Dr sam is the best orthodontist ever, I didn’t feel the journey with him and I tried multiple doctors before a friend recommends him. I had a lovely experience with Dr. Sam at Apollo medical center. The journey of my braces treatment started from September 2019-February 2021, it was a long and mildly painful journey but the end result of the treatment for my teeth stands outstanding. i went through extractions to putting rubber bands to heavy chains. although it was a long process Dr. Sam made it seem painless. my teeth are perfect now and it makes me so happy. this treatment has also changed my smile. thank you so much for the wonderful service with dr. Dr Sruthi is definitely the best in town... I have done my refilling with her and theeth whitening which is amazing result I highly recommend her. Very professional and nice... I have been to many dentists for scaling and polishing when she went to give birth (she was pregnant when I first met her) but I have never seen a result such as her. I had visited Dr.Shalini with a pretty bad tooth,severe pain and at my wits end. I didnt know who she was or how her treatment is,whats her expertise ,absolutely nothing.(Mentioning this bcoz I hardly go anywhere without going thru the Google reviews) I just went into her office with a blank mind only wishing for my tooth ache to disappear.And believe me,fate just put me into her capable hands at the right moment when I really required it the most.Having worked with doctors for 11 years I know a good ,confident doctor when I see one.I had multiple sittings bcoz of the severity of my condition,so u can imagine how bad my tooth was.Throughout all the sessions I loved how confident she was about her treatment plan for me,nowhere was she indecisive or having second thoughts.A special mention has to be made about her assistant Sr.Elsy also. There is no zero star option, you guys don’t even deserve a single star, those receptionists are the worst I had ever seen, When I went to the hospital with my cousin the receptionist asked to wait after taking her EID and after one hour waiting she asked about her insurance and she informed they cannot accept the insurance card,Also I had one more bad experienceI have 100% insurance coverage with zero copayment but still they forced me to pay themI WILL NEVER CHOOSE YOU AGAINDear Management please make your staff aware about the value of time, provide proper training how to apply for insurance

First time to undergo a dental procedure here in UAE and I am fortunate to have found Apollo Medical Center. The staff are welcoming and well-organized.Dra. Sruthi was the one who made sure my first time wouldnt be a traumatic experience. I have a very low pain threshold which I emphasized to her from the beginning. I came to her with a very painful front tooth which required root canal procedure. Dra. Sruthi delicately handled me and my tooth hehe. Didnt feel any bit of pain after the anesthesia. She kept checking up on me after each session (total of 3) until the entire procedure was complete. She was also considerate of my financial concerns, too. Thank you so much, Dra. Sruthi! Keep doing what youre doing :D I highly recommend her.

Have been coming to this center to visit Dr. Bindu who is an excellent dentist and a perfectionist in her craft. I would like to thank her and her assistant who have always made me feel at ease during my dental visits.I am also thankful to Dr. Chinchu who is very careful and caring when it came to one of my tooth extractions.Apollo is blessed to have such doctors as part of their team.The admin staff are also very helpful and take good precautions in these tough Covid times.

My daughter Rachel, ( 7yrs) has had tooth extractions by Dr Chinchu. She is extremely good at handling children. My daughter has been scared of dentists for a long time, Dr.Chinchu is the only doctor she is comfortable around. The extractions were done very quick and efficiently. Dr Sam is an excellent orthodontist. I was super reluctant initially especially as I had delayed getting braces for quite a bit. He explained the whole process in detail yet in a simplified way, he has great handwork- always empathized and is gentle yet gets the job done. I still look at my before and after photos in disbelief. I would recommend Dr Sam anyday anytime to anyone who is even just considering ortho work- just have the conversation with him first...

Dr. Sruthi Submanian is very sensitive if I was getting hurt. She considers very well if the tooth damage is deep; if not, then normal procedures can be done; if so, then shell recommend more appropriate procedures. She deals with dental problems very seriously that she makes sure that there wont be any pain moving forward after any treatment. After she put tooth fillings on few of my teeth, its like theres magic! No pain anymore! And the treatment itself was almost painless which used to be painful on my other previous dentists. This clinic is absolutely awesome!

I came to know about Apollo Medical center through a promotional flyers of Dr. Bindu. I had severe dental pain and was not able to chew properly. I visited many clinics and I had very bad experiences with all of them, so I was very skeptical to go to Apollo. I was ready to remove my tooth but after consulting with Dr. Bindu and when she explained the treatment plans, I started to feel more confident. I had couple of visit for my root canal treatment and now I am completely alright. I even opted for a Bridge. My pain is gone and I am in full appreciation toward doctors’ attitude and professionalism. I recommend Dr. Bindu for Bridge and root canal treatment works. I visited the clinic first time with a chest pain the reception was bit slow with their registration yet the staff was very friendly and the doctor who took care of me Dr. Rinija was amazing. For sure I will recommend this clinic to all our Alshaya family. They did not charge for my ECG or even for the medical certificate.Dr. Rinija referred me to a cardiologist immediately.
