The worst doctors ever! The attitude of the doctors is very bad. Very unfriendly staff. The doctors behaviour are very bad . Please dont come to this hospital. It is a waste of your time, energy and money.

I have been calling the Emirates Hospital for the past few weeks but all I get is transferred and then no one answers the call!!. The operator say I am doing my duty all I can do is transfer and that the hospital has no email address - how to get a hold of anyone in that hospital?!!!

Literally the worst staff ever! I called them several times to talk to the reception and book an appointment, he turned off the call twice! the second time he interrupted me because his mobile phone was ringing.

A very bad hospital, no respect and a loud voice on the patient. I am late for the appointment 10 minutes and the doctor does not have a childbirth and after an hour, but the doctor arrived. Libra and heard the world, we frankly dealt not satisfactory at all, nor when I examined the doctor within 5 minutes she concluded as if she did not want to be examined

The worst experience for me in all Al Ain hospitals. The hospital is never clean and untidy. It is not equipped with valuable devices. I took my son God and it was broken by hand. We waited more than 3 hours at the emergency room without any doctor showing us. . To be honest, I would never recommend anyone to this hospital specifically

Super bad.Do not come to this place.Years ago I left dealing with this hospital. The reason is that the appointments department is very bad. I recently decided to see the hospital be modified after years. From the exchange, I chose the Arabic language, and an Indian speaking to me broke up. I asked for an appointment at the Foot Clinic. He kept booking me an appointment to cut his stomach. I asked why? He said you say (Food) 😂. Very bad.Today my son had a fever and I was near this hospital. The receptionist on reception told me that he was originally a replacement employee, but the hospital forced him to do the two jobs at the same time to save money. He had no experience, and he apologized to me for not knowing how to get my sons health insurance on the system so I left.I submitted my hospital observations to HAAD.The level of negligence in the hospital is high enough for seriousness. This hospital must be closed before anyone is harmed.

A good hospital for emergency cases and a good medical staff with no patient delay

Good for emergencies, the hospital is small which means you can easily complete all the procedures there. A disadvantage in some times is congestion and waiting for long periods.

Emirates Hospital is one of the most important hospitals in Al Ain

Si and Si I dealt as an Asian citizen. The reception was thrown at the signature pen, and surely they would have a bad deal with our resident brothers who have no strength or power, and they take a lot of money on them. Deal with them, my brothers advice, dealing, respect, and your health is more important than speed and lack of patience. The reception and its staff attack the patient with dullness or words, so there is nothing better than dealing and treatment in this hospital
