Hands down Im very happy with their service. I have super sensitive skin the medical staff were very understanding and took good care of me. I did all their services LASER, facial and with their beautiful doctor PRP didnt feel anything she was very gentle throughout the treatment. Very nice reception team.Cant say enough but I loved my experience there.

Very rude customer service. I called for facial appointment, the lady was laughing and put me on hold without even telling me to hold. She came back to tell me “What do you want?” What kind of customer service is that? Really unprofessional. I told her I’m calling to get an appointment and she was still laughing and talking at the same time!!! Really bad experience without even visiting the clinic.

Terrible and poor customer service; unprofessional people. The tone is very rude. Appointments change without informing the client and they blame it on the customer and this is just almost my second appointment. If I could get refund for my package, I’d cancel on them. The call center is the facade for the center and it should be handled in a professional way. too bad I paid for a package last timeMy package is hair removal laser for the face. Initially, good. However, I’m waiting for the end result. Mrs. Laila resolved my appointment issue right away upon my complaint. Service wise so far, I’d say 4 till I see the end result.
