Fast efficient service, friendly staff, overall very good facility.

Their dentist, Dr. Zaineb Hamoudi, is the best dentist I’ve been to. She is thorough, careful, and precise. She knows what she is doing. I’m always scared to go to dentists but I felt so comfortable with her. Her dental assistant, Eunice, is also efficient as well. She knows when and where to assist. Kudos to both of them!

Hospital is quite calm with excellent interior design. Seating arrangements in waiting areas are exceptional good. Staff is very much cooperative and trained.

Worst service ever. I got PCR test done on Wednesday from burjeel marina mall and received the result on Thursday but they did not update the ALHOSN till now and today is Saturday morning. I could not cross the border to Abu Dhabi and had to stay back in Dubai. I don’t know when will they update it. 😡😡😡Really expected better service from burjeel

I visited here with my wife and kids for a quick check-up with specialist few days back, but the time in reception was really really bad. The kids though enjoyed the ambiance of this center seems like it wasnt a clinic at all!Though bad review for reception (really, really upsetting service!) me and my wife appreciate how the the other staff work. Nurse Nicole I can recall made a very quick response to check for us. She is very good in handling our disappointment and gave us very warm and happy welcome during the fisrt part of check up. She did very well giving us precise vitals and asked politely about our concern. Thank you Nurse!I see most Filipino works. Nurses are verg much hard working and we appreciate all you do even you are tired and all bad stuff. I will definitely come back here! 4 stars only yet good service.

Went for PCR test, Lack of staff on reception, one person for data entry and 3 nurses not doing anything .. two were in the queue took us 25 minutes waiting then we left because if this was how slow the service is then the results would take longer than expected .. dont recommend for pcr test

I did PCR test twice at this facility as it’s the closest to my home. Unfortunately the service is very slow. Waiting time after giving an EID at the reception till you are called for a test is roughly 30 mins. At least this is what was my experience. After initial 15 min of waiting I usually remind the receptionist that I’m there still waiting and then I wait again. I would like to mention that I’m usually the only one at the waiting area meaning no other patients waiting for the same service. Other than waiting time, no complaints. The facility is clean, spacious and don’t have that hospital ambiance which is refreshing.

Was told this is one of the top rated hospitals in UAE, but was disappointed with the service. Came for a PCR test with my husband and despite it being not a busy period (there was less than 5 people waiting), the front desk could not get it right to enter my mobile number correctly and registered both of us under his mobile number. Cant imagine the hassle to correct this issue which may lead to my al hosn not being updated. When I approached the front desk to update the number correctly, i was given an attitude with slamming of my ID and sticker label on the counter. There was also no clear instructions on where to go after pcr test, and we had to wonder around and approach the front desk to ask. We were told to wait while she was attending to someone else but there was then no order in serving customers who came first and 3 other customers were served before us to process payment.

I am so grateful for kind pharmacist at MHPC, she was very cooperative and helpful.

Customer service is weak at the reception.We came to do PCR test, and the stuff does not show any professional attitude in front of patients and they insisted that they need original EID !! So if I’m sick and coming to your hospital for check up or treatment, you won’t allow me in ?Moreover, all the places in UAE would issue the PCR result within max 24 hours, while here it will take so much much more.Please don’t reply by saying share your feedback by email ..etc.It’s either someone would do an action about it or then it’s a waste of time even by email!

I really appreciate the effort done by doctor kim to explain my report and as well as the help of the medical translator ms safaa who help the doctor to interpret what have.in general i really recommends bmhpc for all.doctor kim is a good Gastroenterology doctor 😀all the best to her.

Ive been attending to my appointments at the MPHC Burjeel Marina Abu Dhabi for more than a year.I was seen by Dr Paul, the ENT specialist as well as other doctors.Im satisfied with the services and care provided at all time by the doctors, nurses, reception and other staff.I highly recommend the clinic to all.Parking is easy and readily available at all times.

I do not know why New waiting process was made at the reception hall. Asked to wait only for 2 minutes but actually at least 10 minutes were spent here.But I think its not too long waiting. Normally other process/services by nurses in this hospital were not bad.One hour was spent until seeing the doctor for today.

We (2 persons) needed a PCR-test for travelling back home to Switzerland. Went there 2 days before take off. Very friendly and efficient, good price.But 24 hrs later we still didnt have the result. Since it was Friday, nobody at Burjeel could be reached. Mail-address on homepage was fake (error-message by mail-server), a call by phone led to contact-form that didnt work for visitors without local UAE-ID and local mobile-number.Luckily we the decided to make an alternative PCR-test, which delivered after some hours.Now we are back home, 60 hours (!) after test - and still dont have the results. They have our mail-addresses and mobile-numbers - no message at all.Dont rely on Burjeel. Worthless processes or just crooks.

Clean facilities and kind staff. I turned to to get the COVID-19 vaccine. Its recommended to book an appointment.i walked in and it took about 2 hours and 14 minutes. The waiting area is nice and the interiors are well decorated and cared for.There is a free parking area for the medical center located behind Marina Mall.

My first and last visit, Im working in marina mall, I thought its better for me to come every week to do pcr. with this staff attitude, I prefer to travel another lab where I find service much better even its small lab.

I dont recommend anyone to do PCR with them.Slow, not good customer service.

My experience in this Marina Clinic is awesome. The assistance I got from the receptionist, nurses and Ms. Asma is very helpful especially Al Hosn app. I wish every a very success. The vaccine was not painful at all. I would like to highly recommended to everyone to come here. Alhamdulilah

Im always very pleased with the service I receive from Burjeel Marina! The doctors, the physical department and the staff in general always are willing to assist me!

In general staff is friendly, the hospital itself is clean, BUT when it comes to the vaccination, it is a mess, as your vaccination will not be reflected in the al hosn application. Burjeel is not able to solve it, they reply always friendly, “yes mam, we will solve it, give us 2 days” till today nothing is solved. Especially for people who have to go to Dubai, you still have to do your PCR on 4th and 8th day. Don’t go to Burjeel for vaccination!!!!!

Very very unprofessional and very bad experience I didn’t get my lab result for 10 days and I call them 7 times but still no result yet . It’s the worse service I Experienced in UAE .

Reception management and staff shouting when calling each other .Dr. Kim is unprofessional and doesnt give neither enough time for patient nor a good attitude nor enough explanation for anything. She doesnt even listen.Patients have rights ! I will never visit this doctor anymore.

Very disappointed from the experience. Unprofessional staff and not aware of the patients care. Super waste of time and money thats for sure . They were lost where and what proper things to use to clean the patients pains area or wound areas. So sad and sure last visit.

They charged me 500 for the follow up and 210 aed for giving me injection ( However I have paid for the injections and the medicine another 512) this 210 was just for the nurseAnd when I came back to them , sorry we can not give u the money back but we will try to give u discount if u come again .My advise is not to go there if you don’t have insurance

Very poor follow up when it comes to complain over one month now I am trying with hospital to send correct report to Al Hosson and I am actually calling and visiting the hospital every day with no action, they don’t have system and they don’t care about customer satisfaction at all, not recommend

Came to do the PCR test, friendly medical staff but was told the result would come within 24h which did not happen, I called and they changed it to 24-48h. Unreliable.EDIT: Emailed, no response. Called, was put on hold for 10-15 mins before telling me they had incorrectly taken my phone number (after them having called me at the test to confirm the number). Told me they would rectify as soon as possible and send the result. 2 weeks later and no result. I would advise using another provider if you need a PCR test

Worst experience with them. My PCR test result report and SMS are till this moment not sent to me although done since Thursday. 3 complains since the morning and nothing but promises to do something, but NOTHING.

Doctor takes a look at your xRay, in 1 minute decides you need a screw in your foot... Of course I said No, I went and saw 2 specialists outside berjeel, they said no screw, only a regular cast and I will be fine.Blood test, they email you without any explanation. They will not follow up with you even after the blood results come out. I had to take the results else ware and have someone explain to me what I am looking at.They put the wrong number in the system, I called to correct it TWICE, off by one digit... Hopeless, when i email them, no record for you with the number you provided.Horrible, unprofessional, and a water off your human body if you go. Its like going to a car mechanic.

The waiting time so long, nursing station useless, they let you set and no body talk to you .

Burjeel MHPC is one of the best clinics I have ever seen.They have a convenient location. If you are coming by car, firstly we have to consider the parking status and they have that huge area. When you reach the premises for sure you are not in good shape, by that time you’ll be irritated if the reception will not treat you well BUT in Burjeel MHPC you’ll get a good vibe and comfortability on how they are dealing with you and the assistance until you’ll come to meet your physician.To make it short, everything is perfect when it comes to the medical centers level. Doctors are good and very effective. Lastly, you’ll met Ms. Asma who is very accommodating and friendly to assist everyone.

The first hospital in not answering the calls in abudhabi

Hi, i was having a appointment for ABPM machine at 1 pm, 21/7/2019 to check BP. I arrived before the time 45 minutes, then i have been told the machine are not available!!!! I have asked the nurse to request the machine from other branch, again they cant.The point is about respecting the time.I wish there were less than one star to select.Thanks Burjeel Marina Mall.
