We booked an at home massage service with Noora beauty. The masseurs were on time, created a relaxing ambience with candles and spa music and gave a very good massage. They asked us for areas of pain or discomfort, so that they could address that. They helped release the knots caused by sitting in front of the computer for long hours. Totally recommend and we will call again.

So far I booked waxing and gel french pedicure with Hazel, acrylic nails fixing with Selfa, massage with Johna and eyelash extensions with Anabelle and can honestly say that I am extremely happy with each of the services I received and decided to book packages for myself and family because of. I wasn’t sure at first about how the home service would be compared to a salon but after trying it out it’s so much more comfortable to have the salon come home as opposed to having to go out. Also, thank you Jubinal for the easy and clear whatsapp communication and bookings process.

The service was average comparing to the price was paid, this exactly same service I get when I hire just mop for half of the price, I choose to pay more this time because I thought it will be better ( attention to details, better service…etc) but seriously nothing it’s same service you will get in Karama salon the only difference maybe the products they are using… anyway it’s once in a life time and won’t do it again with them!

I booked mani and pedi for my daughter-in-law and myself, and can honestly say, we would not use this company again, daughter-in-law sustained a bleeding toe, and an overall feeling of a hurried service and half service, no soaking of fingers, no cleaning underneath the nail, the quality and variety of varnish colours when a traditional classic French was requested.... overall very disappointing... i will stick with going to a salon than have to go thru this ever again....

I almost don’t want to recommend Nooora incase it becomes so popular I can’t get an appointment, but that would be doing them an injustice. I first booked them for my nail extensions and booked a foot massage at the same time for my partner. He said it was that good that I booked them to come and give him a body massage while I got ready for his birthday dinner the following week. All of the therapists and technicians have been great and they are now my go to for everything beauty related.

Amazing deep tissue couples massage from dolly and Jana. They stretched and loosened us..were very professional and I would highly recommend them. Cant wait to book to see them again.

I use this service regularly as it was so convenient and the therapists are professional and pleasant. Annabelle does lovely eyelash extensions and is a wonderful lady. Dolly has the most incredible hands and does the best massages ever.I have also had my nails and hair done by Nooora therapists and was very happy with the service.The therapists bring all their own equipment and materials (which are very clean and well sanitized) and they really make you feel like you have a salon in your home.

The lead up to the appointment was some of the best customer service I have had with sharing images of style and hair colours. I had nail extensions, clean facial, pedicure and ombre hair colour and trim. The girl were on time and totally geared up for COVID Wearing masks and working in gloves. Everything was professional and great however Jenni the hairstylist, AMAZING!!!! my colour was the nearest i have ever been back to my natural colour. beautiful job and have booked back in.. Highly recommend 10/10.

I had a reflexology with Dolly. I have very high expectations as I am a foot massage addict. She was amazing just booked a full body massage for the weekend highly highly highly recommended... However being a weekly loyal client that had Dolly coming over a weekly basis last minute they wanted to change my appointment. They offered another therapist but as Dolly is excellent I did not to take the risk to try as this one hour is my hour to relax. I have decided not to use the service anymore although Dolly is good but the salon made it clear to who they prioritize. Next day they again did try to offer another therapist or free service but I declined. In the end they did offer me Dolly however by this time and how they treated me the previous evening I have made another arrangements and have decided after this episode of making me feel so upset and less than other clients I will not be using them again. Be careful to depend on them regular weekly client do not matter to them.

I booked Nooora Beauty Concierge for a Swedish massage at home. I would like to mention that the whole experience was worth it. I am thankful to Gloria for being extremely professional. Her massage techniques are good and very relaxing.

I started my trip in Dubai by booking a home visit by Noora, with two children it is impossible to get to the salon. they came early in the morning fixed my feet, threaded my whole face and fixed my hair in less than an hour. two girls of world class. even when the kids woke up, they had no problem with me having to take them. more than satisfied is too little to say. then came the big challenge .... my mother-in-law! you would rather have no hair on your head than your mother-in-law should be dissatisfied and that is your fault. at 1am I booked at noora a make over. At 10.30 they were ready in her hotel room. in 13 years she has never been so happy with the dyeing, threading and lashes. happiness was total and that conversion did not cost even a quarter of what it had done in any other country. they listened to every request, did such an amazing job that I had wanted to book them every day just for that.

The service was fine however it was not professionally done and the workers did not look professional at all. Through the process of the payment the manager was extremely rude towards us and she gave us a different price before the booking! there was no honesty in the pricing. And when we asked the manager for the old price she insisted to give them 4 different reviews so she can give us a lower price. On top of that, the nail polish colors are limited.

Shruti was so nice and understand very clearly what I needed.When the ladies arrived, they set up their stations precisely and very organized. The ladies that came are named Grace and Olive. They are so sweet, very calm and attentive. I received a bikini wax which was quick, smooth and relaxing even. Mani/pedi did not take much time and they really treated my requests and needs exactly as I needed, I felt very grateful for that considering how hard it is to get services exactly as we need them.My wax lady of 2 years has moved out of Dubai, so Im so happy to say that Olive is my girl!I will definitely be using their services again. I cant believe how much fun and pampering at home could be! Thank you! 10 stars!

Had my first at-home manicure today with Nooora and what a wonderful experience. The lady was so lovely and professional and had all the protective COVID-19 gear on (shield, mask and gloves). Probably the best shellac manicure I have ever had and also really reasonably priced. Will be calling them again soon :)

First appointment had eyelash extensions and acrylic nails refill done. Was not happy with the results for both services. Paid for russian volume lashes but got classic set results. Technician said that I had very little lashes which I understand but should not charge clients “russian volume” if can not do it. They did fix my nails by sending another technician and it was much better the 2nd time around. The cost is on the higher end considering don’t get the same quality experience as in a salon ex. eyelashes done on your hotel bed while hand is hanging on the side to have nails done. I would recommend having the technicians bring a foldable esthetics bed to setup for appointments, allowing more comfort for both the client and technician and a portable fan for the nail product as it smells and dust gets everywhere. Also, for hygiene reasons to sanitize hands in front of client before starting services.

Nooora is good place to deal with and I appreciate Gloria and Selfa they were amazed with their job, good luck my favorite.

Booking was easy, through a user-friendly website which then took me to whatsapp. They answered quickly, in a clear manner. The prices are very good. The ladies came on time (even 10 minutes early), did mani-pedi quickly, adjusted to my needs (I had to lie down due to back pain), did not mind my pets. They were polite and friendly. Finished within 1 hour as promised, accepted payment by card. Nails were done in the proper way, neatly. Compared to (often more expensive) salons outside, this saves time, energy to go somewhere while delivers the same quality as in top salons. Will use again!

Omg the nails , amaaaazingIve had a bad first experience where I did acrylic extensions and one of my nails broke, but they soon sent someone to fix it, that was a start of an amaaaazing experience with them, I do my nails regularly now every 2 weeks.
