The worst customer experience, there is a Sudan Nationality ( not sure about his nationality )man sitting in the left counter As you enter and Suddenly starts shouting what you want. I went there on 18 Apr 2021 at 3:20 pm. Was shocked how he treated me. It is my first visit. There was a local lady who came and he was acting very kind, shows he is nationality biased. Surprise to see such experience in government offices still exist considering UAE has advanced exceptionally well in customer experience. This shows EM post office in Mussafah Br. Is poorly managed.

2 counters to serve customers. Gentleman standing at door sending individuals based on his choice. There is token machine and he is not issuing token number. I asked him for token and he replied this machine is not working where i can see token number displayed. Not system no respect.

Why you mention it’s open on saturday while it’s actually closed disappointing

The ladies who are sitting in front of the office doesn’t have manners to speak with customers..just rude behaviour
