor.2. Biased towards nationality.We were actually with the doctor and in middle of the consultation we were asked to come out so the other person who clearly had just arrived can see the doctor first. Otherwise it will make problem for us these were the exact words from the staff to us.First they let the person of other nationality see the doctor before us and then top of that try to prove us that you were late for the appointment.

The attitude of the doctors at this hospital is concerning. I have seen four different doctors in various departments in the last two weeks and none of them have taken an interest or even bothered to find out more about my symptoms. They are the least approachable doctors I have ever been treated by and I do not recommend this clinic to anyone for their careless attitude.

Just want to share my Experience for this hospital, way back feb2021 i’ve been diagnosed for ectopic pregnancy. i need to admit as an emergency but my insurance was not updated and not covered but im willing to pay all the expenses but the day i came for admission i think my case is not priority on that hospital till i got bleeding, dizziness & i got blockout. on their hospital without their assistance (nurse said they still waiting for my papers 😒 really on my case). (i got operated on corniche to the help rushing with my friend)This time i have my regular doctor on dermatologist monthly i need to go back to him as his always fully book i decided to wait just this week luckily i got an appointment thru their application they remind thru sms then 1day before someone call me that my appointment need to cancel due of the doctor is fully book???? how this things possible i have an appointment ive been waiting this for long time i hen suddenly they will call for re-schedule??? thing issue was 2x happen im just trying to understand those sequence for emergency as they always mention!!!!!TO MEDICLINIC DO IMPROVE YOUR SYSTEM TO AVOID THIS KIND OF ISSUE NOT JUST YOU HAVING SOME DIFFICULTIES AND WE HAVE THINGS TO ADJUST FOR APPOINTMENT WE TAKE!!! Do not consult Dr.Ghazal Zia KhanSpecialities General Practice (GP) as she does not know how to treat their patient. She will inform you to come for follow up next day and when you will come she will refuse to consult just to give her opinion on the report results. This is completely waste of time visiting this doctor. I hope the management will take action this doctor. I have been visiting this hospital for more than 10 years but the service quality has been dropped.

This is not a hospital that saves lives. We attended with a patient suffering from a liver problem and he was screaming from the severity of the pain. The receptionist said you must pay an amount of 2000 dirhams as a guarantee for the patient to be examined because the health insurance has expired. I told him I will pay the amount of 2000. I have no problem after I paid the amount. I was surprised The receptionist tells me that there is no bed for the patient. Wait, knowing the patient is screaming and crying from the severity of the pain, and then the receptionist disappeared, and there is no employee present. I knocked on the door and asked for a refund. Surprisingly, the process of retrieving the money remained unsuccessful and then he asked me for the account number to be retrieved The amount is via a bank account. Unfortunately, no one has experience and is not aware that all the rooms are full of patients. The patient may die, something normal for them. The important thing is that they take money.

One of the worst hospitals in the AbuDhabi. The doctors treat the patients really bad and do not care about their health. Doctors and management dont value the lives of patients. My relative had a problem in his organ and he was supposed to get his biopsy done but the doctor delayed it by almost 2months and whenever my relative calls the doctor to ask, he behaves rude and now his condition is getting worse and is diagnosed with cancer.If anything happens to my relative, me and my family will not stop at just a review here.And nobody wants to see your reply to contact via email. You people are not blind to see all the google reviews. And yet you think an email is gonna make peoples lives better.Talking about reviews, just look at the amount of bad reviews this hospital has and still it hasnt improved any of its services. Hospitals like yours just rip people off of their money and provide bad healthcare!

I just want to appreciate Dr. Miki Yamamoto- Balin my sons pedia. She is so approachable and very detailed in doing the check up. We really like her and she is so nice. She is consistent everytime we visit for check up she is very good and very jolly as well. My son is very happy everytime we visit her. Please keep her. She is really a great help to us , Filipinos. I went to hospital with high temperature and strong Flue symptoms, they send me (after waiting more than one hour) to wrong Family doctor who spoke to me in a rude way, I went back to reception who is unfriendly and not cooperative at all, they put my name to see another doctor, I waited again for more than an hour (while I have high temperature and strong body pain).The doctor was great, he advised to do a PCR test, the PA in LAP said that I should pay or to go back to doctor because it is not shown in the system that I have corona symptoms 😏 I went again to Doctor who was totally unhappy with her action and called her to say that I have all the symptoms which is written already in her system. So total of 3 hours in hospital with unfriendly poor staff while I am very sick (I was Positive case which I new later from the test result) but no respect to patient at all. And forgot to mention that the nurse who did me the PCR was handling the phone in his other hand and didnt want to interrupt his conversation with friend.

I misjudged This hospital earlier. Actually, what happened is that I wanted to do a vitamin D3 test and I was not able to convey my request clearly to my doctor and thus I had not had a chance to do it. Then, I discussed my concerns with the patient coordination team and they were more generous and kind than I could have imagined. Not only, that they had my problem addressed but it was done readily and hassle free. Shout out to Lara and Zeynab from Patient engagement center who worked with me on this. I would definitely come for Mediclinic Al Noor for any medical concerns. Thanks for everything and sorry about any misunderstanding from earlier.

I went to the hospital at 10:00 PM for GP with my brother, who has been experiencing overall weakness, drowsiness, nausea, and fatigue. The GPs nurse told us that its 10:30 and the doctor will be leaving at 11:00, so its better to go to the Emergency. Hence, she called the doctor, and they informed us that they had contacted the Emergency and we shall not wait because we already have been waiting for 30 minutes. We went to the Emergency, and the receptionist was very rude, unperceptive, and uncooperative. We asked for a manager; no one came. We waited for two hours and nothing. Whats even worse is that a patient suspected herself to be a positive covid case and asked for quick access due to her fever. They kept her waiting for an hour! Very irresponsible attitude. I am extraordinarily dissatisfied with the overall experience.Long wait time. Unfriendly staff.

Pathetic service with no intrest to serve the patients. The staff (doctors and nurses) treat patients like cattle with no compassion and they wont even explain your medical problem in detail, they do tons of unnecessary blood tests (which I found out later were unnecessary) to milk the insurance system for billing later !! plus the doctors have a huge attitude problem. Do yourself a favor and stay away from this sorry excuse of a hospital. Hope it gets closed soon.

Wonderful Experience with Mediclinic Al Noor Hospital. Dr. Tamarah B.Alkeileh is really an amazing surgeon. She is having a healing and magical hands. She is my favorite medical provider. She explained everything so I could understand. She also told me and tried all my options and helped me with everything. After my surgery to her, I felt Im a new human. She is very kind and patient. The office is inviting and her staff members are friendly and helpful in every way. I am forever grateful for her.

I came at 8:30 AM I am completely tired and have cold, chough, running nose, headache, and sever cold I went to ENT, they forward me to General Partitioner, i missed my appointment in ENT because the general Partitioner are working in slow movement like in 1950s and the above 12 people are waiting for 1 doctor who is she out for some reason, how come they going to finish fast imagine that i am waiting just to get transferred to the other doctor.

Took my son for urgent care treatment after he had an accident and his foot was swollen and only got to see the doctor after almost an hour of waiting. The nurse that did my sons bandage was not child friendly and kept saying stop crying and that frightened him even more. He had to wait for another 20 minutes or more to get the final word from the doc and one of the nurses said the doc was attending to another patient in critical condition. Which is OK. But my sons condition was equally critical thats why we went in for urgent care. They need to have more doctors on call, not just one to attend to all the patients.

Doctors are good. But radiology and pharmacy department are horrible. Waiting time is more than one hour. For such a big pharmacy there are always 2 pharmacists, minimum 15 people waiting. Horrible experience.

What is the emergency care if you feel painful with high fever and pain everywhere in your body and feel so could. Then you have to wait for registration 15 minutes then wait for Check the fever and weight 15 minutes. Then the doctor came to see you after 15 minutes. One more thing Im alon in emergency care no more patients or you can call it customer not patient

Though mediclinic provides good medical services but watching the Valet staff drenching in sweat without even a fan in this hot weather was a sad site. I am sure its management will be kind enough to arrange atleast a desert cooler or fan for the poor souls... thanks..

A person who is sick needs attention and proper treatment and both were provided. With a very kind staff from reception up to the last test I had. The service is very quick and I dont have to wait long.They also have a valet parking which helps a lot.If you are not well (and hopefully we are all healthy), you can choose Mediclinic to take care of your health.

Recently I had a bad experience at Mediclinic khalifa street ER. My son got hurt in school and we came to ER to get his check up and X ray done. The on duty dr told us that there is no fracture and no other deformity and sent us back home telling us to apply gel on his arm only. The pain didn’t go away and the movement was restricted too, Finally we came back to orthopedic dr after few days to get his check up done who told us there was a fracture which was documented too but patient and parents weren’t informed about it.Such a big negligence by that ER dr.

I visited this hospital for more than 5 years, but i hv got an incident today that i have to tell about so it will not happen again to other patientsi used to park my car my self especially if the valley perking is full of cars, and today one of the people working there was very rude and angry and even his badge was overturned so no one can read his name, but i managed to know his name from his colleagues.when i finish the doctors visit i went to the administration upstairs to complain but they started telling me stories about rude patients and they called the guy but it took hom about 20 minutes to come showing no respect even to the admistration.How is this place can be hospital if you fight with someone who has heath issues ??????????? even though my medical history is here but ill go to another respective hospita

Used to be one of the top hospitals in the 90s however following their recent purchase by Mediclinic all the good doctors left and unprofessional ones have replaced their positions probably budget cuts or who knows why. Trying to make a call or get in touch with anyone within the hospital for any reports or documentation is impossible. The receptionist at the departments unfortunately don’t speak English well and when they say they’ll call back they don’t. Doctors are even worst, they’re actually rude and unhappy so they show no interest in their patients. Such a shame for what was once a lovely place.

Got a confirmed appt thru sms and phone calls on feb 5 for feb 15 scheduled teleconsultation appt to found out it will be cancelled coz i did not send my passport to them when in fact they called me at 11PM in the evening for a copy of it!!it was not even entered in their system. Got frustrated coz i waited for several days just to be in the qeue!i was supposed to speak with dr Jeneth Habacon at 5:30PM but ended up at around 7:30PM! Very bad service for booking an appointment!Two men called me on feb 5 just to confirmed and get all the info needed for the appt til 11PM! Felt very frustrated and disappointed! Waiting to do blood test for 1 hour and still didnt enter the blood collection room.. the condition laboratory is a mess, people are congested and only 1 room is operating out of 2 and 1 reception desk out of 2..One of the worst experiences Ive ever had..However doctors are professional .. they need to take care of queue and appointment management at all departments.

No extension for emergency!! Only covid at 1 and 2 and the rest??? What happens for people seeking emergency?!?!

Lab test results takes FOREVER!! ALWAYS!!! They will not reach out to you, even if the results are already available. Then you will have to pay them again just to follow up with the doctor for the results. Even if its the fault of the laboratory for not releasing the lab results immediately!!!!

We were referred here after my son needed to be admitted for pneumonia. We were told to see Dr.Nirajan and he was excellent. He was patient, informative and thorough. I def recommend him as a pediatrician. The facilities itself are older compared to so many of the new hospitals in Abu Dhabi but the care was great.

Dr. Allaeddin Beni is probably the worst doctor ever, so unprofessional.. he doesnt listen to you or let you continue, he doesnt know what he is saying.. Very rude, his accent is so hard to be understood, he gives wrong information. I wanted to leave his office immediately. He literally knows nothing. You should double think before visiting this doctor and wasting your time and money.
