I made a pick up request Monday morning from AUH to DUBAI. I’m expecting they will collect it TUESDAY because this is needed THURSDAY. Unfortunately they didn’t collect it due to some reasons; they can’t search my details (due to some technical issues) and I asked again for a new tracking number. I was waiting for the delivery guy but he said he can’t find my location and will call me back, I called him after 30mins and he said he will comeback tomorrow and cut the line while I’m explaining. I was frustrated because I explained to the customer service if possible TUESDAY they can collect my item because this is for emergency purposes but I waited until 4:30pm.

Sky Express are providing quick and fast service. Whenever required to send the courier, will come immediately. Love it!!!😍😍😍

Very unprofessional. They give you a reminder call at 8:00am in the morning and if you missed the call and try to callback, no one is there to answer. An automatic answer machine tells you that you are calling before their office timings. If it is not your office timings then you should also not call others too early or at least call from a number which you also answer. They don’t tell you estimated delivery timings. They tell you that your packet will be delivered between 10:00am to 5:00pm. Who will wait all the day for a packet?

The most unprofessional company ever, the worst service ever, unreliable, untrustworthy, they have picked up my package, took my money and now they are saying that they cant deliver and its not their problem, and they are not helping and not delivering my package, I have a customer that has been waiting for his package for 5 days, and they have had picked up the package from us since 5 days and they have not yet delivered. and the also have hung up the phone on me, and they have kept saying it is not their problem.This company should not be in business

The delivery guy comes to location without any prior notice even though a comment was added while ordering to arrive at evening times and even after making mistake they start arguing to customer. Very unprofessional place, please avoid at all cost.

The most unprofessional courier Ive ever dealt with in my entire life in the UAE. It was the most frustrating inconvenient online shopping experience I ever had. I will probably never order from that website simply because of this courier service. Delivery came 2-3 days late. Driver showed up without confirming time and place as I have work in the morning. I kept trying to call him back after his missed call and he NEVER answered the phone. I had to contact the company I shopped from just to get them to reschedule my delivery. Rude. Disrespectful. Dont appreciate that they have a job while other people are wishing they could get a job during the pandemic. SO RUDE!!!

Never ever choose this service provider for any courier service. The consignment which i send from Abu Dhabi to Sharjah is not received on time and there is no contact center or point to discuss the concern. Given toll free number is always busy and the number is accessible only after their office hours. Worst Courier company which I have ever dealt with.Really unprofessional and irresponsive!!!

Wish there was an option for ZERO star.worst service... and above all the lady at the call center was irresponsible and least bothered that she dont even listen to u.. just busy to give u another contact number to address the issue and want to hang up on the call...Promised shipping with a next day delvy... 3 days now.. still no update.. called them a ton of time.. each time they say they will call back with not even a missed call!!!!!worst ever business organisation i dealt with!!

The absolute WORST courier company I have ever dealt with. Irresponsible, unprofessional and no respect whatsoever to peoples property or time.They have destroyed a very valuable and sentimental item that was being delivered from Abu Dhabi to Dubai and after emailing them continuously over a period of over a week they eventually answer with nothing we can do!!The courier business is based on reputation, trust and respect. They have no idea what any of these words mean.

These ones are far better than skynet which is the worst courier service ever. Sky Express is better with more calmer and respectful delivery guys

Very unprofessional. Waited for the entire day to collect my parcel but no one showed up. Several times I’m calling them promises made before 6pm. This people who works there should act like thier age if they can’t serve the customer they shouldn’t promise neither they can say straight we are busy today we can’t accommodate you. Simple. At least I can maximize my time to find a good and professional courier service. Good luck to your customers.

The currier was meant to pick up a package from Cloud9 Pet Hotel in Khalifa City A to a client in Al Ain city. The driver arrives at the reception asks for the item that needs to be delivered, he had to wait for a few minutes (less than 10 min) for the staff to bring out the item since it was a busy day with many clients. The staff arrive at reception with the package only to discover the driver had left the property! I tried calling him 2 times and he wouldn’t answer me! I called the company who poorly communicated with me with no apology. They simply suggested “we’ll pick it up tomorrow :)!”. Excuse me! I have an obligation to deliver to my clients their goods as promised on time! Had to call the driver from another number so that he can answer, surely he did! His excuse was he got “afraid of the dogs” and decided to drive off to another side of town without informing me! Very disrespectful and unprofessional. Company wouldn’t answer my calls either after that. Not working with them again. I’d rather pay extra than be humiliated like that.
