I sent my Brand New Gas stove table top from AUH to India chennai with well company protective packing and parcel reached with damage and one item is missing no response from the Team and strongly not recommended...Really feedup taken a wrong decision by choosing this Service...

Sent some important items to Chennai from Abu Dhabi almost 100 days back..still no proper response. It is guaranteed to be delivered within 30 days..send items at your own risk. The item which you sent may not reach on time or may get lost. Do not try them..!!

I have sent my courier to Pune on Nov 10th ,They promised me to delivered in 30 days . It has been more than 50 days now, still not received the courier. Every time they are providing generic answer Your shipment is in Custom we will let you know once Clear . very poor Service.

I have sent my courier to Bangalore on sep 14th , it went via Delhi customs.. still now I have received my luggage. They promised me in 25 days . It has been more than 40days. No complaint number.. day by day they extending days .. please do not select ICS international CARGO to send luggage or cargo.its my humble request to all.. even things are missing in cargo luggage.. poor service ..

I had booked an envelope containing important legal documents from Abu Dhabi to Delhi on 28 September 2019. Today is 9 October 2019 and still no trace of my envelope. I have been calling the call center almost every day but in vain. They take my mobile number but never call back.Its a third class courier company.Use it at your own risk!I am seriously considering to file a legal suit for the loss of my documents.

Services are as promised. Excellent customer service. Better than ST Couriers. They answer the phone with respect and are patient with customers. I had one of the best experiences walking into their office in Abu Dhabi city. They are right next to Krishna sweets. I recommend their services.

Cargo was sent on 7th November 2020 till date 9th Jan 2021 cargo has not reached.

Awesome customer service. Far Far better than ST Couriers. When they answer the phone they know how to treat a customer with respect. Just 20 days to deliver your package. Minimum 20kgs and AED 16 per KG thats because of the GST.Once more. Good job ICS.

Worst service.first told emergency services available and stamped emergency delivery and promised courier delivery in 2 working days from Abudhabi to india.. On 4th day when approached said emergency services not available. My friend went to local collecting office in India and took the courier. The documents were not delivered as promised and made me tensed.worst service.

Miserable service. 1 person handling everything and most of the time he is not there in the shop. Courier charges have increased but service is pathetic.
