Best experience. The centre is very clean, hygiene and pleasant. I am satisfied with the doctors I have met. They are very professional and also other staffs are very helpful and kind. PCR test results came on time and no much waiting time. Highly recommended!! 😇

I have been to the hospital for like 2 , 3 times for my COVID Vaccination. The overall experience was really good. The staff are really good and helpful. All the equipment and medical facilities are modern and upto the mark. All the procedures are smooth.

Pediatric Dentist Dr. Pooja Bheda is very professional and experienced doctor. We consulted her for my sons dental checkup and she is very gentle with kids. She explains the process and shows the tools to the kid before starting which makes child comfortable and cooperative. We took Flouride treatment.Highly recommend Dr. Pooja Bheda for regular dental checkup and treatments.The centre has colorful interior to attract kids.Very neat and hygienic centre.

I booked an appointment and called, they said that the doctor is free. I went for the appointment and had to wait for more than 40mins, what’s the point of the appointments if we are going to wait this much. Review is only for Karama center. Visited on 10th June for my wife checkup . Shortage of staff and resources, may be due to new facility. I faced issue while requesting my lab reports on my email but they speed up the process on escalating the matter. Staff need to be little more polite and managed while attending the patient.

I visited the center this morning and finished with the doctor and my lab in less than 30 minutes. All the staff from the security at the door, receptionist and nurses were all very welcoming and professional. I highly recommend this clinic.

Thank you NMC for a wonderful experience.I work in customer service and I know how it’s hard sometimes to deal with people especially those who walk in a place and think they can buy people with their money !Couple of days back were so desperate to finding a place that can give us last moment COVID test for travel sake so we went to NMC.The lady at the reception, Ms. Jasmine was so kind and understood that we have an urgent matter and we wanted to get the test even though we were last to arrive; even the security wasn’t sure we’ll be able to do it. She patiently assisted us and was assuring us that we’ll get the results in time and she’ll make sure to follow up so we don’t need to worry ♥️♥️

Very rude receptionist her name is Shereen , i went to do PCR test and waited for more than 45 mins then i headed to the receptionist to ask about my que she ignored me for first time then i asked again she yelled at mei cant answer come back to your seat , then she pick the phone and order a delivery, i asked her to talk to me in the same polite way Im talking to her she kept ignoring me then i asked her for her name she even refused to give full name , and what i knew that alot of patients complained about her , so if i advise not to visit this branch unless if you want to be insulted infront of people.

PCR test doesnt not show in ALHOSN app. You get a test and only after 8 hours it shows in Al Hosn. They dont tell you about this when you come to take the test.

I went there cuz I was fever and was suspecting it’s COVID-19The front desk assisted me to do PCR test and to see a doctor who was really professional.I was surprised how the pharmacy got the approval very fast and everything was done perfectly

The doctor was very helpful and explained to me my condition and what kind of medication I need and why. The receptionist also informed me about the cosmetology department offers they have, very reasonable prices, going to book for me and my friend next week.

Very disappointing service, first of all they don’t have proper queue system. People who came after us were called ahead of us even after mentioning that it is special priority group. Forget special priority group, had they called in the proper manner, should have called us before the people who came after us. Second, nobody picks up the phone call in this place I have been trying to call multiple times to get an update.This is not what we expect as customers/patients from NMC “Royal”.

Worst place to visit, i visited urologist and he referred me dermatology and lastly they charged me consultant fee for both. None of them have provided any procedure and just talking for 5 minutes. Same issue was treated in Burjeel by a urologist and that was as simple as it looks. Not recommended.

I was having problems with my skin because of the pandemic situation which requires us to wear mask all the time and it led me to have maskne. I went to NMC Royal to have it checked and im really happy and satisfied with their service. Ms. Leah is one of the best professional laser technician i have ever encountered. She has the ability to establish a good rapport with her clients making them feel comfortable throughout the procedure. Very very very unprofessional very bad !!!!!! I make covid test at 30 December and I call at 3 January for result to bring noone care to bring the result if I’m positive or negative!!!! If I not call no one will send me anything shame !!!!!!! No one recommended to this clinic !!!! SHAME !!!!!!!

A guy called me to answer a query and he blabbered non-stop just to shush me. He was making no sense. No real customer service and no etiquette. They showed me something, but the received papers were something else.
