I really didn’t want to write this review again and rate the clinic 1 start. I was very professional with my comment and all I wanted to do was to point out that mole removing is not your thing!First of all, I didn’t have multiple deep mole and in fact the doctor mentioned that they are small moles that will be done in one session and then changed her mind when I came the next time and they were not gone.Second, I paid 600 because you ask me to do that and I did not negotiate the price and the price was not my issue.Third, for the follow up and I am surprised your are raising this, do you want me to mention that I have came all the way from my house for the second follow up and wait in your clinic for long time before I discover that your machine is missing some parts and it was not checked by the stuff before they confirm my appointment. Very unprofessional. With a very good intentions I have left and came back the next time.Fourthly, a doctor with experience should be able to know how deep they need to go into the skin to remove the mole in one time with minimum scars. A person reading your reply on my review would think that I have such a large mole that in fact are very small if you compare them to what other people might have and taking into consideration the clinic should have experience working on small/ medium/ large moles, unless you are implying to me the opposite. Further to this, can u please explain why the very very tiny mole I have were not even gone after the second session and in fact have left a bigger scar than the initial ones????Don’t tell the people that I was not communicating with you, I have sent you on the clinic WhatsApp (please check carefully before you go around saying things that didn’t happen) and you in fact YOU never came back with my concern answered.Yes I have declined coming back to your clinic and that is only because I was very concerned about my face and I have explained that very very professionally, if the very small and tiny moles have left bigger scars what would you have done to my other ones?? I have also felt that you changed your words and not very true with your customers.If you have at least taken the blame on this and that my treatment was not done as it should, you would have made it easier to trust the clinic again with other services. You instead, is trying to make it look like it’s my fault. It’s easy to write a review, that’s true and only to make people aware that you can not do mole removing and thus do not face what I have faced. I am very upset with your reply, I didn’t want to make trouble for your clinic but if you pushed me for it I could reach concerned people.Thank you,

I did a few sessions for some very old childhood scars and some pigmentation. So far Ive seen amazing results....thanks to Dr Juliana Ghaben. Theres no doubt shes a highly skilled professional and has a natural flair in perfecting results. The whole team at Bionix Clinic, as well, are very professional, pleasant and welcoming and my experience with them deserves nothing short of a 5 star rating!!

Even one star is too much for you ,, I made a big mistake by paying in advance for the 12 session of laser hair removal ,, they used for me excellent machine at the beginning and I was satisfied with the the results.. then they started to play on my body with different machine without my consent and I didn’t notice unfortunately until the last two sessions ! I asked the staff. She told upgrading .. I got dark spots over my body and the hair is growing under my skin , the worst experience ever

I visited bionix for body shaping , I loved the whole experience , I have been to all clinics and I must they say it’s the only clinic which has different machines to target deep fat , superficial fat and they even do drainage sessions to reduce bloating.

I’ve been a client of Bionix Body Designers for 2 years and cannot speak highly enough of both the services and also the lovely staff. From the minute you walk in you are welcomed warmly and made to feel totally comfortable. I have been extremely happy with the results of face treatment and regularly get complimented on the condition of my skin. My doctor was amazing specialist and he takes time and care to make sure my entire skin routine is considered and is best for me. It’s so nice to have that personal touch and not just feel like another client in the production line.

After being waiting nearly four months, I write this comment to convey my displeasure about this clinic.I had booked three laser resurfacing sessions during last Ramadan time and I have paid for all the three sessions in advance AED 2362.50 because I did not hesitant to do that since the doctor shown good care by explaining the treatment and the process professionally.They performed first session on the same day and informed me to come to the next session after three weeks and saying that someone will call from Bionix for confirming the appointment date.So I was expecting a call from them as I was highly satisfied by the first treatment.Unfortunately, after three weeks no one call me and when I tried to reach them , receptionist started giving excuses like doctor is on emergency leave, after that machine is upgrading……etc.So long story short they were not able to offer me the services on scheduled time and I asked for a refund of the pending two sessions because duration was overdue and they said right to my face; “We have no such refund policy”But as per the regulations, company refund policy should be mentioned in the invoice. But there is no such term mentioned. So they have to honor my request because they mess the treatment.Since they did not shown interest even for that I had to file a case in Dubai Economic Department and I know my consumer rights and I will not stop, I will take this up to courts to sue them. PLEASE DO NOT TRUST THEM FOR ANY ADVANCE PAYMENT.Refer to your reply below, I have attached the screen shot of my conversation with you and I am very much interested to know your story. I lose my money and you should refund my money if you even have some ethics which you are talking about, Please respect the customer as I never want to end up the story like this and this is not disgracing anyone except claiming my money for the services that you denied to provide ON TIME!!!

Honest review. Dont waste your time anywhere else! This is the place. From the appointment, consultation day, procedure day, and checkup the next day. The staff is AMAZING. I had several sessions of laser hair removal in other places and never saw hair reduction but at Bionix Body Designers they use the most innovative laser machines and I could see a HUGE difference. I have permanent hair loss after three sessions. This is the best decision ever! The manager answers any questions with the biggest smile. Any question you forgot to ask, you can ask the technician and she will gladly answer for you as well.

I usually don’t do this, but..... I now realized something ....often people happy to complain about anything they had bad experience with, yet ...to freaken lazy to put an effort to give a compliment when they are happy with a service. I want to thank Bionix Body Designers for being so honest. I wasn’t suitable for hair removal with their laser and they were honest about it. Didn’t give me BS to get my money. But the skin session with carbon mask treatment I was suitable for. Session was so amazing, customer service, care and the time they’ve invested. Skin looks amazing from first session just want to say thank you for your genuine care.

She got my info on their page which have registered earlier...It was a call for an audition for background artists selection for my category. Even though the part is for background artist i felt surprised and happy for the call. But i realised i need to get a facial grooming. I was trying hair removal at another clinic , my friend referred me to bionix because they have painfreealexndyag laser called joulemax, It’s so different than other machines I tried ,Girls you must try JOULEMAX with Bionix, It’s SUPERB, Painfree and effective, I am so glad I switched my hair removal sessions to Bionix.

Not professional at all .. simple steps like putting towels around the neck area and washing the face properly were not there.. whoever was doing the facial kept only wiping my face with water .. the steam machine was poorly used.. several times I felt my head was burning because it wasnt projected well due to limited space in the treatment room. The extraction of white and black pores was done without a mirror .. she was relying on her eye only to detect them.Finally even the atmosphere was not as expected as in terms of the cleaniness and the smell ..I wouldnt recommend this clinic at all 👎

The worst experience I’ve ever had in Dubai; and I’ve been here for more than 10 years. They gave me empty promises, exhibited unprofessionalism at its worst, and showed lack of care for their customer’s satisfaction. Had to go to Customer’s Rights authority in Dubai to resolve my issue. I would not recommend this place, at all.

Me and My Family have taken literally Every Treatment at this Clinic .Good thing About them is that they Have Good machines and Good Team.I have been to Big Villas and other clinics in Jumeirah but they only focus on Laser Hair Removal machine and have no other World Class technology.I am an Antiaging Addict and First I tried I-LIPO and Fat Freezing , I was impressed after every session .,Initially My wife Joked it doesnt work but when she Started seeing a Difference , She was convinced.She did her Laser Hair Removal and now doing Some whitening treatment there.What I like about BIONIX they are Good Welcoming Team and Not Money minded.
