If you are considering this cargo company, please DO NOT and I repeat DO NOT do this. World’s most useless service and I have lost over 800dhs worth of shipping cost & over 2500dhs worth of goods as my goods never arrived since dec 2020 till date. There are many companies that are cheaper and much more effective. Use them. Don’t make the mistake simple people like myself have made. Thanks

Hello ,I have been used their service several time they have delivered the things I sent within 35 days which is faster service than other courier service provider as they usually took 50 days.

Very quick and professional i have try there services twice for local courier within UAE and the response and service was hassle free with economical price and delivery is concluded in very next day. The location and office looks messing but people and there service is efficient what else we need, with reasonable charges..

First of all I am very sad to post this review. Here is not available less than 1 star ,if here have that, I will definitely choose it .worst service I have ever seen my life. From the call center staffs almost their behavior like { If your package gets stuck in customs in India you have to go personally to clear it} I would like to say , company representative will not take any responsibility to release the cargo, Then why they are saying good service. If they cant clear the package from the customs, what they are mean by the door to door service.. I send my things through this cargo service on 03/12/2020 . This company promised me within 45 days to be reach in destination .But until now they are saying custom process . Its almost 130 days finished .if any of DR Courier & cargo responsible persons are read my review please let me know the reason for delay , there is more valuable things in my package .

Dont trust this courier, this company its fraud... I make two courier India & nepal, I lost so many things from India box, nepal two month I didnt received yet, every time I call them they said its on nepal custom .. Today they call me ask me for 108 aed extra for the flight they will send for private jet....You guys are cheating us.... I received the goods too late due to clearance issue. Everything was delivered very safely. I thought I was going to get lost. But everything was given safely.

Over 7 months not yet deliver,,, and dr cargo not talking any responsibility. Still clearance issues,, all I sent food items for my family, so who’s responsible for that,, all items spoiled now, it’s your responsibility, but now you up your hands, who will pay back for my spoiled food stuff

Very Poor service. Sent luggage from Abudhabi to Hyderabad on 26th November- 20 and till now (2nd June-21) luggage not delivered. Standard response from customer care is luggage under customs clearance( like owner response for several reviews below).

Very worst experience, cargo sent in dec 2020 , they promised to deliver within 45 days, its been 4months not yet delivered the same response every time you call the call center and the office, customs not cleared. Want to know the solution for this.

Very poor service in terms of call centre and delivery. No one knows where our package is and what happened. If they pick up your call they will say will check and call back which never happens. Worst people around to deal with. Would recommmed to throw away things rather send it through their cargo.

Worst & worst service.kindly dont prefer this cargo go for another.More than 50 days still telling not getting clearance.In radio advertisement and all they are telling best service and will receive with in 30-40 days.Even know also they are not telling when clearance will get.And also at the time of sending they check even single products and packed and i dont know why its not get cleared.so all kindly go for another cargo service.

Worst experience after reaching India. There is no tracking records after reaching india and there is lot of communication gap between UAE person and india person.No body is bother to contact us and we have to contact them again and again to trace the courier

I send parcel from abudhabi to kerala last month.and they offered it will reach within 25 days.but it takes around one month to reach and all my items were damaged and brokenwhen it reach .very bad experience and packaging was very bad.and the worst thing is that.i informed to the courier team that my parcel didnt reach the destination after 25 days.but there is no response from there side.iam very upset and very bad experience.

I sent air cargo thru Dr Courrier from Abu Dhabi to Kerala, unfortunately I didnt get on time, means parcel reached only 4-5 days later than they offered.This parcel was for my son and he wants to take this to U.K.for his university where hes studying. He flew to the destination without this parcel and its very important goods., were totally upset. When I contact the overseas manager of Dr Courrier he said me that its our first experience, but dont worry, we will send to your son to UK with our expense.At last goods they sent to U.K.Thanks to the manager Mr.Siraj for his kindness.I suggest to all, anybody can send the goods with this cargo.Ashraf from Musaffa, Abu Dhabi

The Indian counter part contact mobile number given in the website doesnt exist.. my courier from UAE Dubai hang still reached me to Chennai, though the website tracking says it well be delivered by 3rd October, and today is 7th October... No proper communication, they business the customs for the delay... This is not the first time I am sending courier from UAE, but first time they this courier agency and my big mistake....
