I never write reviews, but I want to make an exception because I was taken care of SO WELL. The clinic manager personally checked on me several times, and even made sure I was attended to as soon as possible. They were all so friendly! They even prescribed cheaper medication because it did the same job the expensive one did. Today my teeth feel so much better! Very happy with everything, and I’ve never felt that way about a hospital before.

Had an amazing session today with Dr Yvonne. So informative, explained everything step by step. She checked with me throughout the session and was so friendly. The nurse was caring and friendly! Staff were friendly and the center was clean and neat. Very excited to go back!

A few months ago my son needed a dentist, I called another clinic in the group and was advised that there was pne available that day at Ibn Nafees..... Worse mistake of my life and my sons. My son hates anything medical especially needles, he will not even take. Medicine. What started off as a phobia has now turned into a complete and utter hysterical episode because of the experience here.Visit 1 was an emergency as my sons face was swollen, the dentist seemed friendly and polite, not as patient as you would hope. Tried to take an Xray which took time and rather than try and encourage and explain dentists were all trying to hurry the lady doing the xray up, even going as far as saying to let them go first as they will be quick. Eventually the xray was taken. The Dentist said my son needed medicine, knowing his past history and i knew that He would be better off having antibiotic injections (he has had severe ear infections in the past) the dentist did agree to this but seemed annoyed that i requested this method. We then had to collect the medicine and go back upstairs to wait for a test to see if he would react to the medicine (because of penicillin which he had at less than 7 days old 🤷‍♀️) this process took a while, all the while my son is getting restless and more and more anxious. They did the test and we waited (we werent allowed to leave the clinic)Eventually after almost 2 hours of sitting in this waiting area we got the antibiotic.Now Fridays they are closed so I was advised to go to their sister clinic Seha Emirates on the friday =this was the only information which was shocking as during Covid...I VISITED the clinic for a few days just to get the antiobiotic till the day before Eid we visited the dentist again. What an experience. The dentist again had no patience my son is hysterical. No trying to appease him justIve never had a child like this etc it makes me upset thinking about how someone is a pediatric dentist.She gave the anesthesia in my sons gum and he was screaming, there was blood i noticed a lump on the gum where the needle was.The dentist did a root canal on my sons dead tooth and closed it up. I asked to we need to come back = NOLater that day my sons face started to swell and swelled worse than the first time, i had to find a dentist as this was not normal.Till now my son is still waiting for his gum to heal as where the dentist did her work she created further issues and he had a hole that needed to close.I should have walked out and gone elsewhere

I was impressed by the warmth and friendly nature of the whole staff. They are very courteous and kind,with the way they treated me,I honestly felt like a VIP. Their procedures are priced reasonably considering the well trained,super nice staff and nice place. If you really want to achieve your goals ,go to this clinic instead of any clinics around.They charge pretty much the same,sometimes higher than what this clinic charge you.Go to what is worth it!☺️

Cons:1-Beware that there is NO free consultation (whopping 400 dirhams) with any specialist even if youre just there to inquire. They dont make it clear enough about these charges at visit. Theyre only waived off if you take up their treatments so in effect forcing you to choose one.2-There are frequent interruptions during the treatments by other wealthy patients who demand your time by coming at erroneous times. The doctor is scared and leave your treatment in the middle for the influential clients.3-If youve availed a procedure that is discounted due to an offer, youre not given good take home materials for soothing the procedure effects. The staff doesnt make it clear too.4-The doctors do no follow-up after procedures and leave it all on you to help yourself showing their disregard for post-operative care. The doctors also dont respond and their staff say theyre busy when a client calls to discuss about their procedure results and guidance. Very unprofessional.Pros:1-No toll gate charges to reach this clinic in Khalifa City of Abu Dhabi2-The clinic is clean, well-maintained with free complimentary tea and sweets in waiting area3-Free dedicated parking inside.

Very friendly and professional treatment from staff and doctors. The parking is not a hassle as they have a huge parking area.My appointment was on time, never got delayed or pushed back. The center is spotless and it kind of feels like a 5 star hotel to be honest.Overall, I have my dental procedures for the 5th time there as well as my youngest daughter and have not experienced any issues with them so far.
