Every technician there is an expert with what she does. They have high standards of customer service. I know that I pay a little bit more than what other nails salon would charge, but trust me, it’s worth it!

I was very impressed with the management of Nbar at grosvenor hotel. I had a small complaint which was dealt with very efficiently by Nancy the manager and I was quickly offered a treatment to make up for the error. I was very happy with my treatment and the nail technician named Lilly was fantastic too. I would definitely recommend this place! Thank you!

3 star service at 5 star pricesIf one asks for Manicure on both hands, it stands to reason that you should expect same service on both hands right? Well, the lady soaked my wifes right hand, and then immediately began the manicure on her left hand, without soaking it. Well, after my wife politely informed the lady that she forgot to soak her left hand, she insisted that she did. Did she think my wife was sleeping? Come on!In a place such as this, one expects a minimum of service. Perhaps it’s just this location only, but is it too much to ask for politeness, respect, and professionalism? One of my favourite spots in Dubai to relax and unwind. I love this place, I’ve been going for two years now and it’s like home. The girls are amazing, very professional and super friendly. I always take a package of meni, pedi and massage and always walk out of there refreshed.

Today I had the Worst experience during My extension eyelashes session. I stayed for 2 hours with burning sensation in my eyes while the therapist was adding the lashes. And she was very unprofessional , she would add an eyelash then remove it if it has been placed wrongly, and everytime she would remove the eyelash I would be in so much pain. At the end the results were horrible. I feel like I just threw money down the drain. She had used so much glued on my lashes that there were not curled up, they were spiked and straight and some eyelashes are placed to the wrong direction. There was an eyelash stuck on my eyelid. I had to ask her to remove it before leaving the room. Horrible results and waste of money. I’m very disappointed

VERY CLEAN, the had a nail hardening service that I tried on my nails, it didnt really do much and they are still weak, but they do very good pedicures in this location and I visit regularly

My favorite nails salon in Dubai! Been going there for more than 12 years! The girls are fantastic, professional and super pleasant. Hayde, Claudine, Mia, Ady, Ina, Rita. Highly recommended it!

Head, neck and shoulder massage was great. Pedicure was also good. The foot massage was very mediocre.

My review is for the Ibn Battuta branch. The quality of service was quite pathetic for the buck that is commanded by this so called salon. Please understand that - when you provide a service to an individual it ought to make a lady feel at ease and relaxed. To the contrary, I was met with a hurried staff who seemed like she was competing in the tv show under a minute. I was in for a pedicure but you wonderfully painted my mood to match my nail varnish - black!

I like it. Service is good. Not cheap though. The loyalty program points are useless.
