I had an appointment with someone from this company, confirming the time and rearranged my day around it. THEY DID NIT TURN UP!!! I asked why and the guy told me oh some other staff are busy!!! I said you made an appointment!! I called to complain and asked to speak to the manager and he just avoided answering me and hung up when I insisted to speak to the manager!!! So this explains why they let me down!! VERY UNPROFESSIONAL and so rude!!

Extremely stressful experience with this cargo company! I was told it is door to door service and they will take care of everything. I shipped my personal belongings from UAE to Serbia. Aside of rate i paid to them there were surprises in the MIDDLE of shipping- they called to say they will send everything via FEDEX and some small additional charges will apply upon receiving. At Serbia I had to go through so many additional paperwork and high charges ON LITERALLY EVERYTHING! I paid FEDEX, customs, had to go and list all my items personally and pay for these checks, PDV and etc. YET, THEY OFFER NO REFUND OR ANY DAMAGE CONTROL WHATSOEVER

My friend had a very frustrating experience with them, at first they told her they deliver the cargo to her door step and she Has just to pay their services charges. Unfortunately after the cargo was shipped, it appeared that their are many documentation and stressful procedure need to be implemented, they just simply informed her that their carrier and duty free has stoped due to covid and She has to deal with embassy and pay many other hidden fees that weren’t explained to her initially. Now she is already at her home country and yet she still has to get some forms from the embassy to get her cargo.

Engaged SkyView Cargo....and my final destination to Singapore. I must say the best and reliable international cargo services in Abu Dhabi, UAE. Very smooth process, with no hidden cost. Fast and very responsive. Very satisfied with their honest and ethical attitude. Highly recommended.

Recently moved back to Ireland from Abu Dhabi. Sky View Cargo provided a very efficient service at a reasonable price.

Not sure if these people have any experience with cargo...!!!Broken glasses ..ripped book...broken wood 😡😡Boxes not labeled with any sign telling that it contains glass...nothing...boxes as if had a ton of weight above it.Boxes recieved upside down....Not professional at all....POOR.😖😖
