Three of us spent a day at the Sofitel the Palm having a Spa & Pool,Beach Day. We were celebrating 2 of my friends Birthdays.The Team at the Spa were extremely professional & welcoming and the Spa facilities are wonderful.Many thanks to Veronica at reception she kindly arranged Petals to be laid on my 2 friends massage beds and a Happy Birthday as a surprise for them. It really looked beautiful. Our Masseurs were of a high quality and excellent and the Kenyan Lady who looked after us and showed us around was lovely and very professional as well.We all live in Dubai and have been to various Spas and were very impressed with the service, facilities and treatment at the Sofitel Spa, The Palm Hotel Dubai. I went for a massage and pool ( they have three spectacular swimming pools) day at the so spa in Sofitel, I had an absolutely amazing experience.I was very impressed with their hygiene and their high standards during this pandemic. The staff very friendly and super helpful and the massage was incredible ( one hour signature treatment).

Any time I’m in Dubai I always love to visit the Sofitel for a massage. The masseuses are incredibly professional and always make me feel completely at ease, usually meaning I fall asleep at some point it’s that relaxing. Would recommend to anyone visiting Dubai.

This spa is amazing! Experience was very good, I had a full body scrub and massage and I feel a new person after the treatment. My skin after the treatment was so soft. Definitely recommending this place and will com back! 🤩

I had a great and relaxing time at the spa. I did the 60 minutes oriental massage and it was good but my therapist was late and had to wait for 10 minutes.

The massage was amazing, the pressure was good and the whole experience felt like total luxury

The spa is absolutely fantastic!!! The staff will guide you throughout the entire experience, the venue is really cleaned and sanitised at all time!! I experienced the 60mins massage and I could be there the whole day ☺️ So good and relaxing!! ☺️

I did the one hour So Exhilarating Massage. The lady was so professional and polite. I loved her techniques. I was so refreshed and relaxed after the massage. The safety measures taken in the spa and the hotel were great. I loved the whole experience.. I highly recommend to all..❤❤❤

Excellent service! Both dry and steam Saunas available,Concept pools! Ladies only facilities,went for a NUXE massage! Bring swimwear for a luxury pool experience!Infinity pool not exclusive to women though

We are staying as a staycay in Sofitel and I had the couples massage with my wife. I had Angleie who gave me the best massage I have had. Will 100% be asking for her next time.

My husband and I tried the couple massage! Professional staff, relaxing environment, and the spa interiors are a blessing to the eye ! So serene, and would definitely repeat the visit again ❤️❤️The treatment was everything we needed, left the spa feeling fresh and drowsy 😂

Best hotel ever stayed so much so going back again this year. The only time in my life I am going back to the same hotel.

We have been there more than once! Lovely staff and great facilities. The coconut body scrub with Alladisa was Devine. The place is extremely clean and neat. They offer lovely tea and nuts for snacks as you relax by the experience pool with a magazine in hand 👍🏼

Great experience... spotless facilities, had a relaxing massage by a very professional , friendly and well trained therapist. Would I recommend this place, absolutely, but bear in mind its not the cheapest, but doesnt mean its not worth the experience. Check out their summer offers (or other seasonal offers too) you might find a package that suits you.

The Best Treatment,Spa is Big,has 3 indoor pool ,Big steam & Sauna,for Female Area and the Male Area also has 3 indoor pool and sauna &steam.The Spa has 1 outdoor pool for male and female.

I went with my wife for a couples spa session, it was very indulgent and relaxing. I was impressed by the spa setting and the facilities provided. I wasnt planning on spending the day there but i think the next time i will.

The facility was extremely hygienic and new, the approach of the staff was very professional and welcoming. After spending a lot of quality time in the spa, we also used the pools and they were very clean and tidy, we enjoyed it very much. It is a hotel we will always choose.
