A 4 Star hotel in a very busy area of Dubai. Room sizes are small. Rates are normal as compare to area. Drop off is very small with space of 2 cars only. Lounge is pretty big, designated smoke cabin, A cafeteria and general sitting. Its a good option for short stay if you have work in near by. Metro train station is on walking distance. Restaurants are good outside. Mosque is on 5 mins walk.

This place needs some serious renovation. Even the carpets stink. Everything looks old a memory of days gone by.The lobby and restaurants are still nice and clean but the rooms are old and jaded.Location is nice and close to Rigga metro. Wifi speeds are decent but can do better.

Weve been coming several times in this hotel! The most reasonable price for its 3 bedroom apartment, ideal for family and friends stay! We love the sauna, the jacuzzi the pool itself! Theres a separate pool for kids! We enjoyed playing the table tennis, the gym. And so many restos on the hotels ground floor with different cuisines to choose from!

Wish I could give 5 stars... housekeeping speaks better english than the front desk. Food was awesome.. loved staying here

This is.a so called five star hotel however as the saying goes all that glitters isnt gold and this is indeed the case here. I wouldnt come back to this hotel, the food and rooms are not up to standard. Although I booked a family room ( king bed with a couch) the couch doesnt convert into a sleeper-couch. Had to squeeze my kids onto the bed with us. If a bed is requested for kids there is an additional charge. Staff dont understand customer service. Spend your cash at another hotel and ask all pertinent questions before booking as this so called five star hotel doesnt cover standard services and requirements one would expect from a five star hotel

Nice hotel but not maintained as 5 star property. Rooms are comfortable and spacious. Located in a strategic location in Deira close to the metro station. The in house restaurant is good.

Room service is not very good. I request the steam iron and after forty minutes they sent an which was not working and results was the power failure in my room.My room fridge/mini bar was also not working and on my complaint they replaced it but it was also not as good as it should be.Thermostat and air through of air conditioner was also not good.The breakfast was not very good because they were not offering many choices for you. If you reached after 10 am 50% items will not available as they stop refill them.Overall facility was clean, rooms were big in size and beds were also good comfortable.

Hotels location is ideal as it is in the City Center with good accessibility to public transportation. Crystal Restaurants food is good. Friendly restaurant staff. Restaurant Manager is accommodating and checking on us. Overall experience was good. Highly recommended. Value for money.

Stayed here for 5 days and Oh My God. What a beautiful hotel. Loved the service.thr rooms are massive and the price is reasonable. However, the staff on the front desk do need training in English.

Its a good place compared to its price. However, I didnt like the maid place they offer, it was very small! The sheets and bath room wasnt that clean!!! I mean shes a human after all,so bettet fix the maid place. The place was not expensive, so I wasnt expecting fancy stuff. But overall nice experience.

I will give this hotel a low rating even though it has 5 stars. The hotel looks very nice outside and inside but it cannot be said about the rooms. The rooms are in the old style which doesnt matter but it creaks its broken and rusty it. Even if you clean the room, it doesnt look tidy. I would rate the staff three stars. Most are unpleasant people but there are also those who are professional. In the morning we had breakfaist and there is a small selection of dishes and the most unpleasant service in the dining room. Services such as pool gym and so on are at five Star out of five. The views from the windows are not pleasant due to new buildings. 5 stars would not deserve this hotel. There are even better and cheaper hotels than this, but the hotel is developing so it can improve. I give the hotel 3 Stars out of five

My Room was near Elevator & Elevator noise was soo much I was feeling like I am sleeping in a motor room & not a 5Star Hotel Room.There are many more things; but in short anybody looking for luxury 5star property please stay away!!

I had very bad experience today with front office staff, one mr. Mohammad, he said they don’t allow guest to the room even after host requested him. He was very rude attitude to the guest. After all these hotel is very nice and clean.

I dont understand how to deal with the guests when I enter the hotel with my friend who didnt let him in.I did not receive the room from the hotel and I paid the room without I live by the worst reservation I made my life and when I told the ***ager that I will write about it replied saying do what you wish

It is a nice hotel and the best part is the apartment it offers for large families. I booked 2 bed rooms apartment. It was a surprise. 2 a separate bedrooms, one living room, one small room and......4 toilet.. ..and very cheap....and...fully furnished...washing machine... dish washer...wonderfull

Avoid booking early at Jood Palace Hotel during busy season as they might canceled your booking to sell it at a higher rate as they did it to me yesterday!They tried to charge my credit card and for some reason it didn’t work so I called them to confirm that I am coming before the check-in time, and they told me that they have canceled my booking.They didn’t even bother to call me or send me a message.Definitely I will not book with them again.

Very dissapointed after staying here over 6 times in the past.every other time was great.service is great yet the rooms are not pleasant.booked a 2 bedroom apartment and a hotel room.both had issues.apartment very damp,not pleasant smelling,carpets damp all the time.hotel room had issues with bathroom.this hotel really needs an upgrade for the price we pay.verandahs need to be cleaned regularly as well.this will be our last stay at jood palace

Considering the price, the space, the cleanness, and the location, there doesnt seem to be anything serious to complain about. However, Id really hesitate whether staying here again in the future. I think its quality matches how much I paid: about 3 to 4 star grade.

We used to stay here for a couple of times, those are fine. But I can say that some rooms need to be properly clean. Last visit, there are no towels in the bathroom. We requested the housekeeping and it took more than 30mins to bring the towels. Towels also doesnt smell nice.

Its not like a 5 star hotel.Rooms are big and spacious but there wasnt any towel, tissue or even slippers.We requested and then they brought.There isnt any English Channel! All arabic.Flea are in the rooms!Staff are friendly though.

We have been coming to this hotel since last 10 years when it was run by Taj. The quality of service had gone down several notches. We stayed for a fortnight and they charged us 50 djs for 2 extra hours b4 checkout .also the taps of all bathrooms have to be put on for 15 mins in order to get hot water for bath I mean how primitive is that !!!toiletries were never up to date. So in all this time it was an overall disappointing experience for me and my family .

A veary lexurious hotel .. and the staff is very freindly .. we conduct a training course there .. it was very sucsseefull and the AC was perfect and the chairs in the meeting room were very soft and comfortable like an office managers chairs .. and the prices of the rooms and meeting rooms are reasonable .. but needs more cleaning to the toilets and more food varity in the Waha restaurant.

Function hall was amazing and it has a nice facade and receiving area. I havent tried to spend a night there but I am looking forward to it.

A good hotel with spacious room, huge lobby and in the midst of the deira Dubai. Neighbourhood includes malls, restaurants and with easy metro connectivity you can go around the city with ease.

After having to leave our hotel due to uncleanliness, my friend and I went to check out Jood Palace. We had friends staying there and were planning to purchase a room. We spoke with the receptionist about pricing and asked for ice. She assumed that we were prostitutes. The manager was rude to us and our friends - who were already staying at the hotel. He did not want to apologize. He used the excuse that he was misinformed and refused to take blame for taking action on unverified information. When they did apologize, it was with sarcasm. Needless to stay, we did not stay there and our friends checked out.

Classic hotel. Reminds me of the old sheraton standard in a good way. The ensuite room was wAmazing. Location is prime.

Located in al rigga area which is although a very low key area with not such a nice neighborhood. Jood was not so bad... Indian restaurant... Breakfast spread and spacious rooms all were upto the mark. Satisfied with staff Courtesy. This is an ex taj property thus you can imagine this is the ryt place to stay.

Stayed her last week for 6 nights...was very worth it...it would have been better if there was a seperate ladies pool...but other than that it was good...

I really didn’t wanted to put any stars .. the rooms and bathrooms are dirty.. the carpet is old and sticky .. the furniture including the curtains are very old and depressing colors and the worst was that one of the blankets had blood stain on it ..

The stay here really felt like I was staying in a palace. Everything was wonderful and super clean. As we were waiting for our room, we were allowed to freshen up in the spa area.

Although I was treated with great respect and courtesy, the room service was just so disappointing that I cant help but drop down the rating. Not only were the prices overboard, but the food was just completely bland.

Incredibly outdated. Looks like the last renovation was probably 30/40 years ago. Has a weird smell. Wouldn’t recommend.
