I bought a 90 minute massage and 30 minute body wrap. Getting hold of them to book was impossible - I had to go in person because they dont answer the phone. I left a call back request on their website, which was ignored. Their social media team on Facebook chat is equally unhelpful. Got told I couldnt have a body wrap because its not available, but I I could have 60 minute massage with 30 minute scrub or facial. My voucher says 90 minute massage. Couldnt be bothered to argue. Did 60 minute massage and 30 minute facial. It was fine. The staff was pleasant enough but the actual service definitely was not worth what they charge full price. If I hadnt already bought the voucher, I wouldnt have bothered. Dont waste your time; there are other spas with better service.

Nice place . Not crowded . The the only downside is no hot jacuzzi but everything else AMAZING ❤️

I was offered a massage package for 4 sessions in March at their branch in Copthorne Hotel Deira and only used one session which is the day I bought the packages.... I tried calling the branch several times and can’t get hold of it.. I only got to know when I called the hotel directly.. They left a number which I did call and no one seems to answer.. I finally got in touch with their branch at Media Rotana (called several times before that and no one answers!!!!) I asked for a refund and they said they can’t, i ask for extension since it is hard to make a booking and they said they can’t.. They told me to speak to the manager and when I ask for the manager they said they were busy.. Totally disappointing....

Professional service, nice place, hope to see the hot jakuzi working soon, and to have pool access with the massage package.
