I had an incredible experience with Dr. Jorg (Urology) and his wonderful Nurse. He was very attentive, empathetic and extremely thorough. He left no stone unturned (pun intended - as we thought I might have kidney stones). I definitely recommend booking an appointment with him if you have any Urology-related concerns.

If you have time to waste & nerves to spoil, this hopsital is the place you are looking for. me & my wife waited for 3 hours to visit Dr. Jomana Odai - Head of Dermatology & Cosmetics Head. and had no chance to visit her for renewing my wifes prescription. which suppose to take at most 5 minutes but never done. we went there again in the middle of the week and after 3 hours again, we didnt accomplish our mission to meet her majesty !!! i wonder what kind of patient service is that and how you guys can brag about your health services.i waitnessed alot of patients and have due appointments and waiting for at least 2 hours, fighting with the reception staff and never visit the desired doctor !!!

It takes over 20mins to just get the PCR swap.It takes me less than 3 minutes in NMC. Dont come if u dont have to.Also, make sure you review the papers they give you as they might not be accepted by other gov agencies. Had to follow up with them 5 times to get them to get DoH stamp while other centres dont let u leave without one.Good orthopedist if you need one

My family and I have been going to Healthshield to consult dr Mayada Kheriba. Dr Kheriba is an amazing dental surgeon, who has been able to tackle our dental concerns efficiently, including our toddlers broken tooth. She is caring, patient, and extremely professional. What I appreciate the most about her practice is how thorough she is, and the way in which she takes the necessary time to explain her diagnosis and our care options. I would definitely recommend dr Kheriba.

I live nearby in Bloom Gardens, and Im truly grateful for having a state of the art Medical Center that understands the current needs of the market and how they greet us with great customer service.This hospital is extremely clean and hygienic as this is the first things I observe whenever I enter hospitals.The walls are not the traditional white that makes ill patients even more depressed, this place has cool vibes and the doctors are extremely happy and friendly the way the market here likes to have doctors with funny personalities 😁 and not serious 😡 like the traditional hospitals.I wish them all the best, I am writing this review because of the way they have reflected to my service last time.

Pharmacy is so bad

I am writing this review as a professional visiting HealthShield. If I could only give negative stars for the nurses I would give them -5 stars. Nurses will let you wait for an hour or more without ever informing you why are you waiting and without informing doctors that you are there waiting for them. Now, I dont mind if doctor doesnt want to see me but leaving somebody to wait for 2 hours without even informing doctor is below all professional standards and I am utterly dissapointed with clinic staff

Extremly slow pharmacy and really long waiting , theres 4 counters only 2 are working, really annoying when you have crying kids waiting to leave.This really needs to be improved. Dissapointing.And to make things worse after all the waiting one medicine was still not available and had to go to another pharmacy

Hi. I am (Ifthequar) staff of Health Shield Medical Center. I did some dental crowning back in India. For some teeth, its very difficult to do root canal, but the work done by Dr. Mayada was excellent as said by my dentist,she is so skillful (told by my dentist). She is an expert. Friendly staff and like my doctor but doesnt carry sufficient pharmacy products. My doctor has been bugging them for weeks to stock up on his normal prescriptions but they still didnt have enough of one and none of other. Supposed 30 minute wait to get my prescription from another pharmacy is well over an hour and waiting. Cant leave because they have my EID!

The receptionist is rude, he uttered rude words and refused to register me after my husband got angry about the long waiting period and attacked my husband. This is not the first time we go to this hospital and find the staff laughing and chatting instead of respecting the presence of patients and visitors in the hospital, and the complaint will be submitted to the Ministry of Health and community protectionI called the hospital regarding the complaint and they told me that a representative will be calling me shortly and no one called since that day!!!

Honestly, in the best physiotherapy hospital in the UAE, from my humble point of view of the management and work teams handling of the patient, the speed of patient service, the interest in the health of a patient, the stages of treatment to a degree, and no appointment. The treatment, frankly, is a high-end and world-class hospital, and I advise you about it. I had an injury for three years in my shoulder and I used to do physical therapy for a Health Point, but I did not benefit. I lost my life in an empty stomach, but I thank one from my quarter and the maintenance of this hospital. I thank Physiotherapist Ahmed and his medical team supervising my treatment

The reception service is fast and smooth. I dealt with Dr. Sundus (general medicine) and Dr. Hussam (an ear-nose and throat specialist). Frankly, I would not exaggerate if I said the best doctors I saw in the UAE. Welcome and good listening to the problem and a gentle speech and the most important thing is that they go with you beyond limits. They tell you the solution and they continue with you to follow. I deal with Dr. Aishah, a very good female doctor, and Dr. Rami Makary also specializes in a large digestive system.The center is very excellent, and the service is very good in terms of staff and doctors.

The pharmacist Nizar is not tactful in dealing with the auditors and is aggressive and does not accept any criticism, as the pharmacy is very slow in the evening period because of him and because of the other pharmacists, and he is normal who stabs you for two hours on a prescription !!

In terms of service and development, it is amazing. Dr. Jumana is one of the best doctors she treated in terms of treatment and credibility in dealing with the patient. The nurses are helpful in everything.
