Waiting for the courier from more than 1 week, no reply to email and customer care said today will be the delivery... Courier picked up and reached Al Ain office and after that no track from last week.. pathetic

The epitome of poor service. The government should cancel its business license. Anyone rating this company with one start should contact the authorities to urge them to stop using this company to deliver documents to the residents.I have provided all the info through your portal. Still no acknowledgement! How hard is it to do your job?

Never try themThey did not deliver on the scheduled time, and they even did not bother to notify me that it wont be delivered. Customer service is not answering the calls. The rider mobile number provided is wrong. And till now I did not receive my shipment.

Use less and poor service. Delivery rider number is not valid, it’s been 5 days and I haven’t received shipment from Abu Dhabi to Dubai. The lady picked up the call and dropped it 2 times. such a pathetic service. I will definitely post it on social media so people get aware of their poor service.

I have received SMS today morning saying that the shipment is delivered. However I didnt receive the shipment physically.I have called your Customer Care same time on ph# 024978814 and informed the person who attended the call that I havent received the shipment. Surprisingly the person was asking me to check at my home and call back whether the shipment received there or not. Do you think that I wouldnt be doing that before calling you? Anyways the person has informed hell check on this and update.I got the contact number of your delivery person from your online tracking and I called him. It was another big surprise reply from him saying that the shipment has been delivered to the shop at my building bottomside and I should collect it from there.Is this the way you are treating your shipments? What will happen if it was delivered to some other location and got missed later? Will you pay for the shipment?I have paid the courier fee and its your responsibility to deliver to my location. There is no logic in asking me to pick the shipment from a different place. If so, why should we use your service? We should have collected the material directly.After discussing with your office and delivery person, I have received the shipment a short while ago. However the way and words which your Delivery person has used were totally unprofessional and not at all acceptable. I would like to quote his words here that he has seen devils face today...!!!Is this the way you have trained your staff?I am also working in logistics and cargo delivery field. We are also facing similar issue sometimes. However we are ready to accept our mistake and rectify it soon without giving any further hassle to the customer.I have been very polite to your customer care team and delivery person until now. But the words your delivery person has used is totally unacceptable.Will you be treating the same way if it was another person in my place???I am not sure whether you see this message or respond to this. Very good service . Their office is in musaffa. Shop number 9. Go with the same location in Google. Main road . No boards or signage . There is one signage medic trading agencies established.phone 024978814.

Terrible service! I have been waiting for my driving license for more than four days from the promised delivery date. My license is about to expire and all I get is it is with the driver statement when I call the call center! No clue why it is still undelivered inspite of repeatedly calling for 4 days! I should have never chosen ME Couriers for the delivery. Never again!!!

Nobody call back. Nobody response. Sms from them no possibe to open to track.. also apps not proper response.... I wating for my licence .I dont know where in UAE.

The delivery company is the worst in the United Arab Emirates, undisputedly, you have to wait for a period of no less than 3 days to receive a parcel.. and failed customer service. I advise everyone not to deal with this company in order to preserve your time and business...

I was contacted and asked about the delivery site, which I already filled in on the website and I was answering the questions until suddenly they closed the line in my face and tried again and again to call to communicate and inquire, but I did not answer. Very bad deal service and disrespectful employee, and in addition to that my shipment is supposed to arrive in a week or less and completed more than a week and I only received the disrespectful call. I do not recommend dealing with them at all. If there is in the rating below its star to put it.

A bad experience, they deserve even one star, and they treat them badly for the service. Customers respond and the delivery service writes on the tracking link. We called him and we did not find him for a whole week and I wrote them appointments.
