By far one of the WORST experiences I have had after living in Abu Dhabi for more than 25 years.A month ago I booked an appointment for the booster shot at 8am today. I arrived at 7:40am and had to wait in a long queue that was mixed with people who had also got an appointment and many who were just walk ins. Absolutely no organizational skills from the staff and management there. The staff are also very rude and have no idea of how to talk to people or guide them in any way.There is also no waiting area, which makes it even harder to stand there for HOURS, especially in this weather. I waited from 7:40am till 10:15am and I was just about half way through the FIRST QUEUE. Yes thats right. After you wait in the first queue, they send you to a second queue that looked longer than the first queue that you stand in.Due to the increasing heat, I couldnt stand there anymore because it started triggering my migraine. I tried to ask the staff if I could come back tomorrow morning because I couldnt stay longer and all they could say was stay in line, your turn will come.What is the point of getting an appointment if you still have to wait with others who are just coming for walk in? Their system makes absolutely no sense. The bare minimum that they can do is make a half decent waiting area if they know that they are going to make hundreds of people wait in line outside the facility.I will be booking an appointment via a different clinic like Cleveland or NMC and I would suggest you do that same. Dont bother wasting your time and energy coming here.

Absolutely pathetic - their automated booking system sent me a message to come to an appointment at 22:20 but they closed at 9pm. It cost me 160 dirhams to get there and back for no reason, and they just get away with it because their phone number also has no staff behind it. I was there with a crowd of people who had also received an appointment time after they had closed. Another example of poorly made technology making things more difficult and complex than they need to be. The security guard pointed at a piece of printed paper (not even laminated) saying these are the new opening times and abusing me that it was my fault because they had already been closed for half an hour. How was I supposed to know they had printed a piece of paper declaring that their times had changed which are not reflected on their website nor on the map listing...? Appalling and definitely a shame to see this kind of thing going on in Abu Dhabi.Also its not located here it is located next to the prime center which is across the car park.

To the authority who can help us make the movement fast as possible please assist us.. we have appointment at 3pm today and we choose to visit early at 10am to try if we can finish early. However from 10am till now 13:40 our Sinopharm Vaccine counter is not moving.. Pfizer is moving so fast.. We are very thankful for the vaccination facility but please help us to make the vaccine counter move.

I went there for my booster shot & it was a terrible experience.I had booked an appointment for 13:20. I reached the vaccination center at 13:00 & inspite of having an appointment, I had to stand outside under the sun for more than 30mins. I could enter the building only at 14:00. Once I got in, I was given a printed token & had to wait 4hours for my turn. The waiting hall was freezing. If you are planning to go to this facility for vaccination, please carry your sweater, enough food. They provide drinking water,but everything else is very poorly managed.People without appointment are also allowed to enter, so taking an appointment doesnt help in any way. No priority is given to those who go there with an appointment.

Horrific experience for Teachers and Students. From the security outside to the help desk inside people are rude and unhelpful. A lady randomly walked passed and pushed someone elses used water bottles next to my unvaccinated child and when we moved it away the lady felt the need to put her face in my face and lecture me- IMAGINE IN AN ANTI- COVID area. I continuously had to ask her to please move back and she refused. She then complained about me to the front desk and they felt like telling me to speak in a kind manner. Absolutely shocked and horrified. She shouldve been spoken to or asked to follow the rules but I was told off. Double standards across the board and really upset to be treated in such a manner when I was following the Covid protocols and she wasnt.

Very bad experience .... I applied for booster dose vaccination from 2pm to 3pm and ran there without even eating .. but .. I was able to see there without any price for the application. Because I could not go back from there even after 7 p.m.Or had to sit for 5 hours to take a booster dose vaccinationHope to find a solution for this though for others

Very bad customer service I couldnt take oppoint for my maid due to error in the application so we cant take oppointment because of application error we drop her Friday from 8 am till 2 oclock she was in the line she is old till reach 2 her turn the neruse ask her do u have PCR she told then they refuse to give her the vaccine. This should be from beginning very bad and waste the time should inform us from begging even when I called seha she didnt mention should we took PCR before vaccine ,should more organise

Terrible waiting period. Getting an appointment for booster dose itself is a tedious process and even after getting an appointment the waiting time at the center is 2-3 hours. They have setup numerous drive through centers for vaccinations across Abu Dhabi but not applicable for booster doses and all the medical health centers they are providing booster vaccines but not for expatriates. At least they should have increased the nursing counters for vaccinations which are currently 12 for Pfizer. Imagine 200 people waiting at time with only 12 operating counters.

I went to take my booster dose today i had an apt at 10am they kept us waiting with no social distancing for 1 hour suddenly the police came out and told us it is fully booked come another day.

I was complete my 2nd dose of Pfizer vaccine today from here at SEHA vaccination center Mina port, AUH cruise terminal, Zayed Port. People are very friendly, good here. Well organized and well maintained.Thanks @DOH AUH

The worst customer service ever . Very unorganised, and everyone us highly unprofessional, understaffed .I got an appointment for vaccine through seha app at 1 pm . Then they gave me token , waiting 1 hr for registration , then again wait for the jab for 2 hours .Are we so jobless ??

Unfortunately have to give a bad review for experience. Outside there is no order. When phoning SEHA to make an appointment they tell you to go directly to this Vaccination centre without telling you what you need. So heads up you need a Copy of your Visa as well. And no children allowed inside. If you get inside eventually which feels like its not going to happen the process is much smoother thankfully.

Unorganised! 4 counters from 12 are only workingI was seated of front of one counter and the guy just keep walking around for about an hour without doing his workUnprofessional, unorganised, will never go thru any of Seha tents!

No organization at all. There are over 50 people standing in the sun with no shade outside and we all know how hot the weather is. The minimum they would wait is 45 minutes, standing.

Very rude and unprofessional staff. Being a person on tourist visa, I was given an appointment throught SEHA app for 2nd July. On arrival, they said they are no longer issuing vaccine for people on tourist visa. I asked them why then the appointment schedule wasnt cancelled or rescheduled by them. They said they dont know why but this is the new rule. Then a seha official came along who was rudest person Ive seen with the only response, we have nothing else to say, this is the reason, we cannot do anything as thousand of people are taking appointments. They wouldnt even listen to what Im saying or whose fault it is. Absolutely pathetic and disgraceful behavior.

Come with a book or something, because you will have a looong wait. It took me 3 hours of navigating complete chaos till I got the vaccine. To their credit, the support staff is pleasant and helpful, but they are too disorganised to really cater to a crowd.

Booked between 10-11 for vaccine , expect to wait another hour at least. No one checking the time you have actually booked so in effect a walk in service. They seem to process 4 about every 15mins so you can see where you are in the queue and how long it will take

Excellent Service with proper social distancing protocol followed. Quick and efficient staff with helpful information. Total journey was super smooth with proper details mentioned. Easy accessibility to the venue with ample of car parking

THE SEHA CENTER TO REMOVE THE WATCH AFTER 10 DAYS QUARANTINEITS VERY EASY AND FAST

Its 11:30AM, and the security wont let people in the purple zone because they said that its operation will resume on 12:30PM. There are no waiting area outside and people are just waiting under the sun. Im completely dissapointed as we have to wait under the sun for 1 hour. They have given us numbers but there is no means for us to know if our number is being called. VERY POOR COORDINATION AND SERVICE.

Very nice job Seha doing. Very easy to take appointment through their app and no rush in center very fast service. I done my vaccine within 20 minutes after I reach there . Thank you Seha and Abu Dhabi governments.

I am pleased with the efforts of everyone working there, but l believe Management could do better as no one is in charge of exactly what is going on where. It seems like no thought was given to the fact that people come from really distant places, just to know it is closed early, and appointments most of the time do not mean anything, some guy without an appointment coming later gets to get their part finished before someone following schedule and proper timing.

Yellow tent for PCR screening needs to follow better safety measures. There is very poor social distancing observed, chairs close to each other and staff not wearing masks properly. Its quite busy and everyone is there who potentially can have the virus as close contact. I would revise the procedures as I did not feel very safe. Three pens are shared with everyone to fill out paper forms! Should be all electronic. The ticket system did not work and it was a bit chaotic. Staff was polite and tried to help but improvement needed please.

I have booked for my wife several times, and each time the let us stand in the sun for hours and i mean hours, then someone will come and tell is to all go home they will stop giving the vaccine or come back after 2 hours, we have came back 2 times after the 2 hours and each time they just say for people want to take the first dose come back tomorrow. So still waiting for them to let us in

Do not bother coming early for watch removal. They only open at 8 am. You may experience a crowd.Prepare a checklist to carry all items.

Walk In, no Q, 10-15 minutes to do whole process and you are out.Never thought Covid vaccination could be that easy and smooth. Thank you SEHA and UAE gov

Very bad service from the kids who are in the entrance. They dnt allows normal people for screening. Only for uae nationals or any Europeans.They are not allowing people who booked through seha. Very bad.. Dnt waste your time

The first time we went day was 3 weeks ago and it was so professional, clean, official and fast.But today we have appointment for the 2nd dose and we could not get in. We arrived at 10 am. Policeman outside on the street said come back in 2 hours, it’s full...We went back at 12:30, they said it’s closed... Come back again tomorrow.We went back again at 4pm. just in case, the road is blocked and we went home...Will try again tomorrow.

Waited so long under direct sunlight although I had confirmed appointment, the outside staff are not helpful and no one is able to provide correct information.

Because of the unorganized system, everyone suffer. Long queue outside, under the heat of the sun. Don’t wait for everyone to collapse before you organize your system.

Very fast service. Located in mina zayed 1st right after the gas station,went there to remove the gps watch after the quarantine ,the guys are very helpful and efficent ,they have special counter for elderly people ,please make sure you have your negative pcr test result before going there otherwise they wont remove the watch.

Worst management in terms of handling people needs! Today at 2pm people are lining up outside with high temperatures! Unattended and with no concrete plans! Worst!

Easy process within 30-45mins for tracker watch removal.Request for quarantine completion certificate.

They wont even let you in, was burning in 50 degrees not getting a response from the security. Apparently the staff were not even there.

Very well managed, with proper directions, checkpoints, segregations, appointments and token system.I took first jab on feb 3rd. Went around 3pm and was done by 4.40pm.Received appointment by SMS the next day, as 24th feb 10AM.I went for the second jab at 8.30AM. Was in and out in 10mins. No waiting time.Thanks to all the authorities involved.

I went there today on receving an sms or testing. It was clean and the service was professional and quick. But the best service was by the UAE National staff member at the entrance of the Yellow Wing. He was friendly, understanding and professional.

Absolutely terrible. Very rude staff. Poor management and they provide no clear information. The security outside don’t even try to listen and understand.

Just dont bother. No indication of where to go. Find the unmarked entrance to the shady warehouse following the queue in the heat outside. No organization or professionalism.

The best covid screening center and vaccine centre. It is very clean well managed. The staff a very professional and well trained. If it is crowded outside the just come back on another day.

Hats off to SEHA and UAE government for this facility for COVID vaccine and it is very easy to reach, park, walk in, registration to taking vaccine to post vaccine assessment was fluent organized and easy. You must have valid emirates ID to enter this facility at the moment

I visited this place on last Saturday & took my vaccine. It required no prior appointment for the vaccination. Very fast process and I came out from the vaccination center in 15 minutes.

I came here with appointment for vaccination and i was almost heartaching to see such a huge line and i had to stand under the sun. I came all the way from dubai to avoid rush and i am regretting it to the core.

Unfortunately, there is no organization at all and terrible traffic because of the decision and waiting at the vaccination room for more than two hours, which is nothing but a needle snap! What takes time! We kindly ask the Organizing Department to consider re-arranging.
