Excellent courier service, suitable price, they reach you and no need to visit their office.

I dont even want to give them 1 star but I have to click on 1 star to be able to post this review. They Rude behavior. They pickup late and deliver it late as well. They dont give give respect to their customer. They change their policy after picking up the package.

Worse service ever, They are rude and make you feel so degraded as well as they just pass up the phone to one another and keep you on hold. They ship items late as well as they ship it to a different company even when everything is clearly mentioned on the Waybill/tracking receipt. We wont use their service anymore.

Horrible horrible experience! very rude delivery driver, disrespectful and UNPROFESSIONAL, he was rushing me to sign and grabbed the paper from my hands almost gave me paper cut when I did not sign fast enough. He raised his voice at me and on his way out he was saying something in a loud tone. All this happened in a medical center, a public place where there are other people around.Your delivery personnel needs retraining and strict monitoring on their customer service and work ethics. You should not let these kind of people represent your company. You should be ashamed of how your drivers deal with your customers. I have to click on 1 star to be able to post this review but you deserve NEGATIVE stars!

Very rude and unprofessional. They take days to deliver a package even after getting on top of it and place several complaints for it being late and the driver will lie about calling me and tell me that I was the one that did not respond and ignore me for several minutes at a time.

I had received a package earlier than expected and had got a prompt call regarding my order. Really happy and satisfied with their service.Definitely would recommend.

I had the most horrible experience with this company. They are untrustworthy and the worst. Wasted a lot of my time. After promising to collect and deliver medical equipment that I need urgently for my health the same day, they changed and said I can only get it 2 days later. Because it was already in the afternoon I couldnt arrange another company for the same day. They aldo refused to let me speak to management, stating that both the manager and owner of the company are or of the country... Save yourself a lot of trouble and stress by calling any other courier.
