I dont known what should i say about this cargo company. Very bad service, not responding. No fast delivery. Myself i send sea cargo from 14/11/20 today is 28/01/21total 78 days until now still not yet delivered. So please dont send anything through this cargo company. Very bad service.

As much negative say abaout then is less. I dont know why I didnt read other peoples review here at google before sending my cargo from UAE to India. Its passed almost 2 months while their promised delivery 25-40 days max.They are not responding anytime the number I have I keep sending messages but they never reply. They dont have support system they dont have tracking system and they only care to take the money and nothing else. Give them Money give them your valuable cargo and forget about it. Thats their companies policy.

My experience was nice with Alfalah Cargo, one of my friend suggested me Alfalah Cargo, i received my stuff just right now with good condition, because too many fragile items was inside the box, i got my stuff properly Thanks to Alfala Cargo and TeamsBut i was really scared after reading review of Alfalah but i got my stuff within just 6days once again Thanks to Alfalah Cargo Abudhabi Branch

Horrible customer service. There is an employee by the name of bijesh. Zero ethics and a master at giving excuses. Luckily I came to check out their review before I sent my precious cargo with an unprofessional company.My humble request avoid this company.Frauds!!

Very very poor services my cargo reached after 90 day and many item I received in damage conditions .Surprise they called us away from our home and asked us that we have to take material from here otherwise they will put on the road . Very rude behaviour again request please donot take thier services

Received cargo via sea by 70 days. Cargo seemed to be roughly handled with items damaged inside. As well as couple of items missing/stolen.

Pathetic, unprofessional and no value for Customers. Just will give you fake promises. Will charge you for Air cargo and god knows when they will deliver.I am waiting for more than a month for mine now.Planning to raise the issue with DED and consumer protection.

This is the first time i have sent cargo abroad. These people are from my native place, and so having some common groundI had trusted these people to move my cargo back to my homeplace and it was the worst decision in my life.They apply lots of tricks like using the cheapest cargo flight/ or by using cheap passenger flights, cheapest packing service (employ personnel with no experience and who are working with other business which has nothing to do with packaging), and for all this they charge a high amount.I had travelled to India before the cargo was sent and they assured me it will reach on time. But once i left the country, my cargo was delayed more than 10 days, each day i called them and they used to say it will reach destination today, where in fact they were waiting for cheapest flight to transport my cargo and kept lying about the delivery.I had to involve the local authorities and family members finally to transport my cargo.In the end, when my cargo reached, i had a lot of damaged stuff.. Really bad service.. Please avoid at all costs unless you dont care about the contents of your cargo or when it will reach destination..They absolutely do not care about you or your cargo and have no remorse or guilt feelings.. The worst fake people in shipping business..

This company are crooks and thiefs . I sent cargo with them from UAE to Canada. they opened the boxes without my permission and stole the three most expensive items from the box worth 1000 dirhams . advise everyone not to deal with them .

This is the worst cargo company you could ever send your stuff through. Even the 1 star given is too much for them. If there was an option to give them in negative, I would definitely do that. They have no customer service at all. They do not have any knowledge or experience in sending things abroad. NO tracking system, NO customer care, NO communication system at all; Simply wastage of time, money and very BIG BIG chances to loose your stuff.They promised me to ship my stuff in a maximum of 2 weeks. It has been more than a month and a week now and yet there is no news at all about my dispatched bags.Please take care and never even thing working with them.
