I went for my Highlights and full hair color with a haircut recently . The staff is extremely professional and respectful and always smiling. I visited today for my henna i shown my favourite design to her . Iram really did exactly how i was expected . I do believe that most of the reviews on this salon are fake and done by the salon owners friends. It is fairly evident due to many ratings done on certain months and then no ratings at all during other months and lots of one word reviews just to bump the numbers up. I was in the salon for over four hours and no other customers came in, which also makes me think the reviews are fake.This salon is not terrible, but its not good either. When I arrived, the staff argued between themselves about what they thought should be done to my hair. But after I explained, they did listen to what I wanted and I was pretty happy with the dye work they did on my hair, it turned out nicely, although the stylist did admit that she had never done hair in that style before which basically made me a guinea pig to her experiment which is kind of scary, and concerning!! It was lucky that it worked out OK.But the haircut was BAD, VERY BAD. The stylist had no idea how to cut hair. She literally cut my hair in a straight line to give me bangs - she has NO IDEA how to cut hair. I have had over a hundred haircuts at least in my life and this was the most bizarre experience ever. She gave the hair no texture or shape whatsoever. She placed the hair how I wanted it to look and then simply cut it in a line - thats really not how you cut hair!! I asked her for layers which she refused to do, I dont really know why but thank goodness she didnt or it could have ended very badly! I will have to get my hair cut fixed by my stylist in New Zealand.They also made me feel pressured to get the Keratin treatment and buy the products which I clearly didnt want to do. I simply needed to dye and cut my hair and see my usual stylist back in NZ on my return but they pressured me the whole time to get other treatments done which i found very rude and unprofessional.The owner was getting the Keratin treatment done at the same time (which is totally fine) but i saw her mess and tease her hair a lot to get a before photo of her treatment.I got my eyebrows done here too and while she did a fairly good job with the shape, she didnt clean off all the wax which left me with a rash the next day.Like i said this salon is not terrible, but I would avoid it for sure, staff are just too inexperienced and pushy.

It was indeed a pleasure visiting crystal ladies salon. I went for Waxing, Mani-Pedi, jellies nails, facial and hair spa. All services were done by Iram. She is an amazing lady. Very professional in approach and gives right suggestions to make your visit memorable. I highly recommend this place.

AS my wife bee4n suffering with the dandruff issue.AS I called to the salon for the suggesion. the manager of the salon explained very politely through the call how to do the treatment to get rid of the dandruff. As they said monthly 2 or 3 times need to the dandruff treatment . As last week she did the first treatment there was a lot of difference happend today she did the second treatment .i am really happy as she used to tell me my scalp was itching because of the dandruff please take me to the salon . As she just came form india 4 months ago new to dubai .so my office colleague suggested me to vistit M U A Crystal ladies salon . They did a great job get rid of the dandruff with two times treatment . worth to visit satff is friendly iram and anusha and the salon manager unaiza.

I’m extremely confused on how and why this salon has such high ratings. This salon is one of the worst salons I’ve ever been too and doesn’t deserve the rating listed because it’s extremely misleading.The staff is very kind and nice but doesn’t know what they’re doing unfortunately.I went to the salon for waxing and a massage and it was truly a nightmare. I was told that the masseuse had years of experience but I knew right away she had no clue what she was doing. Ten minutes into the massage I got up and left.I feel robbed of my money. I had really high expectations for the salon but was really let down. It was probably the worst experience I’ve ever received. I’m shocked how the reviews are so high.

I have to say I totally disagree with the negative comment about Head to Toe and cant believe they are talking about the Salon I recently discovered. I have tried most of the respectable salons in Oxford over the years but never have been truly happy with the results. A family friend recently recommended Head to Toe me and after checking the salons website out I made an appointment to have my hair cut and coloured. I was welcomed with a very friendly and professional receptionist who showed me to the waiting area. My Stylist introduced herself and I immediately felt in safe and professional hands. She listened and produced exactly what I was after. The whole experience was relaxing, enjoyable and I felt so special by the friendly team. Ive also visited the beauty side and the treatment was amazing. Im so happy to have found a five star salon, which is reasonably priced and offer an excellent service. I had a great experience there , they just did a very good transformation of my hair with a very good price,I’m happy and satisfied and I am definitely going to be their regular customer. Ive done Keratin today and it was a wonderful experience. Went with my damaged frizzy hair but the hairstylist did an awesome job .Loved the way they treated me so warmly plus Manager Anusha was good too.
