I went to NMC last month for my root canal treatment. This was my first experience with NMC and it was excellent. The hospital was very clean and well sanitized.Upon arrival, the receptionist and the attenders were all friendly, nice and helpful. The registration didn’t take any time at all and the attender accompanied me upto the doctor’s clinic.My doctor, Dr. Kini, was very nice as well as his assistant. The treatment went very well.

I had a very nice experience in NMC Royal hospital, the receiving area & waiting time to be seen is zero here, staff are welcome and helpful. Suja, is one of outstanding caregiver at this hospital, providing service with top of care and smiley face. Caring of her customer satisfaction and ensuring customer safety. Dealing with respect, I am really recommending her for laser services.

.Being a reputed hospital its very crucial to have a proper patient ( customer - fro your point ) care. I went today (7/9/2021) around 7.45 -8.00pm and the two ladies at the reception treated me very badly in fact they were very rude. Please dont let somebody with such an attitude face the patients who are there in need of help.

Went to have our dental exam and it was a joke from the time we walked in. The doctor not reception told us our insurance did not cover dental. Okay we still need dental done. After being told that we wanted to have work done he sat my husband down in the chair. Moved his mirror around his mouth and said no cavities looks great. Then proceeded to clean using a machine that he then used to stab between every tooth skipping a couple. Every now and then Flossing came next we’re he “tried to” get between teeth but......then he polished them off. His assistant took the paste with dirty gloves and placed a small amount on the tray. It was old and crusty. He then proceeded to add water to it to make it work again. Using a cotton tip applicator he then transferred it to the teeth. He used a polishing tool to clean then you rinse your mouth and you are done.I know the pain because I was able to watch then I went through it myself.

I am mother of 3 kids, it was always a struggle for me to find a paediatric dentist who is very loving to kids. 2019 I visited one of the clinics in Abu Dhabi for my son’s dental care apparently, we were referred to NMC Royal Medical Center as my son needs to undergo GA (general anaesthesia).So, I scheduled an appointment with Dr. Malini Shanani Sindhwad. Upon meeting Doc Malini, she was very honest and straightforward. My son was not afraid of her as she was fun with kids.Until then, I never visited any paediatric doctor.She provides suggestions and best possible ways to help maintain a good teeth for little ones. She is so approachable.101% I recommend her to any mother who struggles too much for kids dental care.

I must say I visit hospitals often and rarely come across good customer service. And I believe what makes any entity a great place is the employees .. big shout out to Hassan who has genuinely helped me have a relaxed visit to the hospital. He was very accommodating and helpful and saved my time by walking me himself to the right clinics or labs.

My past three visits to NMC hospital were very great due to excellent customer services demonstrated by Mr. Hassan and the concern doctors and other staff.Mr. Hassan has been a really great help during my visits to NMC hospital whether alone or with my family (friend, mother & sister). He welcomed and escorted us to our appointments and follow-up with us after each appointment to check if we were satisfied with the treatment; he even either go with us to the pharmacy or he will get the medicine to us!Adding to the above, almost all the doctors that I have met were professional in regards of explaining the issue/disease and the preferred possible treatment.If the above were to continue, my visit to NMC hospital will increase in the future because currently I am extremely satisfied with the customer services provided by Mr. Hassan which makes my visit to hospital endurable and off course, I am satisfied with the professional doctors as well.

I’ve just needed to use the distance consultation, the Remote Care Application with NMC and it worked very well. Easy to download, register and convenient to book an appointment. I got great help from Mr Hassan to guide me through how this system works so big thanks to him for his kind and helpful attitude (and patience)! Of course doctors are very professional and I will receive the medication in 48 hrs. Nice and safe system!

I went to the medical center i have met a guy who`s handling customer care department i found him well mannered and very professional. he talks politely and understanding. he welcoming me very worm and direct me to doctor my over all experience is tremendous i really want to visit again they treat with care. lastly i forget the name of guy i think he is from Pakistan he is great and professional.

Dr. Henna is one of the best Dentists I have ever seen. In my opinion, she has tremendous expertise in her area of practice and very caring & supportive as a person. I had been suffering for a long time with number issues with my teeth, both in upper and lower Jaws; i.e. cavities, acute sensitivity, wearing out due to bruxism etc. I visited a number of dentists in last couple of years, got treatments which were partly or temporarily successful too. However, Dr Henna was the one who could understand the actual condition of my teeth and suffering, Treated every tooth with utmost expertise and care and as a result now I feel very much better. I have done my braces with Dr. Krishna Prasad (KP) from the dental department. Dr KP is so friendly and very professional. It wasn’t an easy decision for me to put on braces but he made the journey really easy and enjoyable. He is always following up on my progress even after i have removed my braces. The results were outstanding and i got so many compliments that some people thought i have veneers on. I totally recommend dr KP for anyone who is starting his braces journey as the transition is incredible . He knows best for the patients and he will never recommend something that you wont need. I am super satisfied 👌🏽.

I have had a very pleasant experience with NMC. The doctors here are really professional and they really help you in recovery. The appointment booking is also very seamless with just one call you can book an appointment. The staff members specially Mr. Hassan is gem of a guy. He is very cooperative and help you with step by step guidance. He is a perfect example of how to cooperate with the patients who come in and seek for any guidance. He will also help you with follow ups if required and can give details of the right doctor to consult in case you are looking for some specific treatment like Foot pain or skin allergy etc. If you visit NMC my suggestion is to ask for Mr. Hassan and he will make things easier for you.

Nurses are very not helpful. I was waiting for a long time for my appointment. I came with two other patients to see same doctor. The other two patients are already done and seems like they had their labs/ meds. And here I am still waiting for my appointment!!! I approached the Nurses where they took my Vital Signs and they’re even hesitant to assist me! Fyi There are 4 nurses in that room I am also a healthcare worker! That’s why it’s so frustrating how could they treat a patient like this.

Clean and well organized. We came for regular checkout. Hassan, customer manager organized everything and service was seamless.

This is a super nice Medical Center to visit for treatment. The prime reason for me to say so is because of the well trained staff and their courteous and polite attitude that I always felt much contented when even I had to go there for treatment. I went into ER they sent me to royal building because i was in a stable condition. Waited 20 minutes to get registered in the reception. Then sent me back to ER Building for blood and other tests. Very inconvenient if you cant walk due to pain

I saw Dr. Syed Ahmed dentist doctor..hes perfect i will give him 5 out of 5..really i feel comfortable with my teeth.

I had an appointment for 1pm. I had to wait a total of an hour and 15 mins despite having an appointment. They make you register at the ground floor which takes 15 minutes and then let you go up to the consulting floors. I then waited an hour to see the doctor. The receptionist was rude and basically said they put someone without an appointment before me.I would not recommend here at all. Horrible patient services. So unless you have hours to waste, go to an efficient hospital.
