Clean, beautiful saloon. The best hairdresser (Olesia) works there. Also pedicure I had done there was amazing! Prices are average for nowadays. Just dont use paid parking in front of the centre as its very expensive. There is place to park in the back of the centre. Recommended ladies saloon!

I love the vibes of the place, Re salon is very clean and new stuff is amazing. My hairdresser Olesya is one the best colorist in Dubai, I strongly recommend her especially if you have blond hair. I did an eyebrow styling as well and I loved it!!!

I asked the hairdresser to make 2 layers style .. she just cut them straight, so conectan between the layers and she made a kind of fringe that as well has bin a disaster. This was my 2nd time and before I was really happy with the cut. I just wanted the same as last time. Now I will have to go another hairdresser to brick this since is way to obvious that is a really bad hair cut. The hairdresser kept saying this is what I asked for.. I have been having the same cut my whole life, this was the worst one so far. Unfortunately will not return and I will definitly, at least for haircut, DON’T RECOMMEND IT!

I am back with RE Salons Spas for more than 3 months now since 2019. And I can say with a new Management the services has improved, it is great news that I still see the same staffs who are great in customer service.Will do more booking from now on.

Terrible hair service and cheap products. I dont trust that the product they are using is what they say they are using or maybe it is lack of knowledge by the person doing the hair. My hair was done by the supervisor.

I did my eyebrow microblading with Ms.Tuh. She did an overall good job but both my eyebrow are a different shape. At my touch up appointment a month later, i was adamant she fix the issues however she couldnt do so. Now i have to pencil in the shape for both eyebrows to match - which was the primary reason i went for microblading in the first place! Waste of money and time.The best part is that the lady at reception knew i was unhappy and not once has anyone from the salon followed up or apologised. Disappointing indeed!

Horrible salon with even worst management. Such a place should not even have a license! They ruined my hair and not a care in the world! The Russian manager is here to make a quick buck and run off. No experience and certainly dont care about having their customers return. From what I understand they have closed down 2 other branches and only left with this, and I assume they will close this soon too!

I had my worst experience in a spa ever at this place. I came out almost in tears feeling badly discriminated by the way I was treated by the big white Eastern European women who does nails (sorry to describe mostly her like that but I don’t know her name). It’s not that it was bad customer service but she purely treated me badly.. the rest of the staff was well behaved and polite.If you are a non white or Arab be sure to be ill retreated by this lady. Apparently she is a free lancer or something but she is spoiling the image of this spa for sure

Disaster of a place. The management is clearly more interested to cut cost than to do their job properly. The quality of their nail supplies and hair products is rubbish and yet they charge jumeirah prices.

Very bad, I do for 6 years hard gel on my nails it stays always 3/4weeks. Here in this salon I did the same (hard gel)on my nails and it went off the next day!!! I went back they fixed it but 2 days later I had 3 nails that went off... never going back!

We came for haircut and blow dry. Moms hair was so long and she only wanted to cut the damaged ends but ended with half of hair gone and NOT straight or level!Blow dry is very bad .. roots look like never touched and ends are so fuzzy.Mom is depressed now. Worst experience ..
