Dr Dina Subaih is the best for cosmetic procedures, results are long lasting and she will make your vision come true, also she gives useful recommendations - I officially trust her with everything because everything she told me to do worked out PERFECTLY and I am so satisfied.Also, they offer tattoo removal with Picoway machine, the downtime and swelling took 1 week for me however I saw extremely promising results in 2 sessions.Best clinic ever and most trustworthy in the UAE

I went two times, to get Botox and filler done. Each time I had to wait for at least an hour! And doctor isn’t friendly sometimes very rude.

I Had a wonderful experience at Derma Medical Center, I went there for CoolSculpting which is a slimming treatment that helped tremendously, I had a problem with stubborn belly fat that would not go away after many months of a strict dieting regimen and eating healthy, I went for a few sessions at the clinic and about 3 months later I got amazing results, my stubborn belly fat was gone, I recommend this clinic to anyone staff was extremely friendly and welcoming, and the doctors and nurses were extremely knowledgeable and understanding.

I am shocked and tramatized by the way the DR was talking to me, she was literally yelling at me when I asked her to make some adjusement. I do not recommend this clinic. no respect of appointments and very rude treatment. no satisfying results. do not waste your time and do not waste your money. NO STARS!

There is no clear advise from the doctors or written plan plus there is no commitment from doctor on appointment timing. Delays always and nurses are the one who make the prescription. It is scary place to get treatment, they do not have procedural way of treating patient just random advices either you like or you do not like it.

I made an appointment and had to wait to see DR. Dina for 2:30 hours... so what is the point of making appointment???? The doctor was not very welcoming and not worth waiting for. All she wants to do is giving perception and done with me without checking my skin condition as fast as she can. 👎🏻I am only enjoy my visit for skin treatments with their technicians as they are always on time and very professional.

I had a bad experience for hand filler , the filler was concentrated in one area and took more than one month for my hands to return to a normal look,And when i went to the dr to discuss she told me the hands look normal to have it “swallowed and filler concentrated in only one side of the hand and the hands to look strange “””” then they only give me solution to dissolve the filler and i paid 4000 dhs for the filling already!!!!

I am chronically ill and I suffer every day, so I made sure I spoke to the doctor in detail before booking. I’ve also had countless needles and iv lines put in me and I am usually not scared of needles because I am so used to them. When I arrived for my first appointment, I wasn’t feeling well. I had to wait over an hour for my appointment and after an hour, I made a scene. They told me that my husband wasn’t allowed to go in with me. I needed him with me. They told me that there was another lady in the room who suddenly decided to do more treatments (and take my slot) & this was the reason my husband wasn’t allowed with me.I had to make a scene again & after a lot of time and energy, they put me in another room. They put the needle in my arm and my blood started pouring out & then they just left me. I started to feel dizzy so my husband tried to find a nurse. He searched for someone to help but he couldn’t find anyone. I became extremely weak. After time, my blood was still pouring out & no help was in sight & I really felt terrible at this point, the room was spinning and blurry, I was extremely light headed and short of breath and shaking uncontrollably. You are not supposed to leave a patient completely unsupervised while withdrawing large amounts of blood from them, ESPECIALLY if they have a serious illness. Eventually after a very long time, the doctor came in & stopped the blood flow. By this time I was in a very bad way. No apology. I was very anxious for my next session because of what had happened before, so I made sure to tell them to keep a nurse with me & that I was nervous & ill. The doctor jabbed the needle into my arm so hard, twisted & moved it around forcefully to a point that I screamed. I was in so much pain - he told me to forget it ever happened. Then he went in for the other arm and it was also a very harsh & painful jab. Like before, he left with the nurse. I begged her to stay. Luckily she was there because my blood stopped flowing out. She called the doctor and it took long for him to come. He said it was my fault because I was nervous! He took needle out & put it back in and at this point both of my arms were in so much pain from all the aggressive jabbing. He told me that it wasn’t easy to put the needles in because I was tense. I have been tense before with doctors and needles when I was very ill but I’ve NEVER had such problems! I was crying. He told my husband that when I cry, he must leave the room & leave me to cry. It was extremely insensitive in the situation. He also told me that I must just forget my disease & also told me to stop researching about my disease! The research is the ONLY thing that lead me to finding solutions & educating myself on how to heal! I am a part of many groups & have conversations with many experts & knowledge is power. From then onwards, the rest of the session was a nightmare. My needle wasn’t secured properly, it kept stopping working & the doctor was always nowhere to be seen and when he finally came to “fix” it, he kept blaming me. There were also huge air bubbles in my IV line and the nurse was unable to remove them, she had to call the doctor again. He also struggled to remove the air and eventually simply injected it into me with the air. Eventually my husband got so frustrated from seeing me in pain and trauma that he confronted the doctor. There were no apologies. There was a lot of clotting left over in my iv bag in the end which shows that my blood was sitting for too long when the iv got blocked and the doctor was not there to supervise. Today, when I messaged the doctor about the clotting, he told me that my husband and I were disrespectful for confronting him. I sent him a picture of my arm, it is extremely bruised and bloody in a large area around the arm from all the harsh poking. No reply. Both of my arms are still in pain and it’s not supposed to be such a painful procedure. I feel that this level of negligence is completely unacceptable! The way I was treated was cruel. My husband and I are both traumatised by the whole experience.
