The location opposite lulu is friendly. They do nails well (ask for Granezza). I did get my haircut their today and it was NOT a great experience. A lady who I think was named Kothur refused to cut my hair the way I asked. I had shown her a picture in the beginning and I wanted the front shorter and she just refused! She said no it wont look good that way and proceeded to remove my covering and started cleaning up. I was speechless. So disappointing. I am all for a hairdresser telling you the best way they think for your hair but at the end of the day its the CUSTOMERS decision as we are PAYING for what we want not what she thinks looks best. Ridiculous and immature.

I went for waxing and facial. Nagina is very good and expert in both services. They are very professional and well mannered. She attended all the customers very nicely.

I have been a regular client for last 3 years with East Elegance. Wonderful service always. But guys , be in for a shock on your next visit there!!! Price rise in things happen but East Elegance has crossed milestone by overnite raising the prices by 90-100% !!!!!Watch out guys! When the whole world is reducing prices, giving offers , East Elegance stands unique by almost doubling it up!!!

It was my first time at East Elegance and am really happy with their services, special thanks to Saira who attended me and explained the services in detail including the package i opted for. Thanks to Roda who gave me a good haircut. Only suggestion is they need to come up with more packages. Have seen many happy customers with beautiful hair colouring also here.

I called the salon to.check Removal of gelish and do it again. Reception she dont know how yo.speak the customer. and I ask the manager she also.confusing yoo much . but finally they dont know more about products. its so sad

Never recommend! Staffs are friendly but unprofessional. They do absolutely wrong hair removal sugaring with stripes. After their service I got severe ingrown hairs. Not clean place, staffs are not using gloves during procedures
