The ladies at Silkor are very friendly and professional. They are always accommodating and willing to help in every possible way. I have been doing my services with Particia, shes very patient, give the right time and pays attention to details. Highly recommend her....Additionally the ladies on the reception (Rebecca and Myra) always smiling, very helpful and try their best to fix the appointments and accommodate the timings... They call to follow up after session and ensure customer satisfaction...Im overall very happy and would recommend Silkor to my friends.

Silkor jumeirah is the best center eveeeeer ....the first time I did a lip filler and botox with Dr Ahmad ashraf I was very happy with the result he is in amazing Dr....the second time I did also a lip filler with Dr koumar he is really also in amazing Dr ...I did not feel any pain like the first time ...no swelling ...my lips took a very nice natural shape ...really I am very glad 😊....thank you so much ...everyone was very friendly with me ...now I am planning to do botic and tatto removal ...beauty began with silkor center jumeirah...Best of luck...

The best laser hair removal center in town. Ive done my treatment 12 years ago and i still have great results till today. I came back recently for retouches with Catherine, a wonderful and professional technician, make sure to book with her as she makes you feel very comfortable and at ease during treatments. Excellent results!

An amazing laser place for all kinds of hair. Very helpful staff . They deliver the whole truth whether it be about hair, skin or physique. They have multiple package and they always look out for the best for their clients. Really helpful !!

The clinic is clean and they are always on time for the service and the laser service is good in itself but they I have had issues with their phone lines always busy or not picking up. In 10 session I got burned once. Not a fun experience at all. Sometimes Silkor feels more like a business which is a shame and their prices are way too expensive.

Every time I am coming to this place I feel happy and satisfied from the service, Specially with Bernadette she is the best technician. The only problem that they needs to work on it is to ask the receptionist ladies to smile and to give them trainings for how to deal with the old clients and new clients!!!

I agree with every bad review below. If you want to be disrespected, lied to and have your money stolen then go to Silkor (if they ever pick up the phone).And not to forget, therapists aren’t trained well. I’ve been burned before and I’ve also had sessions of full leg laser that covered only a quarter of my leg.

Ive done hydrafacial with them and it was fantastic. The jumeria branch staff seems to be the best when it comes to facials. Ive tried other Silkor branches in the UAE, but the jumeria staff seems to be the best and well skilled.

Didn`t believe so much when I saw the low reviews once I have been to Silkor in Lebanon before, I booked an appointment online the day before and got a confirmation someone would call me to confirm the appointment soon, I didn`t get any call so I called the day next early morning to confirm the appointment, they confirmed it to me by phone, Got there exactly 5 minutes before the appointment the lady at the reception refrained to tell to take a seat which I did after patiently waiting for 25 minutes watching all the girls working there walking around with car keys on their hand and laughing on each other, I didn`t hear any explanation or a simply gesture of attention nothing at all, like I was there waiting for a favor, It`s a very unprofessional and disrespectful behavior they simply think your time is worth Trash, as the other review said don`t believe go and see it for yourself.
