For the past 10 months, they never return any of my calls and cannot be reached whatsover. Even I hardly contacted Dr. Kalthoum who is now in charge and promised to solve my problem and return my money; yet nothing has been done and she won’t return any of my calls anymore. You require to pay for your services in advance in which these services are not performed and you won’t return my money. I am very dissapointed with the whole situation and the very bad customer service that you have. I JUST NEED MY MONEY!!!

Ever since the beginning of Ramadan, they wouldn’t return any of my calls. It is totally inconvenient to have to come to the center to book an appointment. If you’re too busy to answer calls at least give your customers a call back! So disappointed.

Called your clinic to book an appointment. I didnt have the chance to even speak they hung up on my face!!! Didn’t even try to call me back. Thanks god I didnt pay for any service yet and will not think of going there after the very bad customer service that you have

Dr. Sally was so helpful in getting an appointment, plus the customer service was excellent. Evironment was clean and professional. During my consultation with Dr.Saulat Zahra I felt that she was knowledgeable and her explanations during the process made me feel relaxed, the prosedure was not as painful as I had imagined. Finally the cost was more than reasonable. I would gladly recommend this establishment to any of my friends and family.
