Good courier service for a decent price and reaches ontime. Tracking live available. They used to charge 50 aed for India which they increased to 80 ( 60 percent up) following covid last year when minimal flights were there. But even when now things settled they never came back to the original 50 aed charges. This is how businesses make money I think. Hope one day they will bring the charges down again

Abu Dhabi office will not attend phone (02 6773344). I was keep on calling since yesterday after noon more than 20 times for tracking a shipment which was sent on day before yesterday from Dubai. If any urgent shipment, please dont depend this courier. But 600545456 is always reachable.

One from RAK, pick up at 1600, delivered next day at 10 am.Very fast, where other couriers did not even show up to collect the goods.Keep the good service.Apparently reading the reviews not every ones are reporting positive feedback.

There consider themselves responsible to deliver to nearest indian airport. After that they have offloaded to different poor quality indian vendors. In simple language, They dont take much responsibilities afterwards.If any important documents, first flight is not one to be trusted.

Today is the 3rd time they called me, they keep on bringing my shipment to MBZ City even though I already told them I live in al falah street in the city centre. 2 times already and still bring my shipment to wrong address. Very unprofessional, waste of time. Since 23rd of this month item is already with them, until now they cant deliver properly. This company shouldnt be in business.

I wouldnt recommend this courier. Theyve had my package for days. A man called 6 days ago to say he had my package and would deliver that day. He has not shown up yet. He is no longer answering the phone.

These peoples are fraud.i had send a parcel from cherthala to trivandrum on 27th Sept 2018.they were not yet delivered the product till now. (8th oct 2018).and i contacted the cherthala office and they are not aware about the parcel in which location .The funniest thing is that they were put the phone number was wrong too.we couldnt contact over phone.i got another number from the office but that manager Radhakrishnan(hrd manager cochin) ,wont take the call too.really fed up with there service.

Service is good, but costly, to bring a 50 gm item from Dubai to Abu Dhabi they are charging Dhs.25/- , whereas there are lot of other couriers who charges 10 dhs and 15 dhs.

I had good experience with this courier for only major cities. But I wont advice urgent deliveries for towns in India, From Abu Dhabi to one of major town(near Major city) in India ,with lots of followup, reached only after 20 days.
