Tried body massage with Mrs Norma, it was greatPedicure & manicure was amazing. I asked them to file my nail in almond shape and they did it nicely.I prefer to rub the dry skin a bit more

Had a gelish mani and pedi. Good experience but not the best. Mine came off earlier than my usual gelish manicures.

I went for mani & Pedi and didnt like the color on my feet, I NICELY requested to change it (while they werent busy!) the technician refused to change it unless I pay extra while we know that we pay more at this saloon to get better services! when the supervisor came TO FIX THE SETUATION !!! she offered to put a different color on top of it !!!! I requested to remove it at all and left unhappy and never going back to N.Bar again nor recommending anyone to get treated there, They could have treated me better to appreciate and be loyal to such services, Instead they chose to lose the customer!

Very disappointing!! Unprofessional and terrible manicure service at this salon. Firstly, my cuticles were bruised so harshly that left a scar the next day.The staff was so unprofessional that didnt care for the nail polish to be dried,so when I was going out had the nail polish smudged all over my bag (she had to apply again). 😐Do not recommend this place if ure looking for a good fresh manicure.

I did previously my eyebrows with Cha and she was perfect, so i went yesterday to do also nails in the salon since they are good in eyebrows, but what i faced yesterday was totally disappointing, i went without appointment to do my nails, and the receptionist told me that i have to wait for 30 minutes and she insisted too many times thats i will wait minimum for 30 minutes “ as the salon is FULL for the time being” and i told her ok i will wait, then I entered the salon to check i FOUND ONLY ONE LADY DOING HER NAILS!!!! I really don’t understand why she told me this!!!!

Previously a regular client of Nail Bar I stopped coming for 3 years now due to deterioration of service, whether in the booking procedure or the services rendered. Today I decided to give it another try and unfortunately, once more,a disappointment where 3 friends who were booked for a service at the same time couldn’t be accommodated in one room because of lack of attention and communication between the supervisor and staff members. What was supposed to be a relaxing experience became once more a tense and futile exchange .. promise of change and nothing gets done. There are many other nail spas who have opened with better attention to customer satisfaction .. recommend to try other places .

Efficient, clean and friendly setup for beauty treatments. I usually use for pedi and manicures (unlike other saloons, done with care not to graze unrelated skin!). Give your face a lift with a short facial (30 minutes) with a great massage for the head and shoulders...good value for money as well as the face!No long waiting lines...or attitude. Nice outdoors!

Horrendous service. I was offered a cup of coffee which never arrived and the staff continually tried to sell me products which I didnt want.I went in for a pedicure and my cuticles have been cut to pieces, plus they are very red from being buffed too hard. The spray stung particularly badly because of the cuts.My toenails havent been shaped properly and my feet havent been filed very well, as they werent soaked long enough. Overall, the whole process was a painful and expensive mess (230AED).Just awful. Avoid at all costs.

Amazing time and great manicure and pedicure. We were two with my sister and we were next to each other which was great. I had Apple that did my pedicure and she was gentle and really professional, felt great ! For my manicure, I had Gigi which was the same as Apple, really professional and gentle. I recommend this nail bar / spa !

I was wondering if you changed your point accrual and usage system. I hadn’t been for a while but now I have visited on a Friday and a Saturday and tried to use my points and they told me that I can only use them from Sunday to Wednesday and I’m not very happy about this. I can usually only visit on weekends and I have collected points that I would like to redeem on my services.I used to be able to use my points anytime but I’m quite disappointed with my last 2 visits.

Unprofessional, lacks customer service, when they over book theybmakes excuses and are not afraid of calling their regular customers as liars. Went with my 70 year old mother and instead of showing respect and courtesy they simply refused and called me a liar on my face. And now calling to make it right. Not interested in that place any more and will not recommend to anyone nor will go there myself..

I always have an excellent expierence whenever I go to Nbar for the past couple of years. The staff there are very friendly as well and I would highly recommend Apple, Maja and Gina since they are perfectionists.

The mani pedi was good. Thats expected from Nbar.However I made the biggest mistake asking for eyebrows. It was a nightmare. I did not have a chance to enjoy the Mani Pedi at all since the eyebrow lady was so horrible. So they had an extra lady just to pull my skin while the eyebrow therapist did my eyebrows. She was pulling my skin so hard even tho I said a few times, ur pulling too hard. I honestly got a splitting headache.the eyebrow lady was Cha. Worst eyebrows ever. She ruined my eyebrows. She did such a bad job and left hair above and below and said I have a client now and left! I cant believe it. I had to go to the reception to say my eyebrows were half done and such a bad job. So painful unlike anywhere I have ever done before. Urgh I would never ever use their eyebrow service. I think nbar should stick to what they are good at which is nails. I had an event to go to and now my eyebrows are ruined and I look like a joke. I left the spa in pain and very upset. To anyone thats reading this, if u go for eyebrows and they give u Cha, DONT let her touch ur eyebrows unless you want to look like a plucked chicken

I did my nail extensions for the first time after 5 days my nail starting to break and removed by them self ,the way how she did it was not nice at all even I told her all of my nail is different shape than others .was very bad experience and will not go there anymore.

I am a customer of NBAR for almost 3 years now. I am confident to say that the services I get from the staff is really superb. I was an original customer of the Al Ghurair Branch before and then I moved to the City Walk Branch after the Ghurair branch closed.I am very happy with the services that I am getting especially with the people that are actually handling me most of the time. To name them: Loida for my facial hair and for the manicure and pedicure, it would be Apple, Misciel, and Cez. All of them are EXTREMELY AMAZING and provided me with excellent service every single time I visit the branch.I just hope that NBAR will improve the online booking system. N.Bar city walk branch is the best nail salon in town! Highly highly recommended. Very respectable ladies who take care of you from head to toe. And we should’t forget the most welcoming smiles they all receive you with. Make sure you visit the City Walk branch and don’t forget to ask about Cez and Maha for the best mani-pedi combo! Gina on massage and Loida for waxing and threading. All other ladies are professional and wonderful as well. Apple and Iris to name a few. You can’t go wrong with any of them to be honest. Oh and they’re extremely clean and punctual. No waiting time and no attitude at all (as seen from other competitor salons).

DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE.This place used to be my favorite before new management joined. I recently had the most horrible manicure in my life. The manager Jodie was most unhelpful, I would even say rude and instead of trying to solve my issue was trying to defeat Poor work of Philippinos. I do not recommend this place, they will ruin your nails and not even apologize for it.to continue the story another manager by name Hailey got involved and was attempting to resolve the situation by the phone. I made another appointment to fix nails having full impression after the phone call that salon will offer me free manicure. ... Well not only they refused to offer me complimentary service to fix their own mistakes, Hailey on the phone basically told me that she believes her staff not me, that I can go ahead and post negative reviews about them and there is Nothing she can do for me!!!! Incredible. Unacceptable.I am a client of 6 years spending 300 - 600dhs weekly and THAT is the service I received. I wonder if OWNER of N Bar is aware of how her staff treats loyal clients ! I AM NEVER GOING BACK. 2 of my girlfriends also regulars are leaving salon as well. Big loss especially with so much competition in Dubai. If you do make it there, stay away from Ruby, Gigi, Astrid.Ps. Attached is pictures of how my nails looked 2d day after manicure.
