Best service, from manager to the stuff.Thank you for your great service…

The employee dressed in a kanudra who was in the customer service was so rude when I went to collect a document which was a Police clearance certificate in which I applied for my friend who is in Australia. He asked if its under my name, I replied yes as I got the sms on my mobile. After presenting my ID he said its not under my name and told me to inform my friend to collect it. I replied how can he come from Australia just to collect this document. He never bothered to listen to me and asked me to move away from the counter. I asked the security where I can complain regarding this. And he replied there is no complaint department there. Later an office staff came to assist me and he spoke in a polite way and helped me with the issue. Its a shame if an employee cannot deal with the customers politely then he doesnt deserve to sit there.

Its was worst service i feel regret to use this service they are only time wasting and playing with people . dont use this service and dont waste miney and your qulaty time also

Fast serviceThe po boxes hall is open 24 by 7The Sudanese guy on the counter is really very helpful, he helped me to overcome my mistake of not writing the proper address, he saved me alot of money as well, they have special service for people of determinations, and parking lot is almost empty, keep up the good work guys.Small notice to the management its recommended to activate the paper machine for numbering instead of depending on the security guard.Also one of the ladies staff gave wrong information to me which was corrected by here colleague the other day.

Very hit-or-miss. Sometimes friendly and efficient, other times totally incompetent.

If there is less than one star ill give them , very poor service i advice any one if you have important things do not send with them they are carless and unresponsable after my experiance i will prefer to send with any other compnay and not dealing with them .

I love the service

I visited on a Tuesday, around 11:30 am. No rush. Just make sure you take the token first .You will find the token machine on your left when you enter. Staff was friendly.

Worst service ever.

I like to thank the manager and the team of emirates post to helping me out to get my parcel which was missing by my mistakely writing the wrong po box. But the emirates post team help me to give solution to my problem and from my heart I like to thank u....I love UAE.

Poor customer service.. they didnt answer the phone everytime im calling.

They delivered my package to the wrong person. I do not have my package until now
