Incompetent staff. The ladies don’t even understand english. I was there to pick up my emirates ID. The lady didn’t understand me nor did she check my documents and issued a stamp on my passport for visa pasting and charged me. When I protested why she was reluctant to return my money because she had already entered in the system. I left the place without my money hoping to never go there again.

Easy to access once parked, helpful personnel. Would be 5 stars but local works and dreadful traffic management made getting here challenging.On a positive, right next to Spar and comfort food!

Emirates post in general is not that great specially with punctuality or deliveries... This branch on the other hand is not crowded and is great to collect parcels and have a P.O box in general comparing to the main branch next to gold souq.only downside is parking is a hassle now since the constructions going around.

Emirates post in general is such a great service, and this branch in particular great location, helpful and professional staff, clean place, prices are reasonable and parking available.Just one thing the call center is not always available. But if your PO Box in this branch no need for call center.

Small but tidy office, limited parking space

For days I was told my package would arrive, it never did.I was told that I would be contacted by the carrier, I never was.It has been over a month and I still havent received what was supposed to take 4-5 days.

Parcel for UK (left open for inspection)..... checked - weighed - paperwork done - beautifully taped up - in and out in ten minutes .....Excellent 5-star service !!!

Workers are nice and know their business.... But to pick up a parcel your looking at 30 minutes minimum.... Without that much pressure.They should dedicate just got pick up not for odd cases.

I just picked up a parcel it was quick and the lady was very helpful.Plenty of parking available.

Ive been waiting my order to be delivered since 29 of April they contacted me for delivery but no one came even when i call they are not helping and they said they will let the driver call me but no one did . Till now im still waiting.!!!!!!!

Poor service. Sent a parcel from here to India(kerala) and requested Express service and paid AED 130 for the service . As per them it should reach there maxim by 3 to 5 working days. Today is 8th day and Tracking system shows it is still in Chennai. When we called customer care, they have no idea when it will reach there. Advised us to wait couple of days more. Dont trust their premium and express service. Just pay for the normal delivery, and expect it after 1 month.

In Khalifa City this is only Post Office... Their service is so honorable..In the same building you can get Spar Hypermarket, Pizzaro, Money Exchange Point and Travel Agency.. After all Medical Point also. The most amazing for all visitors is that Free Parking. Visit and Share your experience. Thanks
