The worst company simple service they cant provide specially from USA team they lost my shipment they cant find and even communication with shipper they never care not recommended at all if you found your source deal with fedex please dont deal with them

Very bad service, didnt bother to inform that package is out for delivery.Was delivered to unknown, package is lost. Of course, customer support is not answering phone calls.Avoid if possible!!!!!!!Worst service ever!

After waited for Almost 10 minutes call, She drop the call. I heard the representative saying Hello and thank you for calling Fedex, and then the ended.

The worst experience for my business. I have an establishment for e-commerce business. I always ship to many places locally and internationally monthly. In 14/1/2021 I sent 2 boxes to amazon warehouse in dubai with the appointment paper from amazon to be delivered in 16/1/2021 10:30am. Fedex failed to deliver the boxes because the driver failed to show off the appointment paper which has a barcode. So, amazon refused to receive it and they asked for an appointment. Fedex never called me to inform me about anything and they kept the boxes in their center. After calling them 5 times with 3 complaints, they blamed me for not having an appointment while they know that I had an appointment and gave it to them. The Manager refused to call back to solve the problem and they totally ignored me nor refund me which caused some minor lose of sales. Ill never use them again ever because of this bad problem solving skill and couldnt procceed in making business account for the same unreliable relationship of their support. Save your money and look for a self respected company that is eager to eliminate any problem with haste and ease. They are providing expensive services for services they can not fulfill or troubleshoot.

They are the worstEven there customer service is terrible in responding to emails or calls and I honestly never dealt with a company as poor and unprofessional as them. For realI had an issue with an international shipment and when I tried contacting them , they used to not to respond. They charged me extra money on a bill for nothing and I suffer to try to reach them in the first place.All in all , I honestly advise not to deal with them and before buying anything online and you want to deliver it internationally , kindly ask the seller who is the carrier.

Excellent service. The guy that works nights is amazingly patient. They are more flexible with the types of items you can ship compared to competitors. The prices to ship to America however are extremely high. I paid slightly over 1000 dirham. But I had no other options at the time.

This is very bad company my shipment till now not receiving to USA and period time more than 18 days, and send medical small machine and not medicine after reach US he mention many documents and between time to time he mention and ask new questions and documents that thing it must be order before sending the item not after reach US and every email mention and he want to return the item .This Company procedure is very very bad.Firas

Insanely expensive. They wanted to charge me nearly half the price of a round trip ticket to America to ship a used laptop to a friend in Florida. I could purchase a return flight to Florida, take 30 kg of luggage and fly myself to and from Florida for a bitmore than double what FedEx wanted to charge me to send a used laptop. The staff had a; too bad so sad attitude as well. The agent said, and I quote, “well, this is FedEx.”

Many mistakes until you get items delivered , no improvement in your service and you are happy saying that you don’t manage with clients for Delivery , there is a punctuality if you don’t respect people time so you don’t have a good service , this year is the worst for you , every time i complain because I’m waiting a response from you to improve yourself but still nothing , no improvement at all , congratulations for (ZERO) rate and i see ZERO IS GOOD coz you don’t deserve it , you deserve something less then that as well

The charges are too high. They asked 220 AED to send a single document to India. That too they said could take around a week to deliver. The staff is very helpful though.
