Dealing with Aramex for more than 10 years, i am really glad to visit their new store near Al Diwan. I use S&S Service with Aramex plus some other services. To be honest they are doing their work professionally. I hope they reduce S&S prices very expensive. Good luck.

Overcrowded at evening even no enough space inside for waiting in quewppl usually standing outside while waiting for their turn.Staff is good but tiny outlet for such a big n busy business.Normally have to wait around 25 mins for collection or send.

What I have notice about aramex is that their staff are more tolerant and courteous not sure if they are the same staff from the old building. They are more of customer service satisfactory and the staff are very courteous and tolerant with their customers because when I was there to do some changes as there was a problem with the info the staff who assisted me is really helpful which is nice and there was another customer and had a lot of concerns and request and the aramex staff did process and do what the customers request which I think is nice and the staff is still courteous and provided all the info for the customers and provided options. Two thumbs up Aramex and most especially your staff they went over and beyond to help the customers.

If you think about sending package with them, beware! They dont provide transaction details and just take your money. They promise to refund but never do. Read the reviews of other first before you choose to ship your package with them.

I requested a sales invoice or receipt of the transaction I made at least 5 days now, and until now, I am still waiting for it. What is difficult in providing a receipt or a sales invoice indicating the fee? Do you need to request for it or it should be provided in every transaction? Most of all, I am really disappointed with the customer service as they dont know what to do, and no explanation or solution to my problem!!! No way I am using this service again, stick to Emirates Post and DHL.

Too much expensive, they charged me DHS 90 for returning an earbuds to Amazon.

Giving me fales dates, they tell me tomorrow and nobody show up. No response on calls. Im even trying to pick my shipment myself yet not possible because you cant reach them, they only can reach you with false information. Theyve called me and told me you want to pick it up by yourself, I said yes, where can I pick it from? He hunged up the phone before even I finish my sentence.

Ive edited my rating after their employment of an unprofessional lying delivery man. He told customer service that he called me when in reality he didnt, but probably wanted to call it a day and not care about the waiting customers. Even after calling customer service, they simply said well tell his boss and nothing happened after that. The least they couldve done was deliver my package same day instead of making me postpone my chores. Very disappointed.

This should be no star st all. Very bad service! Delivery was very very delayed and they will tell you the same thing over and over again. But the promised date of delivery wasn’t met and they keep on delaying. It was so upsetting. It’s already 3weeks.

Hello ,I should receive my order long time ago, but I can understand because of the current situation. However, today Aramex courier whose name is Mohammed bangroudy called me and he didn’t even read where my address is and make excuses that he can’t deliver my order today. Anyways, when I asked about his name he hanged up the call! What a bad service. Luckily I could know his name through the application.Not professional at all.Bad service.

The worse service in Dubai. My shop and ship package went from NY to Al Ain. I live in Dubai. I have called to find out how to get my package but am put on hold for an hour - on several occasions. I have emailed twice and messaged on messenger and WhatsApp and nothing! Just the worse service ever.

Very disappointed, they delivered my package to my old address while I gave my current address prior to my order. They just said they didnt receive the address from the seller. They couldve at least called my number to confirm my address. Now they are saying they will deliver my package tomorrow as the delivery guy was assigned to different area. Very disappointing.

The worst delivery service in the history of the world. I have been chasing them for a delivery they say they have made since a month but the reciever denies receiving. I made a complaint 20 days ago, I email them everyday, I call them on their number, I get no response!!!! They put me on hold for 20 mins once and then dropped the call!!!!!!! Unprofessional stuff and managers, as I had to pay the seller extra money to get my delivery as soon as possible, but then the courier deliver it to incorrect place.. (calling me and stating that, there is no place in Abu-Dhabi is called Al-Ain) however it’s clearly stated Al-Ain city... The product was a birthday gift!!!Manager promised to sort out my issue and never did!! (And yup thank you Aramex you’ve lost one of your customers!! Well done to you!)Anyway, I will never recommend this company as there are much better companies you can trust and they have their words out there..

Even after providing proper location through google maps, and scheduling delivery time they will keep status as “waiting for address from customer. They will not call which is most interesting. In some countries they will leave the consignment with some local shops and will not deliver to the customer. Please avoid.

If I could give 0 star I would. I live in alain & was expecting a package from Dubai. They give me 3 different dates & never showed up. Each employee says a different thing from another . until i went by myself to the warehouse. Worst service ever. No time respect. They don’t take complains seriously. No compensation for their mistakes. Worst courier I’ve ever dealt with , including their call center located in Dubai. Update: the package never arrived. Useless, absolutely clueless & unusable. Hopefully l will be able to collect the item myself, at some point in the very near future.Only if they are able to sort that out. Another epic no doubt.

They keep on calling in the morning they will ask for location, in the end of the day my item still not delivered. Worst company ever Im shocked at how terrible they are in all ways, they never answer phone calls, never deliver on the agreed time. Theyre always postponing the delivery until next day and they dont take complaints seriously. Nothing changes when you submit a complaint, all you get is a useless reference number. (wish there was a zero rating on Google)

I sent a package as a gift to my cousin on Dubai. I informed them its a perfume inside the box and they mentioned on the package the same. After three days the receiver received a hardisk!!!!!!!! What is happening In ARAMEX I dont know such a big name charging premium for their service and cant even package properly . How embarrassing. For me its the last time I called them and they will investigate the matter not sure even if they will reply.Last time lesson learnt

Several times my deliveries have been late. Calling this Al Ain office is useless as they never answer the phone. 2 hours before their closing time they would let the phone ring or pick up then hang up on me. Main office is no help either. I do not know why companies still use aramex. Customers are stuck because we are given no choice which courier service to use.

Im old customer, and I have very bad experience with Aramex services, every shipment arraive to thier operation facility in the same city where I live it will be put on hold for two or three days for no clear reason, and somtimes I have to collect it from thier office myself, they were better in the past.
