Do not come here if you need a medical certificate from a GP, their “system is down” a lot even though other Clinics are fine and they cannot even advise if other branches’ connectivity is OK.

My young son had an accident and was seen immediately and treated brilliantly by the team. Dr Ayesha did a great job and made him feel very comfortable. Nice to have this on my doorstep.

The service there is really slow and terrible, i have been waiting for 40 min for my pcr test. There were no quеue at all and i asked the resepcionist if she can check why ive been waiting so long. Finally they call me and the nurse was lying to me, he said that he called my name before. But i was just next to the reception and nobody called my name. Not professional staff. At the end my pcr test result came in 28hrs. Not recommending to visit this place if you want to save your time and money.

In our family there is one member with Sciatica and one with Achilles heal and Jonathan the physio at Al Zeina is incredible. He overworks to fit all his patients. Excellent person and professional.

I visited Burjeel Medical Centre AlZeina for well woman checkup with Dr Iram Mobusher. She is very experienced, kind and polite gynaecologist. Her approach towards the patients is very methodical and professional. She probes to take a detailed history to enquire about your case and her way of examination is very gentle. During our recent visit here for a pediatric department as a walk in we met Dr.Sudarshan Shetty who treated of our 9 months old daughter and 4 years pre schooler son. Located in a lovely locality, plenty of parking place, hardly any crowd to see your doctor and friendly staff. They have xray, ultrasound and lab tests in house. They have a Pediatrician, Dermatologist, Obstetrician, Family Physician, GP, Dentist on a daily service and visiting ENT surgeon and Orthopedic Surgeon.

The worst experience I ever had , I would never recommend anyone to deal with this unprofessional group of clinics and hospitals. Such a disrespect to their patients.Two weeks ago I had an appointment with Dr. Iram in Burjeel clinic Al Zeina being on my 9th week of pregnancy and she gave me a referral form to Burjeel hospital in Abu Dhabi for my 12th week NT scan there as in Al Zeina they don’t have this equipment. Next day I called Burjeel hospital in Abu Dhabi to make an appointment for NT scan but the lady in radiology department said she has no request from the clinic yet, and she will call me back. I waited the whole day didn’t receive a call, called myself again she said she will call me back as there is still no request for my scan came to them after more than 35 hours after my visit. Finally when she called me back she said that I was posted as a cash client and have to pay by cash for this scan, I told her that I have my insurance activated now and change my appointment under insurance. She said she couldn’t do it as this has to be done by the doctor again from the beginning and promised to call me back. She never called me back for the next 2 days, so I decided to call myself to the clinic in Al Zeina to sort out the issue myself. I’ve been told that they can’t change my appointment under insurance over the phone I have to come and see the doctor myself again and take a new request. I got really frustrated and told that I’m pregnant and can’t keep coming every few days to correct their mistakes. They promised to call me back and never did for another 3 days.( one week is gone since my first visit). So I went myself to the clinic again on Tuesday, asking to change my NT scan request under the insurance. Vinod said I will receive a call from the hospital next day for an appointment, which off course didn’t happen ! Today is Saturday, still no call for an appointment ! Isn’t it the disrespect to the patient ? One week already past since my first visit to the doctor, all those telephone calls were lasting the whole week with no results. And I went again myself to fix the issue and again no response for several days! This is simply unacceptable. I really don’t know how to deal with this organisation further. Still waiting for my appointment....since two weeks, how much longer?

Visited two times myself and the wife two times. Dermatologist and Gynecology Specialists. Every time their diagnostics was bizarre to say the least and wrong in two occasions. Comparing to any other clinic or hospital, the quality of the doctors is low. We wont ever go there. Management should start checking the doctor;s practice.. doubtful.

It was a nightmare to me when my new born showed up some skin allergies and spots. i feared to visit clinics with the pandemic going on . Dr. Shetty replied to all of my concerns during his busy schedule .He was clear in mentioning what to and what not to do.thank you Doctor for being there for my baby .Gratitude.

They appeared professional having rang to ensure they deal with patients without insurance. As I didnt have insurance I asked the cost of seeing an ENT consultant and was advised it was 300AED, but would not advise the cost of the treatment despite there being a set pricelist.However, I made an appointment and saw the ENT specialist who was knowledgeable and professional. Following the diagnosis I asked the price for the treatment and after calling reception the ENT doctor advised it would be 160 AED for an ear wash, which I was happy with and asked to proceed.Following the treatment I headed to the reception expecting to pay 460 AED (300 Consultation + 160 Treatment) but was asked for around 880 AED! I queried it and was advised the 300 AED consultation was for a GP, I specifically asked the cost of seeing an ENT consultant so how am I responsible for their error?? But it gets worse the 160 AED has more than tripled to 480 and again I was told the price I was quoted and accepted was an error on their part. Obviously quite annoyed by this point I was insulted by the offer of a 15% discount on the treatment, which essentially meant they wanted me to pay over 800 AED instead of the 460 for AED quoted when it was THEIR error.When I challenged them I was emotionally blackmailed and the employee would personally pay the additional amount. I was being more than reasonable and infact ended up paying 600 AED despite originally being quoted 460 AED. At the end of the day the employee made a mistake so what sort of organisation would expect the employee to personally pay for it!!!IF YOU GO TO BURJEEL MEDICAL CENTRE WITHOUT INSURANCE GET A WRITTEN QUOTE AND ONLY PAY THAT!!

Will never recommend!!! Came there for pediatric but only Gp Dr Khalil was available,who prescribed 2 times in row,within a month period of time wrong antibiotic dosage!! First time caused the second time infection.In addition to that hundred useless swabs and blood tests to charge the insurance ofcourse.

Must have been worst experience I ever had at a medical center in UAE, first appointment scheduled the receptionist was very rude. Dr. ordered some blood tests, which took 11 days, after receiving sms that blood tests are available and to call and schedule follow up, i was informed that Dr who ordered the tests was on annual leave for 1 months, I have requested to schedule an appointment with another GP instead, when I arrived the next day I was told that I get charged for the follow up appointment, because it wasnt within 6 days. considering that their blood tests took 11 days, it isnt patients fault that clinic doesnt deal with cases in a timely manner. unprofessional and unethical, just a way of squeezing more money out of patients and insurance companies

Friendly enough once you actually get in but doing so in the first place can take ages - organisation is severely lacking. When I went for my appointment I was kept waiting for almost an hour, in a relatively tiny facility with fewer than a dozen staff members. How thats possible I have yet to discover. I had to follow up about a medical detail, just needed them to forward me an document. I called them and was assured that theyd get to it right away and after a week was still standing empty handed. I followed up with email to no avail. Whoever is in charge of the inbox, whether that be the receptionist or otherwise, needs to shape up. If you value your time and sanity I advise that you go elsewhere.
