Place is well organized and managed by the token system. However the token system is hectic and same as a Q, same time more than 3 tokens called for a single counter makes confusion. Also when you go there first time remember to collect the token from security for the related services such as document collection.

Not well organized. They asked me to take token for customer service and wait for the token. Waited and waited. Saw some locals speaking to the guy at the counter and after them another guy joined. After waiting for 1 hour I asked what’s happening. Then they say token not required and I can directly go and talk to him. So why they forced me to take token and wait? Unprofessional staff

Today is such an unusual experience for us. I am making this review not for the emirates post office but their delivery service per se. We felt such racial discrimination and rude commentaries upon receiving our shipment. The delivery guy wanted to delivery our shipment at his own convenience rather than what was specified on the tracking details. We plead him over and over, asked him that my husband’s passport is of high importance to be received ASAP because of our flight, but he answered me “I’m busy. I will deliver your shipment after my work with other locals.” He was even raising his voice to us on the telephone, he was treating me like a man shouldn’t do to a woman. I felt disrespected at all cost. We believe that as an expatriate in this country for years, the UAE has an equal treatment to all race, but I’m so heartbroken, so humiliated after all the struggles to get the passport of my husband just because we were “least prioritized” (being a Filipino) by this specific man, since we are not locals. I have high respect for the service of the emirates post throughout the years, your online customer service is hardworking as well, but this kind of employee who might give you a wrong impression to ordinary people like me, doesn’t deserve to carry your symbol of service and integrity. With all humility, I love UAE and I still believe in equality! Please spread love kuya, not hate andrudeness to people you don’t like. God bless you!

This place is very unorganized in my experience, its chaotic and its not clear where a customer needs to go to send a package or receive one. Some of the staff were helpful, but many others were unprofessional and unwilling to help, they do provide the service I was looking for, but I had to unnecessarily wait next to the counter, because no employee was working there, although I was handed a ticket and waited for my turn. Eventually another employee started asking why do you want to send, followed by shouting saying that the delivery destination is not under the countries they deliver to, although his colleague in a nearby counter told me they do, so the whole experience was unprofessional and confusing. Ended up just going to DHL where the service and attitude was way superior. Every time I visit this branch, I have a bad experience. Kindly fix the issues as this is an important central branch. Thank you for your efforts.

Very devastating costumer service. I had, the unfortunate moment to be not helped by Mohamed W. I have received a parcel. I called to find out where I can pick it up. He asked for tracking number and I did not have any. I asked if he could search for my parcel by my name. Immediately he refused. I asked if he could search for it any other way. I gave my phone number even though I did not give my mobile number when I made my order. Obviously, he could not find anything. Therefore, I asked if he could help me in any ways. He said no other way. I started to tense up and I did not understand why I had to press for info, I felt like having an investigation. He was not willing to give any help unless I pushed for it. I understand you are tired and want to go home but I felt like I had to come up with the ideas how he could help me not the other way around. After questioning and squeezing for info, I had to find out that it is not possible to search for my parcel by my name cos their system does not give that option. Wouldn’t that be the easiest option? We went back and forth back and forth, but no help, or at least I felt he was not helping me at all and with that, my tension was raising and obviously his too. I even had to tell him that I was detecting arrogance in his voice and then he raised his voice with me and when I asked for the supervisor, he put the phone down on me. Later I called back for the supervisor but obviously the supervisor was super busy and I had find out that I dont have a tracking number cos I only received a message from the company, which was sending me the goods. I need a message from Emirates Post with the tracking number. With the right questions we could had saved 20 minutes of arguing and burning up brain cells and a bad review. And I am waiting for the supervisor to call me back I am very curious to see how long I will have to wait for the call... Edited later: nearly a week later no call from the supervisor...Now it is 2 weeks and no call from the supervisor... I just read other reviews and I have to say I am no longer surprised the way I was dealt with is nothing compared to others here... Wouldnt that be alarming to mamangment that something is wrong with operation and changes need to be implemented? Now 28/02/2021 and still no call from the supervisor...

Located in madinat zayed,big parking lot out side the place is big and new, token machines with different sections,very fast service and comfy seats, the place is clean,modern and well maintained, i believe there is more than 30 windows to serve the customers, good customer service, fast service, nice behavior 👍

Do NOT have anything delivered to you via Emirates Post. Their service is absolutely horrible.They have been holding my shipment for the past 6 weeks for no reason. All my details are with them and Im following up everyday but they are yet to deliver. They say they will call but they never do.Better use a private service provider like Aramex for deliveries. This is a waste of time and money.

Terrible service, unbelievable unprofessionalism, shipment took 3 days to reach abu dhabi from singapore, then it has been taking forever (so far 13 days and counting...) and still not yet delivered. Every time I call someone s/he says there s nothing to do and they d raise a request, 3 complaints and more than 6 calls.

I paid for a my home delivery box. Two months later said box was installed at my Villa. Since then Ive not received any post at all..nothing; nada. I even posted a letter to myself from Jumeirah in Dubai to my Abu Dhabi PO Box number. Guess what? I didnt receive it. Registered a couple of complaints with EPG by email and by phone but it didnt help. What are they doing with my post? I hope EPG enjoyed my Christmas cards and the gifts for my kids sent from the UK from my family ..whatever they have done with them. I would register another complaint but I fear it wouldnt do any good. Oh well. By the way, the letter I sent to myself from Dubai contains useful detailed instructions on how to find Abu Dhabi..would suggest you open it.[Update 28/1/21...still no post despite my posting yet another letter to myself but this time from the Abu Dhabi Central post office just a few km away. What do they do with all that undelivered mail? Dump it? Im not being critical in anyway for your doing so but could you let me know where to find it so I can search through it for my bank statements. Is there any chance? Much appreciated.]

They do the services requested and assist when needed. I am just writing to express my sadness about the delivery drivers. The weather is at least 45°C during noon these days and drivers are still delivering.People should not complaint about the delay or inaccuracy in the delivery services.

No urgency for customer service. Takes them a month to answer to my calls/email and then answer that they already DISPOSED my shipments because nobody contacted them. I failed to collect the Emirates Id my wife in the month of march due to covid situation as most of the office and services were not available, when I went to collect in august they said the emirates id is destroyed you need to apply for a new one. As everyone is aware that there is covid situation they should not have disposed the emirates id in that case and now I have to make extra payment.

Vet impractical service, slow, and not customer friendly. I would highly recommend avoiding using this service. I have never received any shipment from them on time. Almost every single time I used them, I keep receiving a msg that they have attempted delivery without actually receiving any call or visit from them. There are many logistical services in Abu Dhabi and there is no reason to to choose this service.

4 star for their post box services and 3 star for their customers services. The main issue is a long waiting time and inappropriate rules that applies some times from counter. If we compare this services to another govt customers services we can give about 3 star as it need to improve and need to more friendly. All the best.

Very poor customer service I went to submit my passport and visa paper for issuing visa stamp but the guy who supposed to give me a token he said the visa submission is closed I asked him from what to what time the counter will open but his response is very poor and he told me to come after one week to submit my paper and passport for visa stamping. I am not understanding why the Emirates post recruiting the people who cannot give proper customer service. Now I have to wait to submit my papers after eid very sad and poor customer service

I visit this office once a week and following are my observations.- Parking always easy to find.- Helpful staff.- Always crowded.- waiting time to get served is long minimum 20minutes.- International Parcels you have to pay Admin Fee (10 AED) for nothing.

Highly disappointed by the services provided. The customer service representative are very un professional and lack knowledge about the rules and regulations. I called them 6times and each and everyone gave different Information which in the end all was all wrong.They kept saying how they can not send me parcel to AlRuwais and only one of the colleague can come to take as I could not and later when my colleague went they Declined to give him my parcel and then agreed to send it to Al ruwais.You are waisting your time and money as well as ours please fix your services

I came here to collect my US visa and it was a total mess. Three employees were chatting with each other and their counters were closed while more than 40 people were waiting, and only 2/3 other employees were working. Very old place and not enough seats. I came here at around 1:30PM on a weekday, I recommend you come earlier for visa collection.

Very poorly managed post office. I went to collect my 2 parcels. Only 1 counter was open for parcel collections, waited for almost 45 minutes for my turn and when my turn came the counter staff pushed me to another counter and that counter guy without any courtesy asked me to wait till another 3 more customers to finish, then I walked away without collecting the parcel. Worst service ever experienced from an UAE Governed office. Poor staff!

As a citizen definitely they do not live up to the minimum expectation of their role and the emirates plan. Very disappointing services...it feels like they are still the seventies of the precious century.... All communication channels are useless and you have to go to them to get things done... Central Emirates Post in Abudhabi. Located close to Madinat Zayed shopping Mall. This is where we go for most of parcel, Emirates Id collection.Before we were able to get international driving licence from this office, but not that service is not available.Ample public parking is available outside and normal mawaqif parking charges apply. Public transport bus stop is also next to it.

Service is really poor from a business standpoint. I wanted to send a mail to the UK, but the service lady was pretty rude. So I eventually left to DHL down the street where the service was more welcoming. I was actually turned off by her attitude that I simply couldnt trust handing her my documents.My advice, if you want professional courier service, go to DHL or other companies instead, where they treat their clients with respect.

Commercial courier services are all using mapping software to make deliveries efficient yet Customer Service staff at Emirates Post seem reluctant to use such software and still rely on verbal directions so you get numerous calls promising delivery until finally they ask you to collect from their premises.

The closing time is 9pm and i went there at 8:30pm to submit passport for visa stamping, i have taken the token which showed the time of 8:35pm. After waiting for 15 mins i asked a guy about passport submission he told me to wait and he will check with the guy who supposed to receive it. The guy told that he already closed for everything so come tomorrow again. I asked him what is his closing time and he said sometimes 8pm sometimes 8:20 or 8:30.. But why machine is still issuing tokens??

There still people jump the number, this is still a culture which takes time to change, however this should not be allowed by the post office staff, some of them they didnt even bother to take a number. Additionally, the customs only staff disappeared with no replacement and for more than half an hour creating another unnecessary Q!!4 Stars at the gate should be revisited
