I discovered this salon when they just opened and I Just moved to Jvc. I saw them Instagram pictures and I thought to give it a try. I never been more happier! Not only that they can do any shape, model, color but they do it FAST( 1h or less) and looong lasting ! My nails last even 6 weeks and I always wear long nails ! I highly recommend this salon ! It it’s from far the best salons in JVC and one of the best in Dubai ! My favorite nail technician it’s Nancy, she is a professional that never disappointed me ! My favorite salon of all Dubai salons 🤩🤩They’re clean, professional, and never fail to impresswith their designs and normal mani pedi. My sister also does her gelish and acrylic there, and it doesn’t break at all. Their nail polish is truly high quality and their mani padi lasts longer than anywhere else I’ve done my nails. 🤗❤️

Owner has an attitude OMG!!! Horrible conversation with Salon owner comparing to other polite professional owners, she treated me in a very bad way cause she was not in mood as she mentioned in her (attached whatsapp chat) I was talking to her nicely sending smiley face & asking for booking .. never visit this place I will never deal with this lady , don’t believe any salon Ads till you deal with stuff , how they respect their clients I was Potiential & now I will never advise anyone to visit this place.. my whatsapp conversation is attached , she blocked me during my chat I was asking for booking .. she lied they’re closed, kept blocking Instagram as well, how this lady is dealing with potential clients everyone should avoid this place

I would not recommend this place whatsoever simply because of their lack of professionalism. I booked my appointment at 4pm and I reached the establishment at 3:59PM. I was not greeted by anyone at the entrance and once I went inside no one acknowledged my existence. I didnt pay attention to that but when I asked that my appointment is at 4PM the only two nail technicians available said they are busy and will only finish with their customers after 2hours. I told them that was not possible and that my appointment is exactly at 4PM, one of them simply shrugged her shoulder and said to call the owner. Of course you cannot call but rather just whatsapp, I sent a frustrated voice note to the number saying what they did was not professional especially because I was waiting a long time for the appointment where I could have simply gone else where. She didnt bother hearing my voice note and that she wont listen because my tone was not as she expects and that it is not her problem if I went early and my appointment is till 4PM (apparently 3:59PM is early for a 4PM appointment). after some messages back and forth she still didnt read properly what I was typing that HER STAFF said there is no appointment and they were clearly busy with other clients and they wont finish till 6PM with them. she was claiming that I am fighting at 4:03 when my appointment is at 4:00 and she DISREGARDED that it is HER staff that said they will not do the services because they wont finish till 2hours later. Her solution was to tell me she doesnt accept this and then she blocked my number.I apologize for the long message but some establishments dont understand that even if you have good services that is not enough, what is more important is how you treat your customers and how you respect their time.

I sent my sister to this salon ti do her nails and lushes in her birthday as a gift I surprised by cheap price comparing to the beautiful design we also met the owner she was standing outside how she is polite and professional i highly recommend this place .. my sister told me she tried all salons in jvc as we live here but she prefer this one thank you amyioska you did my sister day and you made her happy
