Love this place! Best nails ever! I went there for 5 years until moving away from the City area about 3 months ago and still wish I could go there to get my nails done by them.

Ms. Val did my head, neck, shoulder and back massage and it was amazingly satisfying 3 stars 🌟 because I usually give 4 ( I keep 1 star for room for improvement there is always room for improvement) 1 star missing because although the technician is great our space or chair rather is not enough. We used the same chair for nail works. Thanks

Just completed a mani pedi and while the girl Val were good at their work I am utterly confused with the wrong info i was provided over the phone by the CS girl regarding quick dry being aed 5 and the attitude of this loud girl handling the Greens branch just appalled me. ive told her to listen to my phone call recording but she looked at me shocked in disbelief and kept getting very defensive saying its not our fault . I said hey am not finding fault I am here to clarify rates that you provided on the phone. her reply but thats not us. I asked so you dont represent your HQ office, she continued to look at me confused, even had the audacity to say, because of this HQ office will deduct 5aed from the lady who picked the call!!!!. (dumb). I was just left sitting at my station and i had to go back and ask what the update was? she said they were listening to the recording and the office would ring me back. not a word of apology nothing!. when you charge your customers high prices for your services, make sure your services are on par or hire smart engaging customer driven individuals unlike the salon manager you have right now. I am yet to receive the so called phone call from your office explaining this miscommunication, that is - if you even care.

The Nbar experience is consistently great and Ruthie in DIP is the best wax specialist in the country.

The call center ladies are phenomenal, I was really dissatisfied with the service and staff at the green community branch. I requested specific treatments online and when we got to the branch they didnt have a nail technician for the requested service me and my girlfriends requested.
