The worst company I have ever seen or dealt with in any kind of business. an absolute joke. Nothing is organized, poor location, poor service, unprofessional staff. DO NOT USE.

Shocking customer service.Trying to say they called me and i didnt answer when i clearly had no call. they cancelled delivery of the item on that day at 7pm even though i called them 8 times and they confirmed my number!! Now not answering any calls and gave me a false mobile number to contact AVOID!!

Never received the phone call from the company yet they inform the sender that I dont answer their call. When called the costumer service number, I got interrupted twice even before I had a chance to explain my situation to them, the only response I got is is out for delivery, you can ask the driver why he added the status as delivery attempt fail. Really bad experience. stay away from this company.

Unreliable company. They dont pick up the phone ever and they dont respect the contract either.Dont ever make a contract with them, its a waste of time.Very disappointed!!!

The worst company in the market. Several times i call no one is recieving the calls. In case after several attempt they recieve the calls will give u dates and failed to deliver without any solid reason.i will not use this courier if this type of services they are providing in future

This doesnt even deserve a 1 star! They inform the sender that I dont answer their call to the fact that I dont receive any calls from them and they will report it as no response. Better close your company!!!!!! You are useless!!!!!

Ive been contacting every contact numbet of this company to update my contact number but nobody is answering their phone. The other number is just a voicemail and so far after 2dats of trying to contact them. I have not received my item. very pooooooooor service

Worst customer service ever! I called several times to confirm the schedule of the delivery, they promised to get back to me and send email to confirm but no calls, no email! How many times do I have to call to confirm the schedule of the delivery? Yet they are telling that on Oct. 25, 2019 the delivery guy called me but I did not answer. I never received a call from them!

An unprofessional company with shipments delays and inaccurate dates and timings for shipments delivery. They ignore and don’t answer phone calls.

The 1st try for delivery gave me only a 15mins notice...2nd try no advance notice and left after 1 missed call.....useless ! Do I need to take a day off to get my delivery?
