WARNING: LONG THREAD OF REVIEW.This is now my favorite Spa place. Yesterday at 1030pm, me and my partner went for the Entertainer App promo of 2for1 promo and we took the 60 minutes Deep Tissue massage (my choice 😁). As it has been years since I had this massage as we used to be a dragon boat paddler, and the Entertainer really helped.1) At the entrance door you have to remove your shoes and a rack on your right side is provided. There you can find empty trays with hotel-like disposable slippers to wear while you are in the facility. ☑COVID-19 safety2) Reception area-an Indian lady (sorry forgot her name) greeted us, reconfirmed our booking and presented us the form to sign. The pen being used is a new one (sanitized), and on the counter you will find another box that are used pens labeled as (USED PENS) which translates to not allowed to use. She also reconfirmed the form if I read it correctly and if my health was okay. Moreover, she then asked if i have any heart or other health problems that they may need before the session begins. ☑HEALTH IS WEALTH3) Therapists (Eli and Arisa) - both from Thailand. Eli was my therapist and she asked me if I was ready to start, she also asked which body parts should she focus more to reduce the pain and last she said that she will start from moderate to heavy. If needed, i can tell her what i prefer and she will follow. They started by damping a warm towel on the sole of our feet and it felt good. To be honest, she did EXCEPTIONALLY WELL from head to toe - i was happy that she gave time towards massaging my scalp even having braids on (trust me not all Therapists does that, and I know they are probably shy or afraid that they might ruin it)! I have tons of great words but it will be a lot of space to take. 😁 Meanwhile, Arisa (52), who is shorter than Eli and I, partnered with my man who is 510 with a medium built did not expect this therapy - neither did I. ✌🏼 She managed to carry him from her back (my man on her folded knees while his back facing Arisa), swayed him sideways and all i can see/hear are his bones cracking - but relieved afterwards (felt the same way with Eli). Arisa was quiet during the session but oh my, she did FANTASTIC. ELI even asked if we wanted the Body Oils to be removed from our body or not - of course not! I want to feel it - doesnt smell bad. Gave us instructions when is the best time to remove the oil as well. ☑ABOVE-EXPECTATIONS!4) Location - same building of Emirates Islamic Bank at Bank Street Bur Dubai, you can find parking at the back. Not sure if they have basement though. Skeptical if we were at the right place, but once you enter you will see their signage if you look up towards the middle 1st floor. It would be best if they had a signage on the ground, but location is not bad - just dont come during ruah hours as this area gets jammed-up.5) Service and Services - they have tons of massage services and facials. To be honest they are really good in what they do. Prices are not that expensive especially that they provide good promotions monthly. When it comes to service, before and after care are both AMAZING, you will also get a free tea at the end or drink that matches your services.Soul Senses Spa & Wellness have been in the industry for 9 years and this is their main branch. They also have salons and branches in Abu Dhabi. The last booking they accept is 1030pm if you will not go for 2hours, and 10pm if you wish to have a 2hour massage.c ☑HISTORY-SPEAKSWELLYou have to visit and you will not regret it!!!PS: Dont worry, we gave both our Therapists some good tip to go home that evening.

I have been to Soul Senses Spa in Bur Dubai. I have taken their Deep Tissue Massage. The place is neat and the lady at the reception was very professional and polite. Although the couple massage room was quite small, it was very clean. The therapists are well trained, well mannered. My therapist was a girl from Thailand and she was taught well and knew exactly how to relax my shoulder and upper back which were quite sore. After the massage, both my upper back and shoulders felt rejuvenated and Pain free. My experience was just average.Let me start with the place first. Its just wonderful, the ambience is wow. They are really following covid-19 guidelines and the staff is vaccinated too.Coming to the real part, I opted for Balinese massage and the masseuse wasnt upto the mark per my expectations. Even after telling my pain points, she didnt do a good job. I had to repeat multiple times, pl apply pressure, she would just do it for few secs and leave it like that. #disappointed #notgonnavisitagain

Ive been to soul senses twice, once for a 60 minute Swedish massage and more recently for a 60 minute thai massage. From the minute I walked in the door, the staff was very friendly and the combination of the detox water, teas, salads made relaxing prior to the massage. The rooms are very big and allow complete relaxation. I dont think Ill be visiting anywhere else for my next massage, as they provided incredible experiences for me thus far.

We have been regular customers at the Bur Dubai Atrium Center branch since many years. Massage and the therapists were always the best. We have no second opinion about it.However the quality and ambience of the Spa has been deteriorating day by day. Towels are very old and lost its freshness. Toilets are dirty and not maintained properly. Cleaners are always passing without respecting the privacy of the customer. This Spa has lost its charm due to poor management.

The absolute worst and unprofessional masseuses Ive ever encountered...EVER! And worst massage ever!I booked a couples massage for my husband and I, and yes, they do make you pay before you even go in. Things were fine until we went into the room.We were given the disposable underwear but I always rather keep mine on so I did. The two masseuses walked in , we were lying on the massage tables covered with the towels at that point, so each of them held the disposable underwear, spoke to her colleague in their own language and laughed, then my masseuse walked to my table and simply removed my towel to see what I was wearing or not wearing under there! Yup, just like that!! then she told me that she will be putting oil so I told her that it was okay with me an that I prefer to keep my underwear on. Then, the massage started. I spoke to my masseuse asking her to focus on my shoulders and neck area and in the most disrespectful way and tone she responded: I know madam. (like shut up madam, I know what Im doing!).This was not the end of it. For the full hour during our massage the 2 masseuses kept talking to each other in their own language and laughing like they were in a street market!! How can you relax when two people are chatting and laughing out loud over your head?!!Not only it was impossible to relax, the massage was terrible! My masseuse had LONG NAILS and I repeatedly had to tell her: youre SCRATCHING me!My husband and I wish we just left in the middle. We just wanted to get out of there! What a terrible experience!I seriously have never ever (in all the countries I visited not only in Dubai) encountered worse masseuse ethics!! Very impolite and disrespectful and so unprofessional!!Avoid at all costs!

I visited the Soul senses facility located in Jumeirah Creek side facility a few days ago . As a location its easy to access and park .What however stands out is the service standards of the Branch Manager of the Spa and the spa assistant who did my treatment .Highly commend the talent you have in hand. made my experience so very worthwhile , that I signed up for a series of sessions at this spa .

Me and my husband got our couple massage today. Mine was done by a lovely lady named Eyey. We were suffering from acute muscle soreness, mainly the neck and the back. Came out feeling so much better and extremely light. My husband ended up fast asleep midway, so you can only imagine how good it must have been. Amazing ambience. Very hospitable and knowledgable staff, right from the receptionist to the masseuse. Highly recommended place.

I stayed at H while in Dubai for Dubai World Cup at end of March. A friend and I visited the spa inside H and were found the staff including both management professional, friendly and attentive. They offered choice of oil ends in advance and gave us a tour in advance to. Get really acquainted with the facilities Abla the manager followed up after our visit to insure that we had a pleasant experience and offered additional information on Dubai that proved to be very valuable. The spa staff exceeded our expectations and provided recognition and reassurance to my friend and I throughout our time in the hotel

It was a great experience. My therapist Ms. Rowena was very professional and gentle. She made me very comfortable and i was very relaxed. My wife and I started doing a massage regularly at Soul Senses at the Aviation Club. My wife used to go there before when it was the Akaru Spa. Very relaxing environment. Reception is very cordial and the masseuse is very good. The changing rooms have become mediocre and lack some basic necessities such as deodorants, body cream, powder, shaving material. Towels are not readily available in the changing rooms. On one occasion the drainage in the shower cubicle my wife was using was not draining and on another occasion the shower was not working at all. An upgrade of the changing rooms is needed to bring it at par with the luxury spas.

We have been looking for a very good spa and massage everywhere and even tried 5* hotels but Soul Senses Spa has definitely passed our expectations. Our therapists Eyey and Mickey are both professional, and experts on what they do. The traditional Thai and Swedish massage are worth every dirham. Only thing I think they can improve is the friendliness and hospitality of the person assisting you to book over the phone. But overall, we are very satisfied customers and will definitely come back!!
