Very very very and more very bad. They have the worst customer service. I have been waiting for someone to contact me to deliver my shipment, then I found that they the delivery time because I was not available as they mentioned. I was available for the whole day and I tried to call them several times but they don’t have a direct customer service, a machine was responded. They have the worst service ever and I will not deal with them again. I gave them zero stars for there service.

Very bad service. the workers were not helpful and not friendly. when i asked for assisstance to help me to carry my package (as the plastic bag broke) the security guard and workers refused to help me. THEY SAID IT WAS NOT THEIR JOB TO HELP ME! i am very shocked at their lack of service and disrespect. i do not recommend aramex at all.

Ill leave the same review here that I gave on trustpilot.com:Package 8 days on hold after I sent them the commercial invoice they requested, no reason given, just told ill receive an email one day. I deal with logistics on a daily basis with work and believe me this company would be dropped from our list in a second, no wonder we dont use them for commercial work. Seriously walk away from using them.Edit: 12 days now and I recieve another email asking for the invoice after they acknowledged receiving it. More than 2000 euros of goods on hold as well as payment for the export certificates for 12 days without any explanation. Really impressive, maybe i should file it as stolen with the insurance?Edit: Day 16? Still the only response is this has been escalated to the relevant department, no information provided. If you call they say the same thing. As for Aramexs response to this review below, nothing came of it, i guess its purely for show here so that it looks like they are proactive.

If you call them they may pick your package in 5 min. And your package is in Dubai next day. Because of this COVID, we use aramex service often to deliver something to Dubai. But sometimes prices goes up and down

Since very long time I stopped dealing with this company that unlike other similar companies they dont call you to make sure that you are home or not to receive your shipment but what happened today is extremely more serious that the courier was ver rude and when I asked him again no one from your company calls to confirm at least the day of delivery he started shouting at me on my door step. I requested his name he refused and threw my box to the floor without any concern of the items damage and left me taking. Such behaviour is not accepted all from company which is supposed to be meeting the international customer care quality standards

Very good for receiving your shipment or sending items to Dubai (including credit cards).

Staff is friendly and knowledgeable. Not so crowded on evening hours as morning but they’ve ticket system so it’s good though to collect your package but to have it delivered on your doorstep is more convenient

Not delivering promise and when trying to call no response. Finally after getting in touch with them the guy on phone doesnt want to listen and keeps repeating the same thing with nothing better to do.

Very disappointing.My shipment delivery was scheduled between 9am to 12pm.Still waiting at 1.22pm and no response. WhatsApp has only an automated response. No number to call and talk to a human being.

Good services, but were 3 hours late of the scheduled delivery time

1 week, 3 pickup requests done via website and phone and Im still waiting for Aramex to pick up the parcel! Ridiculous. Dont trust and go for other courier.

Horrible service. From customer service they informed they are open until 12am and they close at 11pm. The security didn’t bother to give any explanation. He just said ‘we’re closed’.And their delivery guys use to give missed calls when they come for delivery.

Bad experience the shipments from Thursday with them today they called me Saturday and asking me about suitable time to I informed the from 9 to 3. Today Sunday I receive it 545 pm👎👎

So i ordered from amazon US 11 items, from one seller.till now Aramex SHOP and SHIP delivered 3 items in 3 different times, charging me shipping cost for each tiny item i ordered 47 AED.i tried to complain when i called the call center, and they closed the line.i tried to talk to the delivery guy, and he was so rude that all he said, ok ill cancel your order and take the item.i have been ordering through shop and ship for the last 3 years. nothing like that happened before.the service became so bad, that i will never ever order again, and i will make it my job to fight them online and offline, until they fix this broken system.and no thank you at all.
