I’ve been to a few CMC branches which were nice but the Delma branch is by far the best.The manager is very accommodating and helpful.And Boushra is the best technician I’ve had with laser.Professional, clean and good services all round.

I have the best experience in this medical center. Receptionists are approachable and very accommodating. The call center is very responsive also for appointment booking and other queries.Reasonable price and they always have a good offers for skin treatment procedures. A common mistake is to discuss changes in dental strategy before resolving differences of opinions about the current state. Other dentists are also reluctant to accept the need for change. I Waited 30minutes to get a report that was supposed to be done during my visit. When they knew I will do my physiotherapy outside, they wrote 5 sessions, however for a similar previous 8njury they wrote 10 sessions when I did it within CMC. Unprofessional. Then Xray is done somewhere else where you wait another 30-40min!!

Yesterday I had an laser appointment and I gave them my Emirates ID and when I finished I left and didn’t take my ID from them , and today they didn’t even call me to tell me I didn’t take my ID I just randomly was searching for my ID then when I went there to ask them for my ID first they didn’t find they don’t know where did they put it I was waiting there for like ten minutes just because they lost my ID then they found it up stairs I don’t know what it was doing upstairs

I usually don’t write reviews...but i thought it is important for you to know that:When you buy groupon voucher for laser make sure you really know the date of expiry, otherwise you will do my mistake of calling canadian cmc to ask for the number of sessions I still got and when it is expiring, unfortunately wrong informations was given to me from them, which led to me not using my groupon voucher because it expired already!Credibility and trust is very important but unfortunately I think Canadian CMC needs to work on this otherwise more client like me will definitely never go back.I am glad I had this experience so I could share it with you and not make the same mistake like me.

Unprofessional, told us waiting for insurance company approval, after 2 days, I called the insurance company and they confirmed they did not receive any approval request from the hospital. I poped-up at the hospital, staff started to lie, we just canceled the treatment.

Dr Hany is excellent for hijama. I cant thank him enough. Reception is awful. The lady at the clinic reception expects you to tell her your card pin number and sounded very frustrated. She charged extra VAT on quoted amount and didnt provide a receipt to explain.

I had more than 20 Physiotherapy Sessions with one of their Physiotherapist Mr Shahbaz, and i must say it was worst experience ever, only wastage of money and time.And the guy was so rude and unprofessional, whenever i ask something about my treatment he dnt bother to respond, else respond rudely.Very disappointing experience ever.

Great dental doctors and treatment, did two teeth root canal treatment abd it was perfect, that cost for that was 2k. It will be great if they can work on improving the accuracy of the appointments made.

To be honest their appointments are not good at all, they have no openings or slots. I came for physiotherapy appointments and the only available slot was after 3 weeks. It’s kind of not fair to wait this much when you are sick, but I stuck because I heard good things about the physiotherapist from my friend. But what makes this experience worse is that you cannot reach the physiotherapist on phone through the center at least, in case you have any questions to ask.You are just stuck there waiting for your appointment as you navigate through your sickness by looking up online articles.

I am here to thanks first Almighty and then Canadian Medical Center and would like to share my experience. Well i was really suffering from a severe back pain on my left side for years. i had not been sleeping on the left side moreover i had difficulties in breathing whenever i was sleeping on the left side or left side back used to touch either bed or anything. I consulted many doctors but the pain remained there. Finally i got the chance to get the physiotherapy treatment at the Canadian Medical Center. In the very first session i really felt better and in the second session much better. i really thanks to the physiotherapist and Canadian too for having such experienced Physio. The service i received was very nice and punctual. Thanks for your good services.

Hello, i had an appointment with the chiropractor doctor NagenaShe literally saved my life, i was 9 months pregnant and i had back pain and I couldn’t walk well i walked out of her office perfectlyAlso, i suffered from severe reflux like I couldn’t even drink water peacefully and she fixed i was truly amazed by her work it was like magic by next day i stopped all the medicines and ate and i drink normally since that day I Recomended her to my friendsThank you so much

I purchased a groupon for laser removal. Prior to purchasing I called CMC to clarify the area size I needed to purchase and purchased accordingly. When I arrived at CMC they told me that their contact centre was wrong and it would be classed as extra large area, something which isnt even on groupon! And they consumed 2 sessions instead of 1 as a result. If they wanted to be transparent they could have put what the different areas are on the groupon page. I called and complained but nobody as of yet called me back.

This is a review on the Laser Hair Removal Service in CMC. Im halfway through the process, however Ive already had great results. My Laser Therapist Bushra has been of a great help. She makes sure I am getting the results I want and always asks for feedback before every session. She is very professional, well experienced and knows how to accommodate my requests, and constantly gives me tips to achieve better results from each session. All the sessions so far have been a comfortable and a pleasant experience. All in all, a great experience, not to mention their updated laser technology and hygienic treatment rooms. I highly recommend trying their Laser Treatment Service.

Went to their chiropractic clinic today. The ground floor reception lack customer service. You have to approach them in order to acknowledge you as a patient where in fact they should be the one to approach and greet you first. I paid for the chiropractic treatment by debit card and the cashier didn’t bother to give me the receipt which I honestly forgot to ask and left the clinic. I called them to send me the bill to my registered email because I need the bill for reimbursement. Their customer service said just come back to the clinic, which is totally impractical because I have to go by taxi. After discussing with them in the phone, they said they will send but I did receive it in my email.

The worst experience ever! I made an appointmeng at 1130am to meet the GP at 1pm only to reach there on time to find out that the GP has decided to leave. Absolutely unprofessuonal!

I have seen 2 chiropractors, Dr Akhtar did a good job on a back pain following a skydiving issue but it is not the case for another doctor I prefer not to name.I had to go back 4 times, each time it took 5/10 minutes and being asked to come back more... For a torticolis. Each time paying 350 aed. He was always saying I need more sessions...It stopped when I had to go back on Thursday as the situation was getting worse. After a 5 minutes conversation and 2 manipulations, I was asked to come back on Saturday. The same evening the pain was so intense I called the Canadian Medical Center and they had the Dr calling me back. He advised to wait Saturday and to use pain killers.I ended up in a hospital emergency where I had a proper solution to my pain and torticolis.Be careful of that center...

I read and heard that the centre is good for therapy as well as its reputed for asking and pushing on cash before insurance.I drove from Ras Al khaimah to Abu Dhabi booked hotel and took leave for back and neck pain. Arrived for the therapy late by 15 minutes thus first day gone and couldnt do therapy. Second day and third came and did 20 min therapy. The therapist was good and advised chiropractor for faster relief. I checked with insurance and was covered. Asked reception for booking they refused and said only cash and was like shocked how its covered by insurance. I made conference call with insurance company that was very helpful and their insurance billing team and both parties confirmed that its ok. Then called to book with insurance member online and the reception said we have different instruction that this therapy is always paid. Still she will check and call back to make it after threatened to raise issue to ministry of health.Personally I wont recommend this centre despite their therapist might be good but their treatment for people is less than 0% especially one Morrocan receptionist and one Indian guy there.They look at your wallet and then screw you wither you die or not in pain or not . Not their business.I left and went to burjeel hospital and could feel the difference from the welcoming and treatment.I hope the reach maximum people to not suffer like others did.

I had the best experience with Dr. Kenan, he was very thorough and professional. Today was my second time seeing him and he never fails to amaze me with his clealiness and making sure everything was done right throughout my visit. I have always had an unpleasent expierence with dentists and orthodontists but Dr. Kenan was the first doctor to change that experience around for me. Him and his staff didnt rush through anything and truly provided the highest quality care! Will defiently come visit him again and reccomend him and the clinic to anyone who asks. Truly a professional!

I visited a GP doctor at Delma branch. The problem was a chronic back pain. The doctor was gentle and took his time with me, and referred me to a physiotherapist. I went there for assessment in order to send a report to the insurance company and since then ( MORE THAN 10 DAYS ) I havent heard from them ( approval usually takes max 2 days ). During this time, I called them 3 times to check the process and Ivebeen told we will get back to you once we get the insurance company approval. Unfortunately and obviously what they care about is money, and not human being ( i am under the basic Daman ) and not the high standardinsurance. They dont bother to double check my papers and let me know what is going on. This is pure business and it does hurt. Cause i have a Lebanese friend holding a better insurance card than mine and he has been treated properly. After all, i am going to cut it out with this unprofessional center...

Visited today and was very impressed, service was very good. The medical information I received was extensive and thorough. Was referred to a physio straight away and it was in the same building. Very impressed highly recommend this facility.
