This spa offers magnificent customer service. I spoke to Grace at the front desk and she was so warm and welcome. I got a massage from Tunee and she is the best massage therapist ever. She takes her time and gives an amazing through massage. I love this place. Recommend it 10/10

Visited last 24th July 2021 with my cousin. Jemeliza and the other masseuse (sorry forgot her name) both gave a very satisfying massage. Ambiance was great. The receptionists were polite, escorted us to the locker area and advised us where the pool was. But since it was our first visit, it would have been best if we were also directed where the jacuzzi, steam and sauna rooms were, as well as the waiting area for the massage. We had to ask for directions. Couldve rated it 5 stars if the customer service was exceptional.

Had a great experience. Staff who attended me, Jemeliza (not sure if I spell it correctly) was very professional and superb in her job. Felt so relaxed and satisfied. I will surely be back here again. Highly recommended.

The place is very spacious, clean and tidy.. The facility has sauna, Jacuzzi and steam room, however steam room was under Maintainace during my visit, they have changing rooms with lockers .. they greet u well at reception .. They let u fill form to state which kind of pressure u prefer for your massage and which parts of body u like to concentrate and how u want to finish your massage session.. Well it will all go to one ending.. The massage lady doesnt care or listen to what u put in that form nor she is aware of it.. So u will get what she knows to do only.. Which for me was painful very aggressive massage ...not sure I want to go there again
