Always booked in advance and limited availability, but it’s worth the wait. Talise Ottoman SpaThe design was beautifully done, the service was great too. I had the Sultan massage with a lady called Shamila and I can say it was the best massage I had for a while. I do go for a lot of massages and try different spas.There was a really nice outdoor garden which was very peaceful. The treatment rooms were perfect in terms of space lighting and atmosphere.

My overall experience was bad. Not what you’d expect from a top brand. The massage was excellent and I’d give it 5 stars. However as you finish it and look for an area to relax, that’s when it goes south. The upstairs relaxation area, doesn’t have a recliner or a chaise-longue. It has a few 90-degrees chairs. The relaxation area downstairs is places right next to the sauna, jacuzzi, ice room and 2 showers. So you cant get 60 continuous seconds of relaxation (that’s not an Exaggeration). The slippers they provide are or cheap quality, and once they get wet they squeak like there is no Tomorrow! Finally, and to ensure you don’t get any relaxation, the staff are super loud and talk to each other across the corridor. The jacuzzi area is amazing to relax, buttttt, the water drainage sound is like a jet engine.Honestly, just save your money and find a spa that is not commercial, and understands how badly people may need to relax!

The Talise Ottoman spa really does live up to its name as one of the best spas in the world an award which they have won a number of times.I have visited this spa a number of times and can not fault it. Due to demand I would highly recommend booking in advance if you are after a particular treatment because bookings can be fairly busy.The spa in itself is incredible well kept, amazingly clean and not a thing out of place.The facilities are great which include a mineral swimming pool, jacuzzi room, sauna and snow room.I have opted for a similar treatment on all my visits which was the “90 min sultan massage” something which has always been great.All the staff are extremely attentive and really do want you to have the best experience here.

Omg! Had the jacuzzi followed by rose balm massage. Spectacular ambience and luxurious pampering! This is bliss. Can’t wait to spend another day here. The receptionist gave me 20% discount as they ran a few minutes late. Made me smile more 😁😁😁

Today I booked in for the Diamond and Rose ritual. It was an amazing experience. The spa is in excellent condition. My therapist was Lovi and she was amazing. Very professional yet friendly. It was my first visit to the spa and she explained the procedures for my treatment In detail and made me very relaxed. I would definitely recommend her for massage.

The best thing I have treated my self with, I had the Royal Ottoman bath at the end thy give you a Turkish braslate, the place is super clean and the staff are friendly. Come early to enjoy the facilities.

My partner and I enjoyed the hammam experience but the highlight was the 90 min Balinese massage. Therapists Depa and Meriami are incredible professionals and left us feeling literally reborn. It was definitely an experience worth its price tag!

Flawless...beautiful...magestic.. the stars on the pools roof, the marble, the turquoise, the luxurious n comfy post treatment area ...really ended up feeling like an ottoman princess. Only lip corner down is the way they rush if you are late...kinda ruined the relaxation mood but i have done all the hammams in Dubai and none of them came even close to this one. Best hammam ever

Three of us went to the spa for massages today, we all had a very disappointing experience, considering it’s a five star hotel it’s not worth it at all. The staff were very bad at their jobs. If you are looking for a good experience I would recommend any other hotel on the palm instead of here.

I visited the Talise Ottoman Spa in Jan 19 whilst in Dubai. It certainly was an experience and can only be described as a palace in Dubai. The hotel itself was something of pure sparkle. The Spa was on a different level, very plush and something to try if you like luxury. I visited on a Gents night which was on a Wednesday and arrived at 4.00pm and began to enjoy all the facilities that were on offer. I had 2 treatments one a Turkish Hammam and another a relaxing massage, both by the therapist called Onur and he was from Turkey so really new how to give a Hammam experience , very nice products used and he was very attentive . I broke my glasses whilst in the spa and the staff were very helpful to repairing them. If you want to have relaxing experience this the place to visit as the spa is so spacious so you can find you own space. I will visit again when next in Dubai.

I booked a day pass for my husbands birthday & more than impressed with the services. Value for money is great. The male therapist from Bali was excellent ( sorry forgot his name) & my therapist Jit was very good. Superb standard & looking forward to our next visit to try the outdoor Thai massage & Hammam. Pretty decor, terrible massage!Fist of all, my therapist just put a bunch of oil my and rubbed it in with minimal skill or effort.Secondly, I paid for 1 hour massage and barely got half an hour one!Really disappointing

Nice spa with a number of facilities such as a large pool, jacuzzi tubs, snow room, sauna (both dry and wet), steam room and adventure showers (which are more novelty ideas than anything). They are gender separated so men and women are kept apart, and they are very strict with cell phone usage in the womens areas (which is rightfully so since a lot of women come here to unburden some of their coverings). The co-ed section is just a jacuzzi which is a bit underwhelming. They should definitely cater to more co-ed spaces that you can share if you are coming with your significant other. We had the couples hamam (Arabian Rose) and it was ok. The bubbles were fun but I felt like the rest was underwhelming. Id probably sign up for a massage instead next time.

I had a turkish hamam, the service was excellent the therapist was extremely gentle and very professional I enjoyed the experience but the facilities wasn’t clean neither well maintained, the steam room wasn’t clean at all and so many other things.

Not much to like here , read about this spa online lots of hype and hyperbole fell for it and booked a massage , for the thousands of massages I have taken in the best of spas globally I have never felt more agitated leaving than I was when I entered , kind of defeats the purpose of the experience , absolutely beautiful place the massues assigned to me was extremely average in terms of technique and not only that he didnt not give a foot massage which is integral to any body treatment..the whole experience was rushed and to end it u was served some gloopy black tea , no offer of any herbal infusion paid or unpaid , had higher expectations from this place, mentioned my experience to the manager who offered me a discount , I would happily pay more and not have a discount to have the experience I booked for in the first place , they also offered me a freebie for next time , am I really going to go back to somewhere where I had a terrible experience !!!basically massage and customer service both below par , am absolutely psyched that I have wasted a whole evening

I wanted to book a spa gateway for 2 at Jumeirah Zabeel Saray Hotel, to celebrate my birthday with my best friend. When i called to book i was informed that i couldnt use my discount of 30% for me or my friend because of the festive season. First of all it was on a week day, second of all its not holidays in dubai, and third of all in the promotion / discount advertising it doesnt say that it cannot be use for festive season, whatever that is supposed to mean. When I asked if there was availability IF i wanted to book (without using discount) of course there were plenty of timings available.... I TRULY expected more from Jumeirah group, unfortunately this is dubai and there is very lil i can do about it, only thing i can do is share my bad experience. THANK YOU for ruining my b-day!
