I bought a one bedroom apartment at Al Habtoor City & it was the worst experience ever. They have shortage in staff. The staff is not professional. The apartment is completely damaged & they don’t help in fixing anything. I really regret dealing with Al Habtoor & I don’t recommend it at all.

I stayed at hilton al habtoor city. The location is great and the service is good. But the room ac was very bad and also the room service was bad.

It was amazing the staff of really nice

We ate at Zoco, a large, Mexican restaurant with gorgeous interiors. Enjoyed the evening hugely... Good food, potent drinks and great service. Not your average texmex joint, but a real treat. Well worth a visit.

My stay February 24-27 was absolutely perfect.Everything perfect.The friendliness of the FO staff, the impeccable room cleaning.The different absolutely wonderful outlets.Fantastic food, different, fresh and very good.Thanks for your hospitality.

Ribs were nice enough, drinks were too sweet and an inedible kids meal at AED85 was the tipping point. Will not be returning

Thought it was free but its not. Its 25/person. And theres nothing to see. Just a bunch of restaurants

We actually visited Winter Market in Al Habtoor City, the place had good vibes only, otherwise the food/entertainment/kids playing area were not so good and not so fun..

3 hotels to choose from and alot of dining options as well as spa facilities

A frequent visitor of Hilton Habtoor and their steam room has been broke, on and off, for about a year.For a 5 star hotel, the minimum you would expect is basic facilities like a steam room!! Get it sorted guys!!!

A major real estate developments with 3 large hotels: Westin, W, and St Regis which recently got rebranded to Hilton, V, and Alhabtoor palace. All hotels are connected and have a unique atmosphere. The famous la Pearl show is located there as well.

Accessibility is a problem here. Due to ongoing construction and lack of proper signs, reaching here is a bit tiring.

My husband, a friend of ours and I went to the Zoco brunch on Friday 28th August 2017. The variety of food wasnt bad but it lacked flavour. The service with regards to alcoholic drinks was deplorable, to say the least. One had to request more than once for a drink and even then it took ages to get to us. My friend had the sparkling wine package (which is not cheap) and they werent attentive with ensuring her glass was not empty. My husband was having vodka and orange juice and on more than one occasion, they would bring the vodka and he had to wait for the orange juice. Twice he and I had to go to the bar as we got tired of waiting for our drinks! In frustration, I went to the bar with my empty white wine glass as I figured it would be quicker, and I was told by one of the barmen, extremely rudely, that I will only be served at the table! Meanwhile, the table next to ours was being waited on hand and foot!! When one goes to an all inclusive meal, one should not have to beg for drinks. If Zoco is selling out brunches, they must ensure theyve got sufficient staff to serve everybody who turns up.This was our first time at Zoco and needless to say, will be our last! Additionally, I shall NOT be recommending Zoco to any friends or family. It definitely spoiled our brunch experience yesterday! Very bad show, indeed!Eleanor Livingston
